Do NOT hire them for videography. The owner Alice made a fake instagram and harassed not only me but multiple other people who did bad reviews of them. They have still not sent me my edited first look which is what I listed as one of my top things to record. Then they emailed me saying here it is and it was someone else's first look with the same first name! The raw video clippings are terrible quality (your phone is better) and none of the audio or video match up. On top of that I requested before hiring them that they interview some guests for words of wisdom-reminded them the morning of the wedding and then when I saw him not talking to anyone at the reception told him again. Guess what! There wasn't a single words of wisdom interview from any of my guests, don't agree to something before I hire you then don't do it. I can never get this day back now. And then they told me they never agreed to it when I have proof they did! I didn't pay $1500 for a 20 minute video, I don't understand how this HD camera came out with all these blurry dull videos (I added a screenshot of me walking down aisle to show how terrible the raw footage is). I've asked for some of the money back and they completely ignore you. Then if you leave bad reviews they try to dispute them! They deleted their Facebook because they were getting so many bad reviews. Don't believe these good reviews they're fake look a the FB profiles all of them are friends or fake! Now they magically have gotten 10 5-star reviews in a day. Obviously fake reviews. The address listed on their invoice is in Delaware—it isn't even valid and they're not authorized to use it! This company is not registered as a legitimate business in Florida on sunbiz and the address on their google is just an apartment complex. Terrible "company" that shouldn't be in business.
