They are secure when it comes to trying to contact them via computer or phone. No one answers the phone, and no one responds via computer. If you press a phone option that you don't need trying to get someone to answer, that person will only say they cannot help and will try to transfer to the person who does not answer but has no voicemail. Employees will not give out last names "due to security reasons" so if you want to ask for who you spoke with try asking for John or Mike. You will need a lot of luck and even more patience if you sign up with them.
