This griddle was very affordable and it works great. You can cook bacon, eggs and hash browns all at the same time. I feel like I'm working the griddle at a restaurant. It is fun. I use it for everything.
This item was purchased and did not work when assembled. Contacted customer support and technical suggestions were not helpful. I asked for a refund as getting information to and from technical team was arduous. The customer service team at first offered to $82 in compensation to have me take it to a shop and get it repaired, which I declined. I didn't see the point in taking time to take a defective product for a repair. The second offer was to refund $165 for an item I paid $274.04. I have declined that offer as it is obviously not the original amount paid. There is 'hassle free 30 day warranty'. Do not purchase from vevor.
Works nicely for working in garage without having to manually roll up typical extension cord.

Dont buy there! Very bad after sale service. J'ai acheté un ensemble, il manquait une piece importante dans le lot. Le service apres vente est la popur nous faire perdre notre temps, des réponses toutes fait pour vous faire patienter jusqu'a ne jamais faire de suivie... J'ai demandé a plusieurs reprise qu'un superviseur m'appel sans succes et le service téléphonique est un centre d'appel pour la chine... Sans succes. N'achetez pas la! Au risque de perdre votre argent!
