I brought a mod from hear on a "clearance sale"... it arrived defective, and the $#*!head behind their customer support service clearly had no interest in helping me, and said there was nothing he could do.
As far as I'm concerned this site is run by unprofessional thieves who don't give a damn about their customers and are perfectly fine with robbing them.
This is the first and last time I am using VapeNW. I put in a lot of time and effort in to finding a good e-cigarette website and VapeNW appeared to meet my standards; however, I was sadly mistaken. It is very worrisome that there is a section specifically for "return to sender" items based on incorrect mailing addresses in VapeNW's customer service section. I am very diligent with everything I type when filling out shipment information- I'd hope that this is not a typical pattern seen for this specific website... I was not as concerned about that as I much as I was not hearing back from customer support after a week went by post-order placement (having discovered myself, lacking any notification, that my item was returned to sender)- I still have not heard back and it's been about 10 days (e-mailing them several times and calling their illegitimate contact number and checking almost obsessively that all of my information is correct). On the other hand, VapeNW is not hesitant in charging more to return the product back to me, or else there would have been a 20% restocking fee. I've lost a good amount of money, followed their steps to ultimately give them more money, and yet no guidance, help, nor reassurance has been offered.
