I bought the pinkish dress with the black embroidered flowers on the front. It's a tulip shape and made of a tulle fabric. I could not have been happier in a purchase, fit, comfort, feel, and style. My only problem is I may not find another occasion to wear it! It was prompt, true to size and just lovely. I would not hesitate to order from Venus again. I also picked some other dresses from on line companies that say they do returns but will not. All from China. I will from now on always check reviews and give this a 5 star!
I have ordered many swimsuits from them. Typically nice products; however, some have fallen apart, turned strange color, etc. They do not ship promptly. Ordered several items on Monday and they did not ship out until Thursday. I will not receive the items in time for a trip now.
Buyer beware! The first order I placed with no issues so I decided to place another order. The second order had several items that I needed to return because they were made of cheap fabric or the sleeves were too tight. Venus charged me the $6.95 to return the items plus an additional $12.95 in shipping because I received free shipping on my original order and returning the items meant that I would have paid for the shipping on the items I kept, according to the CSR I spoke with. I live in Jacksonville. It is ridiculous to charge$20 in shipping for 2 items. I will stick to Victoria's Secret where I can return to the store for free!
Ordered the Rush Mesh Bodycon dress. Received it September 4 tried it on excited loved it Im a size 6 I ordered a medium fit perfectly. The event is September 24 I go to put the dress on my husband goes to zip it and the zipper breaks! Do you know when you look so forward to an outfit and you have all your jewelry picked out you know what you're gonna wear and the zipper breaks! I can't tell you… I know it's just a dress but it was a wedding I was going to and I was scrambling looking for another dress to wear to this wedding. I am very disappointed and hope Venus does the right thing and refunds my money..
I've purchased from them for years but you have to be careful one outfit I purchased with was a Sweatshirt/Shorts washed it always on delicate and blue fabric shed all over my washing machine and the fabric was so then with all the stuff that shed off I couldn't wear it because you can see through it and of course they have the worse return service as you can see from all the reviews and also they sent me a discount on future purchase but I couldn't get free shipping on that order they don't double discount unlike all their competitors. The shipping is extremely slow at least 10 days. I spend a lot online so I always try Boston Proper much better quality great customer service as quick shipping. Macy's is the best deals better prices better quality and on their free shipping I've never had anything take more than 3 days to get here. I will still ocassionally order from Venus but it's less and less now

I bought a few dresses for a wedding I was supposed to go to. Of course I didn't get them in time plus had to pay their shipping fees from the site plus an extra shipping fee when it got here. I was told from their costumer service that Canadians pay an extra fee. Basically your paying the same in shipping as you paid for the dress

The clothes looks so fabulous and unique. I'm a 0-1 on bottoms and a small on tops. I ordered a small top and small dress and they ended being way too huge on me. Smh i gave them to my mom thinking it would fit her since she's a medium-large, they didn't even fit her either. Do disappointing. Venus would of been my # 1 store for shopping clothes but after seeing the results of their clothes in person I'm ashamed I even purchased them.

I ordered two dresses from Venus and they arrived in good condition. They are as depicted in the catalog. One is super cute and the other Ill return, but I had an idea I wouldnt like the fit; its not flattering on me but its really pretty.

I love the quality and their customer service is fantastic! Pieces are truly unique and I get a lot of compliments on most of the items purchased. The only things that I don't like is Taxes and Customs Fees as I do live in Canada. It can get pretty pricey... Waa waa

I order two dresses for a ball on Oct. 22.2014, wanted 2 days shipping with Venus, I did not receive it. They didn't call me. I wait all day and night, they told me to call customer service, and UPS to see what happen to my order they said it will be their, it never came. Then I call both of them back, Ups was closed till Mon. Oct, 27,2014 I was very disappointed in the service I received, I wasn't able to go to my Ball, I spent a lot of time on the phone with customer care service. They shouldn't put 2 days shipping if its not going to be their or they should call with an explanation. UPS and one person at Venus acted like it was my fault, I was very dissatisfied with the service of them. :(

I ordered, with much trepidation, a swimsuit from Venus. I had read all the reviews, and it seemed as though I was making a big mistake... but I loved the swimsuit and as hard as I tried searching for another similar suit, I couldn't find one even close. So, I took a leap and ordered from Venus. I was pleasantly surprised: my shipment arrived sooner than I expected and the suit fit perfectly! I did my due diligence and used Venus' measurements and maybe that helped in the fit. I'm planning on ordering again and hoping to have the same good experience.
I was completely satisfied with the swim suit I purchased. I purchased a push up bikini top and skirted bottom, which I love the fit and the color. I felt confident and beautiful on the beach. Will definitely buy my swimwear here!

I ordered 4 clothes and 3 of them were big so I had to return them back. As per the return instruction, I put the original invoice in the package including the invoice and return label on the package and sent them back. 2 days after I received the package back with a sticker on that saying" had no invoice".
I called customer service and asked for a new invoice and label as it's not provided in the new package they sent me back (package had opened and changed) and they told me that they will not send label to Canada which means I have to pay again for the return. That is not fair and reasonable at all.

There was nothing during the time of my order to state that I would be subject to extra fees. There was also nothing to say that I would be charged in US funds. So my $79 bathing suit turned out to be $79 US +$39 Canadian duty and taxes and I was told I'd also have to pay extra for Canada post and COD charges. What I thought was 479 turned out to be $142.95! And the quality was about what I would expect from Walmart! What a scam! Stay away from this company!

I ordered my top to fit and when I received the product it shows that it fits multiple sizes but it didn't fit me! So I returned it. I paid $7 shipping to get it to me and then was charged another $7 to send it back! It took a month to get my refund. I was out $14 by dealing with this company. I will never order from them again and I hope this will be a warning to others!

I ordered a swim suit for a trip to Costa Rica 3 weeks ahead of the trip. One week later I got a message saying I'm on backorder with NO Details. The next week they said my order shipped but gave NO tracking number. I leave tonight and found out it won't be here for another couple weeks. What? Backorder, no tracking, and they send it by mule? NEVER AGAIN!
First of all their sizes are messed up. All the shirts I have ordered run super small so u usually have to order ex large and I normally wear a medium. Well I ordered an ex large tank top and when I got it the thing was way to big so I sent it back. My card was charged 15.94 but i only got credited 4.04. Guess I should have read their return policy cuz they charged me 6.95 to return it with the ups label and I dont get the shipping I was charge back when I made purchase. Not buying from them again.
I swear, this is my first review ever, this company is nothing but a scam. I bought a dress for 49 dollars and shipping was 8 dollars, I received this dress and it looked like it was made in china. It is very cheap and looked horrible... didn't look anything like the picture I saw on the model... pls pls pls don't waste your time on this company... their dresses are not the same as on the model... it's a cheap remake!
I ordered a size 8 dress which is my true size when I shop in stores. I received my order within seven days with a good quality of fabric but it was too small. I considered exchanging for a bigger size but I would not have received my order in time for my event. My total was $51.00 dollars including the shipping fee the cost of the dress was $44.00. I returned the dress and only received a $37.00 refund. I was planning on shopping with Venus indefinitely but I will not be shopping there ever again. I should have at least been refunded 44.00. Amazon always refund me what I paid if the item doesnt work for me.

I ordered 6 items when I received order only 5 were in package and only 2 of those were correct. I sent back the 3 wrong items and a request for refund of those 3 items and refund for missing item. They refunded me the 3 items I'm still trying to get a refund for missing item. Company will not reply to my. Emails and I get nowhere over the phone. They have lost a longtime customer
I bought a swimsuit I really wanted and I immediately paid my duties for it to come across the border to Canada. I haven't received my order in 10 business days when they said it would come in 3-5. I have a holiday coming up and had to last minute go out and buy a different NOT AS NICE suit because I couldn't rely on them to deliver in time. Really sucks and I'm incredibly disappointed. I will not buy from them again ever, but there customer service has been responsive.

I purchase clothing from venus.com over the years. Never had to return anything. I recently purchased some swim suite. I had to return 3 pcs back. I used 1 return label to return the 3 bottoms and they deducted 3 full shipping charges instead of 1. I send them a request to correct the refund, never heard back from them. Its interesting how they treat the customer when it comes to return. They just lost a customer over $30.00.
I have been a customer of Venus for a few years now. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. I put in a order and received something totally different from what i ordered and then was told they didn't have my size. Then they lost my order and froze my account i will be sending everything back and closing my account
I have ordered from Venus 4 times now and each order has been for several items. I am very happy with the quality of their products and they have held up well. The size have been true to size as well. I recently had a glitch with a package delivery however Venus stepped up and treated me very well and I felt valuable to them. They shipped by UPS and UPS subbed it out to USPS. In tracing the delivery of the package it showed as delivered but I had not received the package. I submitted a lost package form with USPS and then called Venus to report this to them. They actually processed my same order of 7 items and it was delivered to me the next day and they waived the charges. Now this is good service. Luckily all my items were still in stock and I am a very satisfied Venus customer! I will continue to be a dedicated Venus shopper!

I'm a first time buyer and I got my items in 5 days. I loved them, they were well made :) I'm very happy with Venus and I made another order 5 tops for 150 dollars. Great prices and really cute sutff!
Love the design, selection and fit! Wish I knew about Venus clothing sooner. The sizing is mostly true to size. The only feedback I have is I wish the description of the item clearly stated the % of stretch. Ie 5% spandex. This information really helps to determine sizing. Reviews also help. Wish there was more online reviews available.

I have REPEATEDLY tried to 'unsubscribe' to their email list, even though I never subscribed in the first place! I wrote to them via their 'contact' link numerous times. Each time I got a lame excuse that their system wasn't working properly. I have been assured that my preferences were updated, not sure why they even had any of my 'preferences'. And yet, I still get bombarded with their emails, over and over and over. Absolutely frustrating and absolutely bordering harassing. Flag it you suggest? I DID. Each and every email and yet somehow, they still get through. I will never deal with a company that is seemingly so loose and free and has total disregard for a person's privacy, especially when requested many, many times to be removed from their list! I'm RUNNING far away and I will NEVER order from them!
