My neighbor has a big oak tree near the property boundary with roots coming into my yard breaking concrete and cement pads. I needed to do something before they broke any more of the cement slab under my house.
Purchased vevor door opener on eBay works okay except can't adjust down force so it will reverse when obstructed, motor continues to drive and turns around on the shaft. Not getting any service from eBay or vevor even after a phone call to vevor.
Love these and I guess my neighbors did too, because one day I woke up and had two less. Yes, someone made off with two of them from my driveway. So I did the only thing I could, bought more.
It's a great welder especially for smaller jobs around the house. The price wasn't to bad for what it's worth. I use this little dude all around my house and it works amazingly.
It's a great heat product. The only think I would change is dial to turn on and off and the temperature from 170C to 180C instead of on and off button.

I purchased a louvered fan, it arrived with louvers broken and bent, I was polite and recommended a stronger shipping box.
I sent photos taken 30 min after pick up from post office, I included multiple photos and they said they would get back to me. I waited and waited, they had to send complaint to a different team. Ok so i waited again to received
"Kindly note our technical team replied that "WRONG SKU, DON'T YOU CHECK THE SKU WITH THE PICS CST SEND?".
I have included the photos including QR code which you can scan and find this very item all over the internet.

We had an issue with a faulty more motor on a wash station and the user experience has been horrible. We called the customer service line, and they were nice but they referred us to Vever's e-mail and then it went to complete negotiations constantly on the warranty of the product. First, they wanted to send us a new motor and then stated that it was too expensive to send from their manufacturer in China. Then they kept negotiating on a dollar amount for us to fix it which nobody would fix and just keep the broken station that we did not want. Continuous emails back and forth for 3 weeks, we finally settled on a credit and now we can't even get our PayPal processed. They asked for our PayPal vs. just crediting back our Credit Card for the partial refund, which we asked for a full refund, but we gave up.
So if BUY a product that you might have to use the warranty on be very cautious on what you purchase.
Unfortunately, they're complete nightmare to work with on Customer Service via email *******@vevor.com.
Call center has been fine, very nice….

Opened a support ticket on Jul 28,2022, and was told to check with the delivery company, but there were no delivery details, and Vevor could not find anything on there too
Aug 1,2022 - VEVOR was going to send me another one out
I contacted them today, Aug 11,2022, to find out where my replacement is; I've been told to "contact the logistic company about the parcel delivery address. If they can not give your solutions, please file a claim and provide the claim number.
If the package has not been received for 3-5 days, you can contact the local police. Then we will refund you" I think this place is a BIG JOKE.

I bought a small refrigerator in January and it had never been moved but it stopped cooking completely! I called VEVOR and they said they will contact me by email. They contact you but it is during the night and if you email them back then you won't hear back from them until into the next very early morning. They tell you for weeks they haven't heard back from the manufacturer because they are on on leave. They apparently never come back from leave and then they tell you that you can have it repaired locally and they will give you a discount! I said what are you talking about giving me a discount! It is under warranty so either refund my money or send me a new one. Now they are saying I used it for eight months so the best they can do is online troubleshooting or parts! Then they told me that since I bought it from Walmart and bought the extended warranty to contact Walmart! The extended warranty does not come into play until after the manufacturers warranty! They will do anything and everything to avoid helping get it take. Are of! It is quite apparent they do not care at all! I will NEVER buy a VEVOR product again!

I bought a large planter box that required assembly. I'd rate it as "ok but not great." It's plastic that looks like wicker, and I read the reviews, so I knew what I was getting into. It was tricky to put together with really insufficient instructions. The "reinforcement strips" meant to keep the sides from bowing out all broke either during installation or when filling the planter with soil. They broke very easily and obviously wouldn't have been able to do their job anyway. So my planter looks great except it is slightly bowing out on the sides, and I will probably have to gerryrig something to keep it from breaking.
In addition, their customer service STINKS. I had a problem with my original order and cancelled it—or at least I thought I did. I then established a new account and reordered the item. I wouldn't have reordered it if I didn't think my original order was cancelled. (There's no way I have room for two of these.) When I contacted customer service, they said I could return it if I paid $42 for the shipping label! Further, there is NEVER anyone to answer the phone. It doesn't matter what time or day you call, you get the same recording saying they have too many calls and to try again later. Your only option is to use the chat window on their website, which is really glitchy. It freezes and doesn't let you reply. You have to keep reloading the page, which half the time ends the chat, at which point you have to get in line again and wait for another CSR, who doesn't know anything about your previous conversation.

I ordered a inverter. Missed the remote control and other small parts in listing webpage. I contacted seller, first time, seller don't check the listing page; and ask me take photo from manual show the parts listing, after two weeks, response "this item don't have these parts". Waste both time. If in Amazon, just one chat.
I checked reviews on internet. I find lots same case like me. Don't buy from this website.
By the way, the qualify of inverter is bad. I only run a 15w device. The display show 60w. I run 120w devices, it shows around 300w. I don't know the 5000w inverter, the real wattles
Update after a few days:
I request to free return. First person ask me wait 24hrs, after 24hrs, the second person ask to wait a few hrs.; after a few hrs., the reply jump to check missing parts; the third person ask to wait 24hrs, then no response.

Very nice blanket. Heats up really fast. Shipping was a little slow, but it was Christmas time. Would buy from this company again
The shear was rated for up to 1/4" mild steel. It will not cut it even with an extended handle. I am very disappointed.
