Saved more than half on pricey textbooks offered by other sites. Arrived promptly and in good condition. Am back again to order some other items. Even with shipping costs still saved a lot of money...
This site is absolute garbage. I have literally been waiting nearly a month (ordered it Feb 17, now March 15) for a textbook to arrive. They have no phone number, and no method of contact other than a message through their own server, from which you receive automated messages. I swear their textbooks are sent from Africa via Swallow Mail. I stupidly gave them another chance after they took a over a month with one of my books before. My suggestion is cough up the extra money for Chegg or Amazon, I can't pay via credit card for the time I have lost and how I've fallen behind in class without the book.
Twice they've canceled my book orders with no explanation. Both were for big price differentials, which makes me think the prices were in error or a bait & switch. I don't use them anymore, and the same goes for Abe Books. Use eBay or Amazon instead.
If your apartment or address does not show up on google maps you will have some issues checking out. I have no problems getting mail and packages from other places and my apartment address is not on google maps. This needs to be fixed to make the checkout much much easier for customers.
I love this website, I always recommend it to friends although my professors insist Chegg. I've been in college quite some time now, However, I will be graduating this year without any debt, with the help of this website I didn't have to stress about expensive books. Thanks, Valore! Overall, my first experience on their webpage was easy to navigate. I was confused when certain prices disappeared but quickly assumed it was due to others buying those faster than I can get to them. Absolutely LOVE the prices, especially since I have to order 4 books for just ONE of my courses this semester. I will update whenever I receive my shipment. I have three books delivered from different parts of the U.S. on standard shipping.
My critique would the website having some higher quality used books, but I understand that's not something completely within their control. Fantastic website though!
Super easy to order all the books at one place and also the best prices. They also provide free returns incase the books are not up to your standards. I've used Valorebooks before and have never had an issue before. I will continue to be ordering my books from them.
As a college student, Valorebooks lets me worry about one less thing. Classes are expensive enough as it is. They have the books you need, new or used. They save you a lot of money and its my go to place for all/most of my school books! Thank You Valorebooks!
The last book I purchased from this site fell apart not long after opening it-it fell apart from only regular use. No wonder why it was so cheap! I spent all semester trying not to lose the pages that kept spilling out and were no longer connected to the spine
My daughter is needing a book for a college class she is taking in high school. This was a great site to find it on with many options on renting, buying used, or buying new. As long as delivery goes well we will use this site again.
Book I had bought and received prior to this order was a wonderful surprise! I had bought the older edition to try to save a couple bucks but they must have been out of them so they upgraded me to the more expensive newer edition with no additional cost. Quick ship and just as promised!
I sent them my books on May 15,2014, I have not received any payments from them. In addition, there is no contact information, to call them. I hate this poor customer service, and the waiting for payment is a pain. Not dealing with this company ever again. Over with I am done, no more dealing.
With only 3 clicks I was able to place an order for my book (that was a ridiculously low price!) without being hassled to set up an account. The price for purchasing my book beat out many other websites rental pricing, and I'll have my book in about a week. I'll definitely reuse this service!
I learned about this website about 2 years ago and I have ordered almost every semester since then. Very helpful and easy to order cheap textbooks! Really recommend it if you're looking for something quick and easy.
Worst business ever. This site needs to be condemned. There is no structure or means of customer service we have been overcharged for not returning a book when I have all the paperwork and receipts from fed ex proving otherwise. As a college student I would never recommend because there is already plenty to worry about being overcharged should not be one of them. I have asked multiple times to speak with a manager or associate and they never call back I called and the girl couldn't help the government needs to shut this down I'm to the point of wanting to sue this company

East, fast check out, and easy to find the books I needed, thanks :) it wants more words than this, i dont know why it is requiring 100 words, but that is what it wants, i guess they want honest reviews. Which is fine. But i have other papers to write, i guess this is kind of a good warm up for college. Maybe.
Awful customer service. Talked to the rudest woman yesterday who would not help me at all. Refuses to help with a seller issue with a book that was never received and gave a bogus tracking number. Sellers don't respond. RUN! Better sites out there. Won't hesitate to spend a couple dollars more next time with a better website bookseller. Can't wait to post my experience with them on my blog at OSU.

Good selection and affordable shipping for bulky textbooks that might otherwise be pricey in shipping from other retailers. Many used bookstores make up the discounted price of the book in high shipping costs.
I was searching for a quick, centralized location to search for used college textbooks. Not only was the website easy to navigate, the prices were quite reasonable. The only downside I found was since items are all shipped independently you paying shipping per item. I'm not certain if you can search for books coming from the same seller, or if that would reduce the shipping price.
I love the fact that I purchased a textbook, I originally bought from the school's bookstore & sold when I was broke. Now, I've graduated & started my master's program & feel this book would help. I read the reviews for this company & it's very disappointing to see. I hope I don't get messed over... =/
I always find the best deals for school book rental and they ship them book on a timely manner. I never have problems with Valore books and I do recommend this website to other students that ask around.
I have been using Valorebooks for years for my college books rental. They always have the books available at great and lower prices. In case the edition I need is not available, there is always a prior edition with a much better price. I only remember once that I mistakenly received the wrong book. The issue was dealt with and solved professionally and quickly. I love this site and always recommend it to others.

The site is easy to navigate, it is straight to the point. Find your book, choose the right fit (rental, buy, alternative, etc.) then add to cart, and check out. Also has some of the best price offerings on books!
Good. Just watch out for the ad that claims "free shipping" after you have made your purchase. Now I am just writing this because I need at least 100 characters before I can submit it. For shame, sitejabber, for shame.
