“Found a perfect dress”

I bought the pinkish dress with the black embroidered flowers on the front. It's a tulip shape and made of a tulle fabric. I could not have been happier in a purchase, fit, comfort, feel, and style. My only problem is I may not find another occasion to wear it! It was prompt, true to size and just lovely. I would not hesitate to order from Venus again. I also picked some other dresses from on line companies that say they do returns but will not. All from China. I will from now on always check reviews and give this a 5 star!

I have ordered many swimsuits from them. Typically nice products; however, some have fallen apart, turned strange color, etc. They do not ship promptly. Ordered several items on Monday and they did not ship out until Thursday. I will not receive the items in time for a trip now.

I need a swim wear and a cover up so desperately and I found the one I liked on here, However I am not feeling safe placing an order after reading these horrible reviews. We work hard for our money you know!?

I put an order in on Jan.1,2023...my order was in"processing" for 2 weeks till I finally called to understand the issue...after talking to (3) service reps...20 min. Waiting on the phone...they told me my item is "out of stock "" unbelievable...will never order from them again,

Thank you VENUS!, I just ordered my new dress Monday night and received it yesterday (Wednesday). Excelent service!
For those women with Latina butt, I always order dresses two sizes bigger and fit perfect. I can't wait to use my beautiful dress!

They charged me $6.95 for return label and additional 4.95 for some Promotional Shipping Adjustment. Use caution when you order from this page or make sure that you'll buy something that you'll keep, otherwise they will adjust the "free shipping" if you return anything. Horrible experience!

We do also refund the $4.95 promotional shipping adjustment to a $4.95 e-certificate that you can use on a future purchase. We do not process the adjustment in the case of exchanges and still waive the shipping to ship out the new order.

I have purchased several items from venus, tye dye dresses, bathing suits, shirts and long skirts, they are exactly like the pictures and as described, colors are the same... just saying I am 5'6 this is the perfect size for long dresses. The only problem I have is a lot of clothes I want to purchase they no longer have, if it sales bring it back... venus takes orders very quick and ships very quickly, don't blame them for shipping when it gets to your address late that falls back to UPS, USPS or FEDEX, whoever the carrier is, but so far no problems. I give them a big thumbs up, and will continue to buy from them. Some of the reviews on here are just utterly ridiculous.

I've been buying their clothes for years and LOVE them! Everything I wear if basically from Venus, from their sexy bathing suits, the professional attire, and the VERY flattering outfits. I am obsessed with all their new clothes. I even have purchased two of some of my favorite outfits/bathing suits. I get so many compliments. Everyone wants to know where I shop. The clothes just fit me perfectly and accentuate my figure. I will continue buying all my clothes from them and am always extremely happy. I have had returns due to ordering the wrong size and they are so fast with handling exchanges. :)

I've ordered from Venus.com several times and never had a problem. I have not like certain items due to the fabric or the way it fits but simply returned it with their shipping label. They take shipping charges from the amount returned but I already know that by shopping online. Great site, easy to return if there are issues with the clothing.

I've been ordering with this company for half a year, when going shopping in actual malls became to much of a hassle. My clothes have always come in excellent condition and fit me well. Their clothes are comfy and stylish, while I haven't bought shoes from them. I love everything about the company, except the wait for my clothes to get delivered but that's a given. Overall I love this store and will continue to shop here.

I've placed many orders with Venus.com and I've always received it quickly. All of their items are true to size and comfortable. Of the many orders that I've placed, only one was shipped incorrectly. Mine and another customers orders were accidentally switched. When I called, I spoke to Helen and she was absolutely helpful. She overnight my correct order and did not charge anything to ship the incorrect items back. Only one item has ever not fit but my sister could wear it, so it worked out. Love this company and I will continue to shop here!

Ive been ordering from Venus for about 5 months now, Ive made roughly 4 orders, I have to agree with others that the quality of most of the items ordered is horrible and cheap looking, the sizing is WAY off, everything runs big, and the prices are super high. The only thing Ive ordered that is good material and fits well is the bathing suit. The clothes do not look like they are depicted in the magazine. I will try ordering a few more times to see if anything changes, otherwise Im done wasting time and money. Ive had an Express account for years and I can always count on their sizing and quality, yes sometimes you get something you dont like, but not as often as with Venus.

So here I am making an order my total turned out to be 260.00, but something told me to read the reviews about Venus, I shop on line all the time I love shopping with Victoria Secret love all their clothes and styles. Never been disappointed with shopping at V. S., but I also shopped other places in the past online and was very disappointed all the negative and poor reviews about Venus remind me of my bad experiences in the past with shopping online so I will trust these unhappy customers because there is too many disappointments and not place the order, I will back out, Thank you all for sharing your experiences.

The designs are very nice, however, the cheapest material. I sent every thing back in less than 1 hour. I originally paid an extra 5.95 for 2 day shipping from Jacksonville, FL to Marathon, FL and didn't receive my order until 5 days later. When I returned the clothes, My refund was short my $4.82. The tax was originally 11.32 and the refunded tax was $10.50. $5.00 shipping was charged to me to return the items even though I used the enclosed shipping label that stated, if I used, I'd be charged 6.95 (which was charged). I called customer service and never got a clear explanation of the screwed up charges/refund. I definitely won't order from Venus again

I've been buying Venus clothing and swimsuits since before they had a website. I've never been disappointed in a purchase I made with them. The swimsuits are very high quality, and I love that you can custom make your swimsuit to your body shape. I've bought dresses, shirts, shorts... one of my favorite pairs of shorts ever, I got from them. Lasted about 10 years and wore them often. I'm 5'8 and a pretty consistent Medium. I'm 53 now, started buying from them when I was 29. I've literally NEVER been disappointed with my purchase.

Tip for consumers:
I love their clothes, but you have to be realistic. I'd like to be a size 4, but my height and my frame don't agree. I look way better in a size that is comfortable, and actually flatters me and my body shape. I never buy something...especially a swimsuit that I know will be too small. I actually get a size larger, and it's more flattering, especially to the backside. That's pretty much with anything. If it's uncomfortable..not worth it and actually doesn't fall with the natural lines of your bo

The replacement full coverage top was defective just as the first. The left wire popped through. Yes it was after 90 days, I'm in NH and had it replaced, put it away and took it for a 2 month stay in SE asia where I had to bring to a tailor twice. Venus customer returns said they would not return. I will still send it back b/c i cannot wear it and hope they do the right thing.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy the full coverage top unless you want the left wire to stab you after a wear or two

I bought a top for 22.94 plus shipping. Turned out it didn't work with the outfit I planned so I followed all of the return instructions. And returned within 3 days. Today, I received a credit for $8.94. Unfortunately, I have 2 items on the way but will NEVER order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE for sure.

Please report this to https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and https://www.facebook.com/GoDaddy so they will act and close their paypal account, websites/domains and take further steps against these shops from tidebuy!

They give the Worst services to their customers. Never ever buy any of the product from Venus. I've never seen this kind of services. You guys can see the attached pic, what they have done with me. And Venus is not ready to take the blame. And it's caused by them.

Was charged for a shipping charge when charge is included with total amount. Customer service did not try to work with me. I'm an A1 paying customer. Only owed $6.95 but it was the principle of the thing. Will not be ordering from them anymore.

Had a horrible experience after dealing with them for years and then this happened. I placed an order for my wife. The sale went through but then somehow did not complete on their end. Order never arrives, I ask my wife if it got here yet and she says no. Check the account, no order, call customer service and the college girl on the other end says well that is your responsibility. I said my wife is leaving for vacation without her order, items are not in stock now and after years of buying from you your answer is oh well so sorry. I said in my company if my website was not reliable I would be doing everything I could to save that customer and firing my IT director.

Blew me off and said oh well. Worst customer service ever. Wont go back to them again... AWFUL!

I paid extra to have my package shipped sooner and did not receive it until a week later, which completely defeated the purpose of paying extra. Customer service reps are very rude and could care less about quality service. The clothes are not true to size, its pretty much a toss up. I would not recommend this site.

I will say Venus sizing is very consistent just follow the size chart. However the quality of the clothing is not what you would expect from the pictures. Sweaters are itchy, and most items are tee shirt material. If you live in Canada shopping here is a waste of money you will pay way more than mall prices. I would rather roll the dice on Wish.

I recently bought a couple of bags in dressvenus, I've been waiting for so long now for them to arrive. Every time I email their customer service they say either they are busy, that i should email them. When i email them they refuse to give me a right answer or give me my refund. I am very unhappy with this because I've never had any problems with online shops before. Its disgusting what they do, trying to steal money like that

I am glad to have come across this website I was thinking of placing an order with Venus.com but I change my mind I'll have to look for what I need a different website thank you all for your review and feedback. They just lost a customer they never even had in the first place.

Prices are all in US$, and once you convert the currency you are paying almost 40% more. Now the kicker, custom duty AND taxes added on, 50% of your purchase price.
I do not recommend this website at all for Canadians!
