My neighbor has a big oak tree near the property boundary with roots coming into my yard breaking concrete and cement pads. I needed to do something before they broke any more of the cement slab under my house.
Purchased vevor door opener on eBay works okay except can't adjust down force so it will reverse when obstructed, motor continues to drive and turns around on the shaft. Not getting any service from eBay or vevor even after a phone call to vevor.
No follow-up or product, or tracking information. This is unacceptable..

I like the heating mantle. It's proper. No more oil baths or heat element sunk into sand for me! It's a solid performing unit. It's a little larger than I was expecting though.
Great price and great tool. Also got it at a reasonable time.
Greatest gift for my hubby ever! He was forging knives with a wood fire for a couple years. But with this ine it cuts the time more than half and definitely amazing value!
Item was missing a critical part (1 of 2 mounting brackets) but we were able to make it work.

Mostly because of pricing
The attachment saved us so much time butchering turkeys! They don't fit into the biggest plucker that we could find.So far we used it on 9 turkeys and it is still holding up.

I received a vevor water distiller as a birthday gift. I opened the box, took out the assembly instructions and started reading how to assemble and use the machine. Right away I became very irritated with the instructions because it seemed like an illiterate person wrote them. I could not believe how stupid the person that wrote these instructions sounded. I couldn't believe that a company would allow these instructions to be included with this machine! It's obvious that the person writing the instructions was foreign and has very little knowledge of the English language. The instructions need to be rewritten by someone that is fluent in the English language. It is so unbelievable. If it wasn't that this was a gift, I would have returned the machine. What a joke!

This was not the reason we purchased your equipment to face such poor after service, we have mentioned so many times that our operation is suffering and we may need to buy another dough mixer pretty soon, as you guys are unable to determine the issue virtually. You have asked us to open the motor etc, if i was so good with these things, why would i bother you in the first place. Please understand that i am not a technician as you also mentioned it will make it convenient for you to find the reason. Probably what would be more convenient is send a technician in person at the location to figure it out rather then playing eMail games to and fro. Our time is valuable and we request you to please be reasonable. Its been more then a week now and we are just sending emails. I will write a detailed review for Vevor after this about how you guys make your customers life miserable once they buy your products and expect promp service which is no where to be found. I am very disappointed with the way and the pace you're tackling this Issue VEVOR SUPPORT TEAM.

I purchased a vevor spot welder which stopped functioning about 2 months after purchase through ebay (TECHSTYLEGROUP). I've been trying for 4 months straight to get a refund or replacement and just keep getting generic non answer responses, do not deal with this company! I have more emails and communication, but just wanted to show the sort of communication you can expect.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure if you buy through ebay that it works prior to the 30 day expiry period ebay will not help and the seller will not help
