Holes. Very heavy built, I have bought many parts for my cars over the years from vicrez, and will always buy from them quality products and easy to deal with. Customer service is topnotch.

I ordered a CF LED steering wheel for my Audi S5 on March 8th 2023 with the hopes that it'd be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks like they advertise. Nope... After countless emails with them jerking me around promising that "it'd be delivered soon" it took 3 MONTHS for me to actually receive my wheel. They didn't waste any time processing my payment though! And what's worse, no user manual, no wiring schematics, and the only installation instructions provided are links to outdated youtube videos that aren't even for my car! Horrible!

The product I ordered from Vicrez was a front bumper for a Nissan 350z. It came in damaged because of the shipping service. The group of people I talked from Vicrez were very helpful on determining every possible outcome to get the situation resolved. Very responsive to messages, always got a call back. Overall happy with the product because of the service that they provided.

I ordered a Polyurethane front bumper for my 370 I couldn't be happier great product and customer service. I had called prior to placing my order and they were very helpful. Once I placed my order they followed up with me till my bumper arrived. I'll post pictures once I paint it. OEM fitment!

I ordered an N3-R polyurethane front bumper for my nissan 350z im absolutely in love with it. The fitment is excellent and the material (polyurethane) is the best! As well as great products I called to inquiry such great customer service! I cant wait to order more with vicrez.

Got the aero package for my 2021 C8 Corvette.
At first they sent, wrong product but the customer service dealt with it and sent me the correct product and also let me keep the wrong product they sent, I can also use the wrong product so it worked out at the end

Purchased a wide body kit, 3 of the fender flares fit perfectly to the car frame. One didn't fit. Tried a heat gun but material is too thick to change with heat gun. Professional body shop couldn't get the flare to be flush with the frame. Requested exchange, was told part was fine and to use a heat gun. Sent pictures and video as requested. All i wanted was to exchange for different one, other three fir fine. The space at the top has no way to be held against the frame. Water will leak in and eventually the whole flare will come off.

This debacle of a company is one of a kind. I ordered a part from here directly off of their site and they sent me the wrong parts. I ordered a wicker bill and when I notified them and sent pics of the issue the debacle started. Pictures, measurements and I even sent them back my purchase to figure out out and they couldn't do it. I spoke with 3 different people over a 6 month period to where (allegedly) they were let go from the company but yet still tagged one of them in the back and forth emails. I had the spoiler painted so obviously I had to keep it but they couldn't figure out what wicker bill to fit it. They then charged me a re stocking fee and they only gave me a quarter of the money back. I Highly suggest you use another company for your after market parts. These people are an absolute joke.

Vicrez Customer service Is insane so fast and reliable! I have the rock guards/ side skirts w/ winglets / diffuser and canards and love the quality! Highly recommend if your looking to upgrade your vehicle!

Carbon fiber has ripples. Fitment isn't flush. Threads are weak. Mounting holes are off just enough that you can easily strip threads by threading sideways. Design is flawed. Even with a backing plate, wing is super unstable. No installation sheet. Can't drive past 130 without being scared it'll fall off. 1 of the brackets was crooked. And height of the wing itself wasn't what I needed. Honestly went to bed without dinner from disappointment. My gt350 pushing 800hp looks like a ricer now and they won't allow my review to be posted on their website.

Wrong item was sent, 2 shops confirmed it. YouTube videos were sent and shops said item is wrong. Finally got a rma number had to pay 300 to send back... no communication with anyone!. Ups declined claim because Vicerz didn't respond. Then when finally reached they said package wasn't packed right!... will never recommend now I'm out of the money and item I wanted!

I ordered a product from them and they gave me an estimated shipping time of 2 weeks for my spoiler to arrive but when i called and metioned i needed it sooner for a show they went ahead and updated my shipping free of charge threw in some stickers and had my spoiler out to me in 3 days flat

The parts gave my 2021 Scatpack Charger a more aggressive look. They are easy to install and if you are unsure, they have informative how-to-videos that help you to install the parts step-by-step. These parts have gotten me compliments left and right. The quality is it top notch and the parts were delivered in a timely manner. On the part that was backordered they noted it on the website and when I inquired about and eta they messaged me back the same day. Recommend 10/10. Thanks, Vicrez.com

Used Vicrez for my carbonfiber mirrors for my 2013 nissan gtr. The quality of the mirrors exceeded my expectations. Had one issue that was I recieved 2 left bottom pieces and there customer service was impeccable sent me out a new part within a week. Will absolutely be purchasing my carbon steering wheel from them next!

A few weeks ago I was looking for some side skirts for my Lexus. I found some on Amazon, which i purchased from. A few days later the seller contacts me saying they dont have it in stock. Thus, i had to wait for a refund. So i was dissapoint it.

While searching online, i stumbled upon vicrez.com. I found what i was looking for. Before making my purchase, i contacted them. The customer service is by far one of the best i have encounter online along with amazon, zappos, etc. They assured me that they have in stock and it should arrive between 3 -5 business day.

So i decided to place my other. After a few hours i received an email confirmation along with my tracking id showing that it was shipped the same day.

The item actually arrived sonner than expected, 2 days.

Overall, my experience shopping at vicrez has been extremly good. I would def. Recommend people vicrez.com

I have purchased many products from vicrez for my 2016 Dodge Challenger build. The widebody kit, Voxx widebody replica bronze wheels, hellcat redeye spoiler, blue carbon fiber steering wheel every was top notch and any questions I had about any of there products was quickly answered and solved very fast I would highly recommend all of vicrez products

I ordered the Carbon Fiber kidney grills for an E91 BMW. It took a month to get them and when I finally did, it turns out these are not real carbon fiber but some printed/applied fake carbon fiber pattern. The fake "carbon look" grills go for $50 - $75 from online suppliers, not the $198 that this cost. Fortunately, I ordered through Amazon so I can rely on Amazon for a return and refund.

1st time around ive spent nearly a grand on the m1 style front bumper and black diamond mesh for the grills. They totally forgot the grills and sent me a sample of them even though i paid. They corrected and shipped me the mesh afterwards, np

2nd time around i bought a carbon fiber lip for the front bumper i purchased a few months back. I paid 500 and ever sense then they've sent me a incorrect shipping label, and after weeks of phone calls and emails now they just completely ignore my emails and phone calls. All I wanted was a correct shipping label. Almost a month goes by and still i have no item, no shipping label and im down 500 dollars... NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!

I purchased a rear diffuser for my 2021 Dodge Charger Hellcat Redeye shortly after my purchase and I could not be more happy with the product I received. I have bought other brands in the past and this was my first purchase from Vicrez. I was shocked how sturdy the product was. Other brands have been very flimsy and did not seem worth the price. I have sent my friends over to Vicrez and they have purchased products also. I absolutely love that Vicrez offers discounts on their products. Very rare to see that on other competitors. I will continue to buy from Vicrez, you have my business for life.
FYI: I added the white vinyl for the strips, it does not come like this stock.

I purchased wide body kits and chrome vinyl and diffusers from these guys. A1 quality and everything fits as if it were to be oem. Very pleased with my purchases

The worst place to order a steering wheel. They provide saying it will take 8weeks to deliver its a lie! Ive been waiting for my steering wheel for more then 13 weeks now that I remember. And they dont answer to my emails. But $#*!t their so fast to pull out the money but not fast to send out your order or to even give an update smh! I regret ordering the steering wheel

As of today, the company has done nothing but to ignore my request and confirmed their unwillingness to resolve the issue or refund the amount paid without me incurring in additional/unexpected expenses. Overall, AWFUL customer service... Even though they have good parts and what appears to be good service, their customer service is a "joke". I ordered a part which looked acceptable once received, installed according to their instructions and videos and that is when the problems started. The part did not fit perfectly, and they recommended "tape it" which caused an air-gap between the part and the car when the heat came in. Now, they want me to "remove and return '' the part leaving the already open holes exposed to the weather which, as you all know, may cause additional issues. Unfortunately, issue is being escalated as they are still in the same position, do not want to help, do not want to provide other installation options, and are just leaving me "stuck" with a defective part, without the correct installation process and expect me to accept an "in-store" credit which, as any of you may understand, is simply unacceptable, specially after this awful experience with their customer service agents (PS)..."
