THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. Everything about their service from constant glitches in their website to their irresponsible & horrible customer service is unhelpful, inefficient, & continuously malfunctioning causing continuous delays. I have been forced to use their services twice, 2 separate times different years for different student visas, their incompetence reflects horribly on the governments which force us to use their truly disgustingly awful services. Their website is the worst.
Spoke to some Pilipino chick she is so so so terrible just reads a script and doesnt know any of the answers to very simple questions. I asked her about applying for a visa by post and she started reading me an answer for password resets... then she put me on hold and hung up on me. Same thing happened to my wife hung up on when she asked a question she didnt know. Both NZ visa and VFS webpages are clunky and the call centre is the worst, think Ill give NZ a miss its just too hard.
Stay away from this company. The most disorganised service I have ever come across. They don't have centralised communication line. One doesn't listen to the other. Their help line is in India & the service is global. They are not up to their promises. No one takes responsibility for their service. I was promised 5Days to process visa but they hold my passport in Indian Embassy more than 12Days. Holding passport this long is unacceptable & denies the right to move from place to place. If asking for withdrawal of the passport, it takes lengthy process. The sad part is, no one is contactable for sure. Please go to this company to process Indian visa after exhausting other alternative means. Stay away, stay away from VFSglobal to process Indian Visa. Online version of the visa process is great alternative for Australians.
I don't know why Indian government chose this company. Just to process my "Renunciation Certificate" took 2 1/2 months. Paid way too much postal charges. Today they say, they mailed to wrong address.

Therefor the letter of invitation came from.her Portuguese husband He submitted letter of invitation saying that he would take care of alll expenses with this he gave his ID card Employment card.bank statement,letter of employmment.To this was added my income tax returns,bank statement,insurance.kinship proof.Why do they ask for so many unnecessary documents?my appointment was at 9.30 am.I was called at 1.30.pm. Then it was a free for all for the biometricspeople were pushing and fighting to jump the queue.I am 81 years feellfeel that the process need to be streamlined and more efficient.The present system is a nightmare.
If the so-called SHENGEN VISA is not a failure, the third party processor is an ambarassment for the Countries that are part of SHENGEN. Considering that the visa service is outsourced to this incompetent and clueless third party, one must question what exactly do the diplomats of those consulates do from 8:00 to 5:00. They hire people who don't understand and incapable of reading and interpreting sone documents. For instance this person argue with me my bank statement is incorrect, as if created the statement myself. Before the whole SHENGEN, getting a visa to the European countries was a smooth process. You got to meet and talk to some who knew what he was doing, you could get your questions answered and get clarification on things that are not clear, and there is no shortage of that. Today getting a visa is just like trying to drink the ocean. What a mess!
Today My parents visited VFs Elante Chandigarh for appointment, We have already paid all charges for the same. My parents are not educated and staff asked to deposit 7298 rupee if they wanted to process on priority (Neha Mam, Anmol Kashyap and Dilraj-staff member who attend my parents). But when we approached them for refund then Dilraj (female staff) said to my sister why are you creating scene for such a small amount, wot you do if air ticket price rises in the future. See how they justified their work for their commission. In this era of customer service they people are doing this kind of work such a shameless. In the end they said they mailed for the refund and may be we get some of our money back.
The documents have arrived to their Washington DC office 5 days ago but "no records found" on their tracking system. So far no help from the customer service.
The most stupid approach to the visa obtaining procedure I`ve ever seen
1) You PERSONALLY have to visit bank and make payment, no one else can do it. So if I am currently in Poland and need to prolong your visa, you have to go back to Ukraine just to pay
2) Call center propose you absolutely random date, which you can`t change, you can refuse from one random date and obtain second one, at least one week later. But still you have choice from 2 random dates, which makes planning your time impossible
I DON`T SEE ANY REASONING (WITHOUT MANAGERS ARE INCREDIBLY STUPID) FOR ORGANIZING IT IN SUCH WAY
The appointment time does not have any value be prepared to wait hours post your appointed time with no supervisor in site to ask for help or complain.

My visa was stamped on 13th June but received my passport on 27th and i lost 2 weeks out of 2 months visa when i applied through VFS Malaysia for Netherlands visa.
I have never ever dealt with such a narcissistic group of individuals in my life...

I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF VFS.
We applied for 2 visas for Brazil through VHS Global. The application process was slow and difficult with them constantly rejecting our documents for being the incorrect format, even though as far as we could see, the documents were in the format requested. They have no help phone number and communication is painfully slow as they takes days to respond. They also would ask for say two things in their response and then in the next response they would ask for an additional item. Clearly, their staff are not well trained. Eventually, we got the visas. However, then we were informed that Brazil had changed their rules and we no longer needed visas and were eligible for a refund. Great. I then found out that we had somehow paid the $80.90 USD fee three times rather than twice. Not sure how that happened - probably related to their difficult application process. So, I set about trying to get my 3 x $80.90 USD refund. Again, a painfully slow and difficult process with VHS global saying they could not view the documents we sent as they were not the correct format. During the process, we received at least one response from VHS Global saying we could not get any refund, and then the next response asking for information we had already supplied them. Overall, a complete shambles reflecting I suspect poorly trained incompetent staff. Eventually, we gave up and just accepted that we would not get our $242 USD back. My advice, avoid them if you can.
The VFS global website for visa applications from the UK to Portugal simply doesn't work. It routinely doesn't even allow login, has randomly deleted my account, and is not permitting login at all. The CAPCHA doesn't work, then there are unspecified technical problems and they tell me to login later, and it again doesn't work, even if I clear my cache and cookies and use a different browser. It's absolutely impossible to get a visa application. YOU HAD ONE JOB.

VERY DIFFICULT, CONFUSING, AND LENGTHY PROCESS NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO. WITH THE LARGE NO. OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERS FROM INDIA, WHOMEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS HAS MADE PEOPLE LIVES DIFFICULT.
The staff at the vfs visa application centre in Brussels were excellent.They were dedicated to help me and did all that they could to enabke my travel to india following my backpaxk getting stollen with passport and oci. Well done.moat effiicient and helpful.
Their new BR site hardly works and the tech problems continue even if you manage to get the form submitted. Certain fields I filled in were replaced with "test" in the final.
