While the company shown as as Japanese firm but the reality is that its a firm operating in Pakistan by Guys named Nukhaiz and Asa'ad, they get paid through a bank account in japan which organized by another pakistani shipper in Japan, they keep communicating professionally till they get the money then they never come back, this is what happened to me a year ago, when I commented on their website they banned me, but they have to be charged by law for all the scam and the payments they took illegally, I assume they been paid for thousands of cars but never send these cars to buyers, this money has to be returned back to all of the victims, this issue has to be put before the law in Japan and Pakistan, until then I will not stop accusing them till I got my money back.
Deliberately designed to mimic a genuine Japanese auction company but had no affiliation whatsoever. I paid to bid on vehicles at auction, won vehicles, paid for them, but never received them. Live chat operator blamed global shipping issues but after 12 months of waiting I now realise it's a complete scam. Do not pay a deposit to bid. Do not purchase vehicles. They are scam operators.

This is an online car auction scam that is designed to fraudulently take money from unsuspecting individuals. They have cloned their website to a reputable Japanese auction company but have no affiliation with USS Tokyo whatsoever. The genuine website for USS Tokyo is "ussnet.co.jp" while "usstokyo.com" is fake and a proven scam with a sole purpose of stealing from the public.
I happen to be a victim of this fraud as I paid the $1,000 deposit fee plus ¥845,000 for the car to be shipped in April 2022. More than a year later, the car has never been shipped and no refund has ever been made; they stopped replying to my emails when the full payment (including shipping fees) was made to them. Like all other internet scams, this fraudulent company does not provide its business location or their telephone number, but claims to be a Japanese car auction company. Contrary to its fraudulent claims, its principal office is located near Ghaziabad Government Hospital, and with a specific address of D.H.A, Lahore, Pakistan.

Zapłaciłem im ponad 8 mln JPY za 5 samochodów i nie dostałem tych samochodów! Nie zwrócili mi też pieniedzy! Oszuści, przestali odpisywac na e-mail. Nie płac im żadnych pieniędzy.
