“My son ordered shoes from this site”

My son ordered shoes from this site. He realized within ten minutes that he had ordered the wrong ones. He contacted the site and requested that they cancel his order. Long story short. He never recieved the product but he was charged for it, and communications have gone unanswered in regards to processing a refund.
