This griddle was very affordable and it works great. You can cook bacon, eggs and hash browns all at the same time. I feel like I'm working the griddle at a restaurant. It is fun. I use it for everything.
This item was purchased and did not work when assembled. Contacted customer support and technical suggestions were not helpful. I asked for a refund as getting information to and from technical team was arduous. The customer service team at first offered to $82 in compensation to have me take it to a shop and get it repaired, which I declined. I didn't see the point in taking time to take a defective product for a repair. The second offer was to refund $165 for an item I paid $274.04. I have declined that offer as it is obviously not the original amount paid. There is 'hassle free 30 day warranty'. Do not purchase from vevor.
This company is a joke that hides behind crap being sent from China! They refuse to give you any phone numbers to deal with a real person. The call center does nothing except to say you are dealing by email with the manufacturer in China.
I ordered 200 of an item. They shorted me by 20. They did NOT package them properly and when they showed, 90% of the items were chipped and unusable!
They keep replying by email telling me they will give me $50 off. We will give you 50% off. Can you return them at your expense? These are the ridiculous emails I keep getting from them. I have told them at least 10 times. I WANT MY MONEY BACK 100% and you pay for return. None of this was my fault. (except for being stupid enough to deal with this company) Here is the latest reply because they think this is some kind of game and they can hold onto my $200:

YOU SCREWED IT UP! YOU RIPPED ME OFF! WHY WOULD I KEEP THEM AT 50% OFF WHEN THEY ARE WORTHLESS? WHY WOULD I PAY OUT OF MY POCKET TO SHIP THEM BACK TO CHINA FOR SOMETHING THEY SCREWED UP?
DO NOT WASTE EVEN ONE PENNY ON THIS WEBSITE! THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO DEAL WITH YOU!

That this company has NOTHING to do with Canada!!!! They are located in China. There is no way to get in touch with anyone because the call center says they have no phone numbers. The only communication is by email and they play games by sending useless emails back and forth instead of dealing with the problem!!!!!!!!!!
