I stopped buying cheap ebay parts as it's always been a disappointing experience. So I tried this US made US seller. The quality of product I have received was no different than cheap ebay parts I purchased in the past with slightly higher price. My biggest problem with the purchase is their advertised supposedly high quality FINISH that they charge extra for. They charged one hundred dollar extra just to get the desired Finish on the product. As they arrived on the brand new box, they were peeling off just out of the box. It was the small edge on the corner where it would go under the car so I decided to just glue it and use heatgun to fix it. However, after just ONE drive for 30 minutes, other parts of finish started to peel off. I would not complain if this finish was provided for free but if you are going to charge for it, do a better job.

The length of the sideskirt was longer than the car so I had to make adjustments on it too, which wasn't too big of an issue. But the finish was just a crappy job that it lasted 30 minutes. If you are going to do a crappy job like this, do not charge extra for it.

Overall, the product is no better than ebay part and i would not recommend using their FINISH service as it would be better off if you get the part and apply the finish you want yourself or pay other professionals who can do it BETTER even if it cost slightly more.

For some reason I continue to mod my car over and over. VICREZ is the one company I continue to come back to over and over. I have front and side splitters from them. I have their rear diffuser. Also have their GT500 Track Pack wing and lastly one of their LED steering wheels. All great quality items. There was an issue but they quickly made everything right and took care of me. Sadly my contact isn't there anymore and she really went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. Anyway they still have great people there and they're all car enthusiasts as well so you can't go wrong there.

How can you be so horrible at your service. Shipped the incorrect part 3 times along with delays and no responses. 9 months into this order and I am still waiting for my parts. The worst service I have experienced ever. Save your money or donate it to charity instead of buying from these scammers

I purchased a front bumper for my Dodge Charger ‘16 on July 5th 2021, and still haven't received my order. Its crazy that everyone over there will lie to you and claim that your order is being shipped when really it hasn't. I frequently go to their website and it say items "in stock now" when really that's false, they have full of back orders and just want to keep taking people money while being behind on old orders which is very convincing, and strategic, but also lame :(

I bought a Carbon Fiber hood for my dodger charger a few months back and it was one of the greatest purchases I have made. Came in great packaging and product looks amazing. Definitely would recommend!

I was in the market for some mods for my Dodge Charger and came across Vicrez through thier advertisements on Instagram. After reading some of thier reviews, I was quick to purchase. Shipping was free, and I was even offered a discount code at checkout in addition to the sales and promotions they were running at the time. One of the parts I had ordered was on slight back order delay, but customer service was incredible and accommodating and made sure I had all my questions answered. The installation videos and resources this company provides makes everything seamless when it comes to upgrading your vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for aftermarket parts for their car! I have already raved about them to the Dodge Charger Reddit forum that I am apart of as well!

Vicrez has never let me down! My whole charger is built off of their website ever since 2019. Shipping is fast and quality, and if anything was ever missing they got it sent to me the next day! Amazing service.

Honestly if you're looking for one of a kind body kits, performance parts, or just simply a clean spoiler to show off your ride this is the place to go to. Friendly customer service, and honestly funny and risky text when you subscribe to their messaging system.

Although the spoiler hasn't been installed yet and when it does, I will write another review on how it looks; but the product we received is of great quality. We are very pleased and we shopped around and did not find a better price, plus a discount code was used and we got it at an even better price!

Vicrez will be my "go to" place when ever we need something for our car

Purchased a front lip splitter, wicker bill and rear diffuser for my Dodge Challenger last year. Arrived in a timely manner, undamaged and was clean as hell once installed. Liked them so much, I plan on buying all of the same stuff for my Charger along with the LED carbon steering wheel.

This company will take your money and lie to you that your products are shipping. Meanwhile they are waiting for the supply to arrive from China for 2 months which you could have ordered yourself quicker and cheaper from China. I was told my item was going to ship the next day and over a month later nothing has changed.

Do not waste your time ordering anything from these guys. I ordered my wheels on November, by April still no rims but yet they wanted to keep my money claiming: "It is a company policy not to refund due to specials order". Paypal reversed the fee.

I was so excited to order the rear diffuser for my challenger. I even paid extra for fast shipping. It's been almost two weeks and nothing. They created the label, and it's been sitting in the warehouse for days. I called every day, and every single time they told me something different. From "We are making it today" "The machine was down" "It's getting shipped by end of day" Every day was something different. It's better to just be straight up then sugar coating what's really going on. I'm currently still waiting for my item to arrive. —- do not pay for shipping because it won't even matter, you'll still have to wait weeks for your product to arrive. Might as well order from china since it's taking the same amount time.

My experience with Vicrez has always been bad, they never ship the item when they say they will.
I know the customer service names by heart. No one their cares to get back with you, or place the order correctly. Do your self a favor, shop elsewhere.

Reported Vicrez to Federal Trade commission for fraudulent activities. This merchant delays sending customer's orders and prolonged processing returns and they had til this day have not issued a refund. The order was from Nov 2021. Be advised- do not deal with this company and save yourself the frustration.

1st of all it took 3 and a 1/2 months for my charger wide body flare kit to arrive and once it did arrive It was missing key pieces to the kit ‍ So I called an inquired about those pieces and the Young man Who answered the phone told me they were aware that there was some pieces missing out of the order and they didn't put them in the Box because they didn't have them in stock yet!... At this point I'm completely blown away By the lack of professionalism I've encountered dealing with Vicrez.com I had every intention Of spending a lot of money with this company before I knew how I'm professional it was... I will never, repeat I will never be ordering from this place again.

Took all of my money But gave me half the product And the product I did receive was flimsy and of poor material anyway

I understand everyone is having sourcing issues in 2022. Supply chain etc etc. But when you promise 3 to 5 days shipping and it takes 3 weeks. And I only find out it's taking so long because I go out of my way to email / call / email / and pull teeth just to get a tracking number. Then discover that the tracking number isn't valid and it cant have shipped yet because their supplier is having trouble sourcing it?!? I could ( and would) have taken my business elsewhere. Guess I learned my lesson. Never again Vicrez

They sell absolutely terrible products and have horrible customer service. I purchased a product provided by them that came with no instructions and had the worst customer service agents! Buyer Beware!

I ordered on 9/2, the product description said ships in 3-5 days. I waited 15 days and never received even a tracking number. Every time I contacted custom support or was either they are working on it or it'll ship at the end of the week. I even asked if its back ordered and they couldn't give me an answer.

Vicrez is a JOKE! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I ordered a full roll of Vinyl Wrap and really wish I didn't. The material is terrible, leaves adhesive lines, color is inconsistent throughout the roll, and tears extremely easy.

They shorted my roll and left my car 2/3 wrapped. They insisted I buy more material and then sent me a totally different color when I ordered more. I paid for overnight shipping and it took them over 5 days before they even sent the material!

Do yourself a favor and go with literally any other company.

Two different orders go through them had hardware problems no 3M tape for anything instructions for lacking.Do not buy any diffuser from this company they are junk I spent over $1000 and was lied to and miss lead about product quality and they're shipping department is a joke!

Purchased a front splitter with rods and side skirt V3 kit for my 2021 Widebody Charger brand new. Had them professionally installed flew off first time on the highway. Luckily we did not run over it and the exposed self tapping screws at 80mph. I had 4 people in my car could not fit it anywhere in the car. They refuse to refund or even give me credit to replace it (not that I would) even the nice young lady I was emailing said she was going to take this to upper management she knew they were wrong in just saying sorry and that's it.

Terrible, no other way to put it. The amount of times I have been disappointed by this company cant be counted on one hand. There favorite line is "We are processing your order/return", when in reality they havent even got to your order! They are extremely backed up. I placed an overnight, priority shipment for my package that took 3 days to process after the fact that I told them I wanted it to be priority mail, then they canceled my overnight shipment the next day without telling me. So I had to wait 7 days for my package to come in. Not sure if they take sending orders out seriously but they definitely are quick to take your money.
