Scam! They post fake job ads on craigslist then try to get you to go (by way of a subtly suggested link) and pay for this bull background check. It is simple psychology, like every scam. It is actually one of the more intelligent scams I've seen on the internet. Having said that is is pretty pathetic that someone with "their?" intellect would want to rip people off... Sad and stupid! Don't give them your hard earned money!
Used this website to meet HIPPA requirements for my first job as an RN, I failed the initial check and had to call to complete the process.
I spoke with Ryan, who helped me get my certification completed the same day despite failing the initial check as a result of mistyping my address.
Unfortunately they do not let you correct mistakes yourself, but besides that, I had a great experience and they were able to resolve everything for me extremely quickly. Recommended.
I previously posted a review of this site stating it was a scam, and it is. After e-mailing them and asking why they wanted to be lazy a-holes and rip people off I started receiving annoying and harassing phone calls and everyone in my contacts did 2. I don't know how these people got my #s but they did and they stopped at nothing to annoy me and try to teach me a lesson for calling them out. PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE FOOLISH PEOPLE UR MONEY. Remember employers do their own background checks there is no reason for you to have to do your own and pay for it before you have met an actually person for an interview. ONCE A SCAM ALWAYS A SCAM!
For a background check/certification company they seemed OK, but I couldn't use my bank card to pay for some reason; ended up having to use a credit card for payment after several failed attempts.
