Their website it AWFUL. I had to spend 3 month sending and receiving tons of emails JUST TO BE ABLE TO SIGN IN TO MY EXISTING ACCOUNT BUT THEIR SYSTEM SAYS ACCOUNT IS NOT REGISTERED. I MADE A NEW ACCOUNT AND STILL THE "PROCEED BUTTON" was not working. THEY WILL NEVER ADMIT THEY ARE WRONG. THEIR SYSTEM IS BULLSH*T
I had an emergency one day before my visa appointment. They refused to refund me even though I tried calling them the day I had emergency (which is one day before my visa appointment) but they were off.
Imagine giving your money to a (supposedly) big company asking for a service then they do not refund you when have an emergency that made you not attend this appointment.
I listed all my concerns and send them lots of emails so that they can understand but no help.
My money was spent on a service which was not yet served.
I told them how much this 94.25 Dirham was important for me because of this emergency.
I told them why I had an emergency.
I told them it is out of my hand.
I told them to look beyond the refund policy BECAUSE THIS SERVICE WAS NOT SERVED BECAUSE I HAD AN EMERGENCY

This company is not considering my emergency and making profit 94.25 dirham. Like seriously?

AVOID TO ASK FOR THEIR SERVICES.
THE PROBLEM IS THEY HAVE NO COMPETITORS IN THIS COUNTRY. THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT GIVES YOU VISA TO OTHER COUNTRIES. IF DIRECTLY CONTACTING THE EMBASSIES IS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION, THEN NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Very Bad & unprofessional

Hard to call them and speak to someone regarding my passport. No one gives a $#*! they don't back their service you can get your passport back whilst application is being processed. Don't use this company!

They are useless

The service is useless. They team is so unprofessional and have no clue what are the documents needed. All what they cared about is to find a way to charge me more money, either by saying the application form changed or they need to perform some additional services, etc... I ended up paying 800AED for nothing! I truly believe this is not the type of services we have in Dubai and this center should find a way to deliver better services or change their staff!

Totally horrible service, first of all VFS Global apply for me for wrong type of visa, I asked for Schengen visa and they applied for spouse visa which I don't understand how is it possible. Of course embassy didn't approve this visa because there was no marriage certificate and returned my application back to VFS. After this if VFS contacted me and we solve this misunderstanding everything could be fine but nobody contacted me about situation and for 3 weeks I had no idea that they applied for wrong visa and embassy returned it. I was waiting 3 weeks and my flight was coming soon and I did not have any information so after 3 weeks I called VFS customer service and they told me that my visa are on embassy and still under process, such a lie because my visa was 3 weeks already laying in VFS and nobody care that I am waiting for it and I have my flight in few days. VFS claimed that they contacted me which I don't find true and when I asked to show me some prove if they really contacted me they refused to show me anything. I was planning this vacation 1 year, I have paid flight tickets, insurance, many other fees and expenses for this traveling and because of VFS all of this money end up in the drain, my traveling was ruined by VFS which cause me many personal troubles not just money lost and until now nobody even apologized from VFS.

VFS is THE worst company in the world. You will not be seen till 2pm for a 10am appointment ( without fail!) and the trustpilot reviews are all fake! You can check the wikipedia page for VFS global where this has been flagged as well

I was very confidently told that I was unable to apply for a residence permit in Norway while already in Norway and that I would have to apply beforehand. After double checking online, I found that the Norway website actually says it is possible (given some requirements which I can meet). Why so confidently misinform people? If you're not sure then either check online on your end or just say that you're unsure. Ridiculous service - it was a huge waste of my time.

Worst visa processing services. No round the clock availability. Now a days even banks are available on call or chat round the clock and these guys are missing after 4Pm and 5PM. No prompt updates on visa processing. Information completely in disguise.

I'm trying to apply from UK for Schengen visa and its is worst ever experience! Putting aside that no slots available ever in London or Manchester in any Schengen country VFS cover, so you need to spend hours trying different countries, the way how the site is designed is simply unacceptable. When you login and select country you're going to, the site would link this country to your account and if you want to check if any slots available in other countries you would need to create another account! But if you want to have Schengen visa its does not really matter which country would visit first! You just need a Schengen visa and bloody appointment!

Very Disappointed customer

Purchased super priority service, very expensive and VFS did not deliver on thier commitment. I should not be surprised as many reviews indicate poor service. Let me add my voice to that list. VFS is a lousy provider!

I booked a family holiday to Portugal. The Portugese Embassy in Abu Dhabi told us they had outsourced visa services to VFS - Contacted VFS and they told me that they had no idea when they would be able to offer an appointment for my Wifes visa. 3 week passed - finally received some B. S message from them that we may be able to get appoint in November ( One month after our scheduled trip) if we pay AED 600+ for their platinum service... We cancelled the trip because of this useless company - Why embassies outsource to VFS is beyond me.

Worst service ever

I applied for my OCI to India and got rejected due to difference in name. Their site provide option to put middle name, and count it as different from OCI application. There is no instructions on website, on one answers for telephone calls, worst communication with clients.

Applied for renunciation of passport, kept showing payment failure, eventually charged me 4 times ((976$) instead of 244$. Then charged me 2.48$ per min to file a complain over the phone. It does not end there, told me to request a refund. WHY THE $#*! SHOULD I REQUEST A REFUND for the money was unlawfully taken rather stolen from me. I was charged 730$ extra, received a receipt of 244$, that is definition of fraud and stealing. And I was told to wait for 15 days. Also, the refund application form has all kind of ridiculous questions listed on it.
Application process itself is harassing. What is the point of filing a 10 page application, and upload 10 different document online when eventually I have to print it all and mail a physical copy!

Such a waste of time.

I am taking them to court if I do not get my money back!

Excuse me for my language first. But I can not use any better for them. Those pathetic rude morons sit at the counter just want to waste your time and ask you to come again and again. Those uncivilized id1ots not have any clue about how to live in this century. Their website crashes When you submit the form. This is a clear mental torture. This company needs to be closed down for ever and their employees needs to be deported back to India for ever. Additionally they should get least 10 years ban for any other country.

I am a USA student and I have been trying to get a student VISA through VFS for the UK. For my first application I show up to my biometrics appointment (federal building), the worker said they didn't have my appointment on file. Worker asked for my receipt, which I said 'what receipt?' because I was never mailed/emailed one. Worker said you need one or I would have to make a new appointment in the next two days. Tried to book again, but the VFS website wouldn't let me. I tried multiple times and looked in my junk for the receipt, nothing!

Started a new application because I need to get to school, and VFS isn't doing anything about the first one. Another $1300 down the drain, and now they won't let me make an appointment at my local federal building. Looked at the centers across America, all appointments are booked past the starting date at my UK university. Worst experience of my life with a service, still trying to contact them and hear back from customer service.

Charged me twice for OCI card and still did not provide the service and on the top they charged $50 for phone calls which gave bull sit answers. Folks there have no clue what they are doing. If you don't need OCI stay away and just be done with multiple entry visa. I fighting for those charges through my credit card company.

I need to speak to a human to discuss a residency application, repeatedly advised to seek my answers on the website, if the answers were there I would not be spending a fortune calling.
Surely this terrible service cannot be allowed to continue, what an awful impression of Italy is given by this company, if this is the first point of entry.
