Chair was delivered within a week as promised. Color was very true to the one online. The size is perfect for my short but rather heavy mother. The various positions are very comfortable for her when she reads or watches TV. She spends many hours each day sitting there. The controls are very easy for her to use. She's had it a month, so far no issues.

Well, the ordering & paying part was easy. I was sent an email saying it was being shipped After 6 weeks & 3 phone calls I was finally told that my chair would not be available to ship for another month. NICE! Why did they wait until then to tell me. I asked for my money back & was told it will be up to a week to get my debit back. We'll see what happens. Never will order from here again.

He helped me select the perfect chair with the right size and functionality at the best price for my elderly mom. It arrived in a timely manner, and looks & works great. My dad loves his lift chair! Makes it so much easier for the caregiver to transfer him to his wheelchair. The chair arrived sooner than expected! Not being able to see it before purchasing made us a little uneasy but the chair is great! Will recommend this site to friends whose parents are in the same situation!

Needed a very short chair and this one works. I still need a pillow behind my back as the shape of the curve is not quite correct. I have to figure out how to get the feet above heart level. Ordered that feature and not seeing instructions as to make it do so. Shipping updates would have been helpful. I still need help transferring from chair to mobility scooter as I cannot walk/stand. But being closer to the chair and ground is easier on my family.

I purchase a new mobility scooter every year (some years I purchase 2) and US Medical has become my preferred vendor for the scooters. They are always friendly and very helpful. The scooter ship very quickly, sometimes I receive the scooter the day after my order is placed. They respond quickly when I have issues or need something repaired under warranty. There prices are competitive with all the other vendors on the internet. I will continue to go to them for my scooter needs.

I purchased a Pride lift chair with double lift motor from Pride. The chair was delivered on a Monday and unfortunately had a manufacturer defect. I contacted Dalton on the following Monday and the response and resolution was beyond my expectations. There were immediate responses and resolution within 48 hours of my expressed concern. A new chair will be delivered after the standard 15-20 day period to build the chair. I would recommend working with US Medical Supplies to anyone and highly recommend Dalton for his professionalism and customer service. I was weary initially about such an expensive purchase online but am absolutely satisfied. Now for the chair, the chair is wide but the seat of the chair is not adjusted to sit comfortably at stationary position. Also the user must be tall. It sits deep. Looking forward to experiencing the product in 20 days. Thank you the great pricing and customer service.

My 88 year old mother-in-law suffers from osteoarthritis, plus recently fell and broke her leg. Getting up and down from her chair has been difficult, and caused undue strain and pain on her back. Since using her Pride chairlift her pain has been much less and she absolutely loves it. Just as important to me was the ease of purchase, the customer support received when choosing the right chair for her body size and needs, the incredibly good price as compared to other vendors, and the rapid fulfillment and delivery of the chairs.

Only took about 5 minutes to order. It came a few days later, as scheduled, and was just as easy to put together & install as claimed. My Mom is extremely happy with the product & we would recommend it to anyone!

First the company was very good to work with, and handled the order well. The chair was satisfactory, however I bought it for my wife who needs help in getting up from a chair. For some unknown reason the chair is causing great discomfort in her legs, and is now sitting in storage, as it can not be used.

The salesman that assisted me was very polite and helpful. When I called him back to check on options and colors, he was prompt to return calls. The lift chair was delivered at the time promised and was exactly what I ordered. I really like the chair because it is made for a tall person of which I am. It lays back to a full reclined position. I am very well pleased with every aspect of my buying experience.

Bought this for my husband, 65 years old-300 lbs with multiple medical issues (spinal stenosis, neuropathy and charcot). Intention was to provide better mobility but be able to have smaller pieces that either of us would be able to lift. We researched and bought the Pride Go Go Travel Scooter HD because of weight limit of 325 lbs and heaviest piece 35 lbs. US Medical shipped immediately and we had within 4 days. I assembled in under an hour. This little scooter is terrific. Takes the handicapped accessible curbs without any problem. It's 4 wheel but turns very easily, is very stable and is just exactly what we needed. Price with coupon was $250 less than all other prices. What more could you ask! We're very happy with product and vendor. Now we can walk both dogs at the same time!

We purchased the Rave chair lift with delivery promised in 7-10 days. Surprize it was on our doorstep in three. Than the fun started, installation and assembly. The instructions were good, written by someone whose first language appeared to be english. Thanks. The photos would be a better help if they were not so dark. Everything was straightforward and easy to follow.
Our only disappointment was the chair seat was too flimsy, adding a piece of 3/4" plywood to the underside solved that problem, but now will not stay in the folded up position. We will solve that one later. Meanwhile it works wonderfully, we now feel as though we hit the "big time."

I am still amazed at how terrific an experience we had with US Medical Supplies. Bob Mannino, our sales representative, could not have been kinder or more accommodating. It felt like our family spent months debating the need for a lift chair and now we regret that we didn't get this wonderful product sooner. The delivery process evolved exactly as Bob had explained and, before we knew it, the chair was delivered, installed, and a lovely asset to the living room. Another great asset is the motorized lift is almost silent! Thank you Bob for not only making this process easy, but providing us with the exact information in the exact format we needed. I researched a lot of websites looking for a scooter that would be perfect for indoors as well as being able to be broken down and put into a car trunk or SUV. Ease, convenience, excellent quality, a good price and service were my top factors that had to be met. I decided on U.S. Medical. Taylor was professional, extremely helpful and had my product at my door exactly as promised. I love my scooter! It runs very quietly, has lots of power and all I'd ever need. I'm totally happy with my purchase. Hopefully, after my surgeries I won't need the scooter but have no plans of ever getting rid of it.

Added the 'white glove' delivery service - it was a joke - delivery men could not get out of my home fast enough - had to tell them 3 times where to locate the chair (1 room, not difficult, but they just wanted to drop and run). No instruction how to use the chair. The $185 spent on the service was wasted - knowing then what I know today I would not have not signed up for it.
PS - the chair is great; very comfortable; multiple, almost infinite reclining postions; well constructed.

I love my new scooter. So easy to assemble... fits nicely in my trunk. I had a Rascal but it was hard for me to load and unload having to use a ramp. I bought this scooter the very day I sold my Rascal! Has lots of power. Will be able to travel more now!

The lift chair we bought can be bought through many sources - while shopping for the best price I got a "coupon code" in an email from US Medical supplies. OK, that made it the best price, but the lead time was a month. Coupon code discount was not applied, charged for the full price and still it took a month to ship.

Following back surgery it was recommended that we get a lift chair. I researched lift chairs online and went to LaZy Boy. I called US Medical Supplies and they were helpful. The chair is not oversized and was easy to assemble. I got curbside service but the delivery person was kind and moved it into the house so the box would not get rained on.

I am thorougly satisfied with this entire transaction. Tres did not pressure me one bit, though I told him he would have to wait for 10 days before I could make the purchase. He even gave me a deal on the basket! Also he shipped to my mothers local Med supply store, as I am not in my mothers city and could not assemble the bike for her. He even followed up with the shop to make sure it arrived safely! Great Service, something you dont see much of in this country. These guys do it right, the first time.

Purchased this chair for 96 yr old mother. Lives in assisted living facility. Has lost all the strength in her legs to stand up or sit down. This chair is very useful. The people at medical supplies were very helpful and courteous. The shipper brought the chair into the facility from his truck. Now just waiting and hoping for some type of Medicare re-imbursement!
