This is my favorite website for clothes! They are good quality. Exchanges and returns are super easy! I've had a really good experience. I really love Venus! The best website for clothes! Highly recommended! :)

I would give them a zero. I thought I'd take a chance too and order from them. My package never arrived. I got an email later saying I returned it even though I didn't. They are going to refund me for the price that I bought the clothes for but are still charging me for shipping even though they themselves never shipped the package in the first place. So shady.

Again another shipping issue! I ignored these warnings and it was a mistake!
I had several items from 2 separate orders to return. I included them in ONE BAG-$6.95

Imagine my shock they dealt with each order separate.
Charged me $13 to return a $29 dress... so my refund was only $17

Second invoice showed another $11 deducted from what I was owed IN ADDITION to the $6.95 standard delivery.

Granted cute clothes but HIT OR MISS with the fabric, quality, proportions, and actual sewing.

Agree with the others Amazon, Macy, and Victoria's Secret are much more budget friendly when you factor in returns.

I purchased a bathing suit online and loved the look and feel of it. Size was perfect. I wore it 5 times over a period of 4 months and noticed a small hole in the side of it. I contacted customer service who said they couldn't do anything since it was purchased over 90 days ago. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality and poor customer service. They should have mailed a replacement since I had paid a stiff $60 for it! Never again will I order here, better quality at Wal Mart!

I order about $250.00 worth of clothes every winter to make a wardrobe that I know is new, ready to wear, new style, always a jumpsuit (because I get many compliments when I wear them so Thank you Venus!) sweaters to wear with jeans 2 cute winter sweaters, 2 sexy sweaters, long sweater/cardigan.
Last year it was H&M. I am a VENUS girl as their clothes fit MY body type which is normal.

I have bought swim suits, cover ups, shirts, from VENUS and I have loved every single item. I started looking for a replacement for VS (Victoria Secret) as their message isn't what I want. I want clothes that compliment my body... which remember is normal.

VENUS is half the cost of VS. VENUS clothes are made better than VS. The only reason why VS is bigger and "known" is because they have a huge marketing budget. VS is all about THEM. Venus with their customer care service, they care and it shows.

So yes shop at VENUS!

I was afraid of ordering from this place, but I gave it a try because of the prices. This is my first order, I bought a blouse and a dress. It came in 6 days (from Florida to Texas). I will be ordering again :)

I shop here all the time. I ordered my mom some sweaters and myself some dresses. My mom loved her clothing pieces and I'm going to continue to shop here. I never had an issue with my items. Everything was as pictured in the description and site picture. Sometimes the clothes are a little too big but that's my only issue. This is an authentic website if it wasn't I would have stopped ordering their a long time ago.

Site Unresponsive. Unable to dispute. Order marked as paid, shipping tracking not found... I never received my pkg. I contacted ups/fedex, they don't have my address in their system for a delivery... Totally frustrated with this company, they only have a foreign number for communication... Urggggggggh...

Why would anyone want to go to an actual shop when you can get stuff delivered this fast!
This was the first order that I'd placed with dressvenus.com so I wasn't really sure what to expect but I can only say that the service was excellent. The goods were very well packaged and delivered extremely quickly. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

My biggest complaint is if you return something they will RIP you off big time. I ordered 5 items. I got free shipping and a 15% discount. I retuned everything but one top that was $34. - 15% = $28.90. On the returns they charged me $7.95 shipping - $6.95 for the return label then took back the discount of 15%. I thought I was paying $28.9o for the top but it ended up being $48.90. I turned them in to my credit card company to be investigated.

I instantly liked the coat when I saw it on line and ordered right away. Although the coat is listed as size 20, the sleeves though are a size 24- too long, too wide and the coat is a size 16. It is snug. But the workmanship on the coat is good. The lining is completely sewn in. It is not "tacked in" at various spots on the coat and the remainder left flapping loose. I received the coat in 4 days. It was promised in 4-7 days. I never dealt with the company before. But I am pleased. Love the color which is unusual for me. I have a steady wardrobe preference of black. I would order again from the company but would pay more attention to the listed dimensions. I wish there were more plus size real business type options; tops, dresses and suits.

I ordered the jacket on their web. I was very disappointed when I received it. I decided to return it and found out I had paid for shipment for return too. Don't order anything from them. Their clothes are garbage.

With Venus you have to know what fabrics to buy. Like the su I've had a few misses, but learned what to buy and what not to buy. Their jeans fit me really well and at $22.99 you cant beat the price! Fast shipping and I buy when shipping is free..

I can't explain how perfect this dress is! I was so nervous to open the box! I even called 10 people to come over and be at my house when I opened it! It is everything I wanted plus even more. The picture/model doesn't even do the dress justice. Gorgeous! The dresses do come inside out, which I thought was a great idea. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I LOVE IT!

I ordered 3 beach dresses that should have arrived in time to pack for a cruise. Instead a package arrived with one dress and some sort of sweat pants that I never ordered. The third dress was back ordered. I called Venus. I waited on hold for 16 minutes, then was told the dress I ordered and paid for was no longer available. They are sending a free return bag, when they receive the sweat suit that I never ordered, but received they will credit my account for the dress that I paid for but never received. I am very disappointed. I was really hoping to have something cute to wear on my vacation. I doubt I will order again. It is too confusing when they fail to make sure the order is correct.

I did shop with Venus a couple of time, impress by the fashion clothing they have and thought the price is worth it. But when you get the clothes most of it is cheap fabric and the price is exaggerated. Most be China made from those online sites with Venus stickers. Very dissapointed to pay to much to get less for your money.

I have been ordering from Venus for over a year and I have to say I'm much surprised as I wasn't sure what to expect. All of my purchases and returns have been processed accordingly with no issues. Deliveries are always as promised on time and sometimes sooner than expected. I'm surprised of the quality as well as its better than what I was assuming it would be. I have recommended it also and the few I know haven't had any issues. If I've had to call customer service is always pleasant which is why I express how surprised I am of others complaints. I hope they resolved your concerns since it doesn't bad reviews don't help. I know if I would have come across some of the negative reviews it would have discouraged me to proceed with a purchase.

Purchased a dress and it was way to long and oversized, which wasn't the problem. That can happen anywhere. The problem is that when I sent it back they kept over half of the purchase price in fees and shipping. So the dress cost me $29 plus tax and shipping and I was only refunded a total of $13.34?!?!?!? That's robbery... I will never shop there again!

Got a shirt for a gift and exchanged it since it was too small (paid shipping for the return) and used the shipping ship. Never received the new shirt instead they credit back the credit card that does not exist. No e-mail stating the other item was not available, only way I knew is that the person that gave me the gift said they received an e-mail that the credit was made, when I called, they were not help said they were not able to help me since it was processed already. Why did I go through the proper channels to exchange it it that channel does not exist. Stay away, especially if you are given it for a gift!

I love Venus clothing and style. However do not purchase clothing that has beadwork on it. After a washing or two even on handwash the threading comes loose. On two of my shirts it was impossible to get to the thread and the beads became loose and began to fall off. I wrote to Venus and all I got was an "I'm sorry but it has washed, there is nothing we can do."

I can't believe all the negative reviews. I have been ordering from this company for years. Clothing is made very well n love the bathing suits. I recommend this strongl. I only returned one thing because it wasn't what I ordered they sent me a prepaid return package n I returned it with no problem. I am about ready to order a very cute sundress. Never ever had one issue with them

I ordered a bathing suit from Venus. I received the bottoms with no top. They shipped the top. It was a totally different color, shape, and material. The material is SO cheaply made. I would not wear that bathing suit to sleep.

I bought a dress from this website not only did it take forever to be delivered, when it was delivered it was a complete disappointment. It's the first and last time I buy clothes online seriously, the lace was the worst type of lace the stitching was not aligned the length was too short, I was really mad I didn't get my money's worth, the diamonds on the dress have practically all fallen off do to the horrible sewing I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this sight
