Fast shipping, and one item was out of stock and they called me to let me know. Explaining that I would get a refund on my CC. Excellent service!

I got the 24 doses of UlcerGard. The expiration date is 4/2025. I will not use the 24 doses in that short time period. I purchased some UlcerGard from another source in October and it doesn't expire until 9/2025. The other disappointment is the $25 coupon which expires 1/31/2025. Just a month to use this coupon and can only purchase more UlcerGard that will expire soon. What a joke!

Frustrated with the constant missing plug. Determined to out smart the large farm animals. Who was I kidding. They had all day to remove the plug. Not knowing the actual name of the plug was acceptable language on this site. And the reviews from the customers sold me. Fast delivery and oh my inquisitive farm girl trying to master the new plug :) Not so easy and a welcomed relief with a simple design! Thank you for saving the well :)

I just received my first order from ValleyVet.com. I ordered 4 spray bottles of flea spray. I gave them specific instructions for the shipment that I typed in with my order. I said I wanted all the bottles checked that they were screwed on tight, to tape around the screw-on part, make sure they were packed well with protection, and to make sure they didn't bounce around in the box. That was a lot of requests.

They did all that plus they put bubble wrap around the screw-on part and had tons of protective bubble pillows in the box. The bottles were also put in a large ziplock. I got free shipping because my order was over $50. That spray didn't budge in that box. No leaking or damage. I have never been so pleased with a seller as with them. My shipment was here in a couple of days too! I can say you can trust them. I will definitely use them again.

I have provided pictures to show you. The pictures only show part of my order in the box. I will also show you how well they wrapped each bottle.
PS: Most of the 1-star reviews I read here don't seem like legitimate complaints.

I've been a customer since 2016 when I found that Valley Vet offered the best price for my cat Benjamin's cyclosporine. I recently returned to order Denamarin for another cat. The Labor Day coupon made purchasing 6 bottles a good deal. I received the order promptly.

Website is easy to use -- I like that I can continue shopping and edit quantities as I go. The free shipping is very helpful -- Valley Vet makes it easy for me to get what I need without making a trip to the ag store which is 20 miles away. Online ordering from Valley Vet was a quick easy process and the prices are very competitive. We have using Valley Vet for our dog's prescriptions, heart guard and flea collar and are always satisfied.

I HAD been a customer for over 30 years, probably closer to 40 years. I recently bought an expensive order needed for the health of my animal. That animal died suddenly (completely unrelated to the order/nature thereof). I called Customer Service and explained I'm a loyal customer for decades and what had happened and I have no remaining animals. They REFUSED to accept my return of the UNOPENED products, which were completely uncompromised and also still MORE than a year and a half away from expiration (also, are NOT refrigerated items.) QUICK to take my money and then, screw me after the fact. NO reciprocal loyalty whatsoever. STAY AWAY.

I have found a professional company that stands by their products and service. I have been with Valley Vet for years now and have had fantastic customer support and service. This includes a time the shipping service made an error and Valley Vet made it right and took care of us immediately! 5 stars!

Used this spray while on vacation and could not believe how great it works! I couldn't find any while out in Missouri so I order online and had it delivered! A must have if you have a fly problem!
