Placed an online order through their website. As a loyal customer I have placed many orders previously through them. I received an email stating that the product I ordered had been returned to them by usps and that they were refunding me the cost of the items, not the cost of shipping. No rhyme or reason, no effort on their part to figure out why it had been returned. For no good reason I paid for an item to be shipped that I never received. I contacted their customer service in hopes of having this issue addressed. I was told in a response by someone named "J" that it's not their problem that usps returned the package and called me rude. I did not want a refund, I simply wanted my product. Over the cost of shipping, they lost a loyal customer forever. Total joke. Don't give them your business. In such a competitive market, I was amazed to be treated so poorly.
