Place is a nightmare. They received my passport and my visa application for Russia on June 12. When I would email or call, and believe me I did that often, I never got any response. Finally on July 15, since I had heard nothing from these bozos and I was leaving on July 25, I reported passport lost, and thru an expedited service got a new passport, and my Russian visa delivered the morning I was leaving. VFS global send my old passport and my Russian visa to me on July 19, but of course by then, no good. Customer Service sucks, and someone, *******@vfsglobal.com called and asked what this dufus company could do to make up for this stinking mess. I said give me my money back, he said okay, just send us copy of money order, so we can see who signed for it. And I tracked that down, and no surprise VFS global cashed the $320 mo. Sent off to parvizb, and haven't heard a word. I KNOW I AM SCREWED, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE. PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES YOU CAN USE.
VFS is an absolute Thief. They take 600$ to get a UK visa, but never even submit my application to UK embassy. Because of their mistake, I have never got me visa and then lost my fligh.
This company misrepresented what they could do at every step of the way. They mis-advised us on the time it would take to get the visas. After we had made all arrangements did we learn that it would take twice as much time to obtain the visas. We endeavored to get the visas on our own they were completely unhelpful. They would not provide the most basic information to help us try to obtain the visas on our own. They would not give us contact information for their office that was sending the visas to us, they would not answer the phone. They lied about things. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. And completely avoidable if they had just been truthful from the start. DO NOT BELIEVE A THING THEY TELL YOU. IF YOU HAVE NOT CHOICE BUT TO USE THEM, DOUBLECHECK EVERYTHING. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, these people are cheat, first they will take 270 AED for service charges and when you application will be completed they will ask an other 463 AED which are hidden charges, I'm an Emirates Airlines staff and my insurance is valid for international travel but they did not let me use my insurance and they changed extra 212 dhrams on the name of insuranc, these people are big time cheat, I asked them to cancel my application and said that sarvice charges are not refundable, so even if you want to cancel application you have to bare this amount, BIG Disappointment, don't know why I have to give even one star to them
I've been trying to book an appointment for at the VFS in the Philippines for some time. If you do any kind of mistakes you're taken back to the frontpage, where they tell you that they're unable to handle your request and ask you to try again in one hour. This is utterly BS. It works after two minutes, if you just reboot your browser.
Trying to get an appointment is an utter mess. They first told me that there were no open slots in Manila. I therefore changed to Cebu. Still no open stops. I therefore changed back to Manila and suddenly there were open slots everywhere. After I had entered personal data and made the appointment, I discovered - to my horror - that the website had decided that I was born exactly one year before I applied for the appointment.
To my great annoyance - or amusement (the website is so bad that it almost is funny) - the website kicked me out the second I finally managed to get a slot. I also had an error-message once after pushing a buttom. I pushed the same bottom once more and then it worked.
Utterly and unbelieveable trash. They really need to pay some IT people to make a better website
The scam involving VFS Global is now widely known, especially in Southeast Asian countries. It's no longer a secret that there have been issues with their visa processing services.
In 3 months I couldn't book an appointment for italian visa. The system say that I exceed my login limits when I was login in the morning first time. Very bad system
The VFS Global Wafi mall br. This B section Especially the Netherlands has no respect for people's timing, we have to wait for one 1hour just to do biometrics, and they stopped calling the number without any reason. And resume calling after an hour, I missed picking up my kids at school because of the delay. My they need to wait 2 hours at school, what is the use of having an appointment if you keep on delaying the process, and we need to stay more than 4hrs at your place. It doesn't make sense at all,

Kept our kids passport rewenal on hold and not processing their applications asking to provide a new birth certificate where they already provided the copy of original.
I used this agency to process my Schengen visa to the Netherlands and the service was terrific. At the reception desk, the gentleman was wonderful. He was calm, knowledgeable, polite, and very patient with us. A lady and her father before me came without some documents, The gentleman gave her two options, go and come back tomorrow or have the husband send a copy, she changed her mind about what she wanted a few times, and this man never showed any signs of dissatisfaction.
Inside in the document submission area, I was seen by Manmeet Singh, who went above and beyond, made me feel comfortable and was very patient with me. I was trying to apply for a visa 4 days before my flight because that was the earliest appointment available. Just about an hour before the close of business. Even though I ignored his advice not to risk it, he still came all out trying to help me submit that day. I later gave up when two more staff Bhavi Patel and Abmishek Bhatti joined the panel. As a team, they talked some sense into me.
Not sure if visa applicants have much choice as to where they go for visa application but if they do, I highly recommend these guys.
Dear Sir/Madam,I have had the worst experience on the 19th April, 2023. I am a senior Professor of Neurology at NIMHANS. My appointment was at 8.00am. In any case there is a delay to start by 5 to 10 minutes. All my documents were correct. My insurance name automatically appears as in the PAN card for Reliance travel Insurance. The appointment time is not honoured at all. The case worker insisted that I get another travel insurance with my name as in Passport. I travelled to Belgium during July 2022 with the same details. He threatened me that my VISA is likely to be rejected. The agency appointed by VFS for printing and other assistance are absolutely unprofessional with old computers and laptops and took a solid 35 minutes to print my new Insurance policy that was done in 4 minutes.
You have appointed people who are below standard and have no idea about the procedures, they go on asking others for clarifications and there is a delay of at least 2 hours from the appointment time.
For the Biometry I had to wait for 30 minutes and there's is no order or sequence there. The men push their way through as no token is issued for Biometry. This is unfair. The security is also helpless.
Absolutely unprofessional service. Yours staff needs to be well trained. They spend lot of time with uneducated and illiterate applicants and make others wait beyond their appointment times. Need to appoint smart and efficient staff.
India has been providing software solutions to most of the world. But when you visit VFS Global web site, it is not easy to know what is the solution to your problem. I attained 50 years of age so I was not sure if I should apply for new OCI card. Google confirmed that I need it. On web site there were 2 different kind of OCI form checklists. I had to go far Miscellaneous. In the reasons for Miscellaneous service they have not mentioned that I should go for this service for 50 plus age.
It seems the web site has never been updated. When OCI came 50 years was not an issue. And now 50 year yardstick has been added but VFS preferred not to spend a little money and keep it as is. My problems did not end there. Infact, with Covid-19 situation, the standard of their email response is the worst, I have come across. I am still finding it difficult and am trying my best to complete my online application.
I uploaded my photo and and my signatures and when I clicked upload, it advised me to upload again. And it happened 6 times continuous, which prompted me to read the reviews and then I ended up writing one myself.
With Covid-19 situation and no flights in near future, clearly only thing going in my favour is time.
Staff don't have proper knowledge, I fixed the appointment, when I went went there, they have no idea about the country I'm about to apply for the visa.

Please have a lot of patience to work with this agency. With my experience, I have never dealt with such a bad agency in my life. The entire agency is completely clueless and have no training at all.
All pretend that they are knowledgeable but the entire system is broken. The forms and instructions to get any service is such complex that forces you to get frustrated and financially dent in your pocket.
The entire process is full of bureaucracy and it can make your life terrible.
Your form will get rejected for several reasons but one thing is most funny that the digital picture upload will also be challenged; the idiots will reject your form saying that the background is not white.
I went though that challenge and called the jokers five times and finally forced them to accept it.
I just uploaded same pictures again and this time they were happy that now the background is white.
I believe the entire process is there to make you feel?
But in the process of calling them I lost almost 45 dollars on calling them.
I was thinking the process will improve after changing agency but it has gone bad to worst.
I have never gone through such painful process of getting OCI miscellaneous services.
My case was to change the new passport information for my son and it cost me over 200 dollars for getting forms notarized; back and forth fedex mail after they rejected the forms.
Unfortunately, their is no choice for us in US if you have to get any services done from VFS?
Worst service center I have ever been in my life. Due to their irresponsibility and incompetence, I lost a significant amount of money for my family and I can not visit my relatives in Europe - due to the mistake of VFS Global, the Embassy of Latvia did not even consider my application and returned back all my documents with envelope due to the wrong amount from VFS Global. Service at zero and complete irresponsibility for their illegal actions. Their official website is fully consistent with the expected and vary too much in the collection of the necessary documents, and in the case - they took money from me for the expected already since the temporary Brexit visa qualification. They do not even follow the changes in the legislation in the world and accept documents according to the old laws. Now I am ready to sue them and their irresponsible employees.
VFS Globsal told me just Sorry for their mistake and even did nor return back my money for appoitment.

I initiated a complaint process in the Home Office against VFS Global for illegal actions and confusion that I have been harmed in the form of travel expenses and non-refundable tickets.I will also apply to the court to recover from you £419 and compensation for moral damage in the amount of £10,000. As a lawyer, I will defend my violated rights.
They have caused so much stress. They treat their customers like crap. There is no systematic way to go about applying for a visa through them.
No concept of customer service, employees don't know what they are doing. Just cheating about refunds etc. Very very bad experience

I submitted my passport and other documents, for Russian visa, in US, 45 days in advance of my travel. I paid for premium processing.
I did receive my passport/visa back in 2 weeks, but did get wife passport. I tried to contact customer service(?). They were WORST!. They dont know any current status. All they kept saying for next 3 weeks was, they' have sent to visa processing center'
My guess is this customer call center is different location and they have very thinly staffed visa center in DC. THERE IS NO LIVE COMMUNICATION IN BETWEEN THEM. So customer service always have SLEEPY/IR RESPONSIBLE reply to any of our questions. They simply dont care in what we go through.
After repeated emails/call, we got hold of one nice lady in thier DC office, just one week, before our travel. She said there is one corrections in date of birth is needed in Russian invitation letter. I faxed the corrected one, same day to her. Then we got the passport with visa back, less than 24 hour before our travel.
