I'm a size 16 jean, but used their measurements of a dress, said I was a 20.2 sizes bigger, however the dress showed up very tight, like a size 12, NOT a 20. This is for my sons wedding, so I'll try to lose weight like crazy. Just know if you order this dress. Order a size 24 if your a size 16 in jeans

Don't buy from this company there are much better options out there. They list free returns but when I attempted to return 1 of the 3 dresses I bought. They charged me 12.00. I could only get a free return if I took a store credit

Material is poor quality - their sizes are for very small people - maybe little girls. Even the medium size is like an extra small size. They engage in marketing fraud and the the of USA should be doing something about these company and the people behind it.

I am really surprised by all these negative reviews... I had my girls in my wedding order this teal wrap dress and it fit everyone beautifully... I buy many many cloths from this store and have never had any issues. Many of the shirts and bathing suites were purchased a few years ago and I am still wearing them... I love their prices and have never had issues with the size or quality. I will continue to order from this store... Thanks Venus!

1st and last purchase thru Venus! Bought 5 items online. The quality of the material and product is so poor! Looked so cute in the catalog but all 5 tops/sweaters I bought were so thin & cheap! Walmart sells a better product! Don't waste your money!

This would be my first time ordering from this site. I read the reviews not to happy with the reviews but they do have beautiful clothes, can someone tell me a little bit more about the clothes quality? I'm hearing the quality is not so good.

I want to say what an amazing experience I had! I bought 2 bathing suits. I actually measured myself and made sure I recipients the correct sizes. Fortunately, I needed a smaller size in the bottoms... so I returned them! Great fast return service. Great communication throughout the process via email and fast! Thanks. I will definitely purchase bathing suits and clothing from Venous in the future!

I just started purchasing from Venus.com like a month ago, and so far I've had to return multiple orders. Their sizes are wrong, jumpsuits run too big on the top, but worst of all, the quality of the material they use for their clothing is really POOR. It's a shame, because the products look beautiful, but the material is the worst. Won't buy ever again from it.

I ordered some clothing from Venus for the first time. I wasn't sure how the sizing was. Nothing fit me right, so I looked at their return policy and said items have to be not worn with original tags and liners. I was confused because my clothing came with no tags on them. They came in plastic bags with a sticker tag thing on the plastic bags. I tried to email their customer service to ask for further explanation. It seemed like an automated response telling me the same not very helpful instructions on their website. I'm afraid if I try to return them then I will have spent money and not get anything back and have none of the clothes. So I'm not allowed to take them out of the plastic bags and try them on? They all had no tags attached to the actual clothing. Then before I got the first order I made a 2nd order which was dumb of me. So now I will have to pay off the Venus credit card and be done with it. Maybe I can at least sell then clothes on my own.

I was very optimistic about my first order and received it very timely. I have since placed additional orders in which I have had returns in each one. They have ridiculous charges for returns if it brings your total under $100. I put items from 2 orders into one box for the return, the total of the return was $105.00; they charged me $32.96 for the return. The items I returned were definitely not worth the money; and really not worth the additional $32.96 to return! Pants run large, tops run small and boots are ridiculous, it you have average size calves you cannot get them zipped, if you have wide calves don't even bother. Hope this saves someone some hard earned $$$$

Horrible! Cheap cheap cheap quality! To make matters worse, I onlLy received 14 dollars back on a 34 dollar return! Do not waste your money with this company! You would do better shopping at Walmart. Much better!

I'm a size 5 and can wear a size 7 in some brands, so I ordered Venus' size small. Their small reads 4/6. So after paying $137.94 including tax and shipping for 3 items, it took well over two weeks before I'd receive my items. The items I received read small however fit several sizes to big and I mean big! The sweaters even hang down to my knees and i stand at 5'7. So I decided to wash them in hot water to shrink them up. All I accomplished from washing was unraveling on just one wash, not one bit of shrinkage. What a waste of money!

I am a regular customer and really: I am 100% satisfied! Thi sis one of the most legitimate clothes companies and I am happy with every purchase I've made. Customer service is always helpful and professional. Don't really listen to the bad reviews. I have no idea which company they are talking baout but it seems like it was not Venus.

After reading reviews, I was apprehensive about ordering from here.
I received my 1st order a week from the original order date, which is great to me.
The quality of the shirt is very good, looks just like the magazine.
I'm 5'8" and wear size 8 (150lbs) and the medium fits perfect, not too big, not too small. I orginally ordered a large and sent it back for the medium. I have had no trouble with the refund. Very pleased with this company.
I have a second order on the way with hopes of wearing them on vacation this year.

I have been ordering from Venus for several years. I have always been satisfied with all the clothing that I bought. When I did have a return it was very easy to do. Customer service has also been helpful when I needed them. I shop quite often and love doing so.

I ordered a large order and had to send everything back. Poor quality. I refused to pay their ridiculous shipping (return) fees and am now put with one of their shark creditors who call me 10 times a day to have me pay the high shipping fees. NEVER! They are crooks!

Haven't had a problem with clothing or shipping but, always advertise she same pieces for the last 2-3 years so I stopped ordering. Only a few new items but for the most part... it's the same clothing. I used to be excited when catalog arrive but now I just toss it.

I purchased a pair of prom shoes for my prom dress from dressvenus.com. On delivery of the product I was glad to see that they delivered what promised but was a bit unsatisfied with their slow delivery services. Though this is the only issue I experienced, the overall purchase was good.

I am a total Venus girl! Absolutely love their clothes and I got a lot of my friends hooked on Venus. Anytime there is an event that I am going to, gotta get something new from them. Plus their stuff is different and awesome!

I've ordered from them for over 15 years and have never, not once been unhappy with a purchase. Everything has always been great quality and returns are no problem. In fact returns have been very easy

I ordered a dress with confirmation from venus officials that I would receive within 7-10 days as I was in need of a dress for a friends wedding which was in 15 days after the day I ordered it. I began to get nervous as I did not receive any confirmation emails that my order was sent or even a way to track my order. I once again created a chat with a venus associate and was rudely notified that I didn't pay the taxes and duties which was sent in an "email" (which I never received/ unprofessional) and from this I will not be receiving my order for another 12 days... I have ordered from many sites that are based out of the U. S and never had to deal with this type of paying. Not at all happy and will be sending my order back once it is received as my order is not worth an extra 100 dollars in duty charges

I have tried Venus multiple times in hopes that maybe I was just unlucky. However, after four to five orders from this company, I have come to the conclusion that their products are cheap quality at department store prices. Unfortunately, I have placed my final order with this company and will not order from them again. I have ordered everything from swimsuits, coverups, dresses, jackets, and shoes. All of which were extremely over priced for the quality. I will stick with real department stores.
