Very good customer service and willing to help out on everything! Received side skirts from them but the install directions could be improved. Quality of the products is definitely there though.

This will be my third review they bribe me with window Louvers to change it now I'm changing it back because I still haven't recieved my rear diffuser is been approximately 60 daysthey lie to hold your money I don't not recommend buying from vicrez

1st I ordered the rear louvers and from what I understood is that they came also with the side louvers as well but that was not the case. I didn't really care about the sides one so I was happy to have recieved the rear one.
The problem is they are made suspect and the worse part is the install and the connecting pads.
They do not contour to your rear glass which make only maybe 60%contact with the glass on the top which is the most important part of holding the louver to the rear window.
So now you have a dangerous piece of plastic (called a loose louver) hanging off the back of your car ready to come through someones front window on the freeway.
When I wrote the company about this issue they said they would have to charge me to send it back.
For 377.00 they should have given a better quality louver then this garbage. Remember I now warned you.

I have a Vicrez duckbill and VZA bumper for the 350z and both have been great on my vehicle. Install was quite easy for both and the polyurethane used it very strong so don't have to worry about anything breaking when I scrape.

Go anywhere else! This company has robbed me blind, purchased a Carbon fiber hood and it didn't fit, because it's frieght they wouldn't return it... They gave me a PARTIAL" credit to buy a new one... it came damaged as well and they WILL NOT fix it! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

TERRiABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a $1600 carbon fiber demon hood, and arrived damaged and cracked. No returns or replacement. All they did was issue a $150 refund and youtube instruction video how to repair carbon fiber. I highly recommend buying somewhere else where your product is guranteed safe and not damaged.

Vicrez sells great products! I have bought two big additions to put on my charger which changed the look so much! I have bought a widebody kit and snorkel lights and love both!

Purchased a rear diffuser from them for my c7 it came already to go with all the pieces included to mount right away sbdolutely satisfied with the product and customer service team

BEWARE! IF YOU RECIEVE A DAMAGED ITEM YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT RETURNING IT. We recieved a wrap and it was open on one side of the box. After taking the wrap out of the box big scratches and dents were clearly visible throughout so we called customer service and long story short "management" said that there was no damage and that if I wanted to return it I would have to pay a restocking fee and pay to ship it back to them. There are plenty of other companies that have integrity and care about their reputation. NOT THESE GUYS!

I order a few body kit parts for my 2009 BMW 3 Series. I ordered on Tuesday by Friday morning the rear bumper and diffuser arrived way before expected.

This company is amazing in their craft. The products are very well fit and better priced than others. The shipping was fast and amazing and working with them was very easy.

I ordered a demon hood on 7/31/21 i was sent a email stating pilot air was shipping the hood. Well 7 day in nothing shipped i call and email i was told sorry we are changing shippers now its being shipped fedex 7 day shipping well today 8/27/21 it comes damaged i take photos and call and email them 20 minuets after deliver. I was told they had hoods in stock. Then i get a email saying do i want to take the hood and get a quote to get it fixed what a joke or do i want a new hood shipped. So i emailed back saying i wanted a new hood shipped out. Then i was asked if i have the damaged hood or if i refused it i had the hood so now that i still have the hood they are only offering for me to get a quote to get it fixed only. I said i can keep the hood and they credit me 500. Or ship me a new hood. Now i am ((told)) that i had to get a quote to get the hood fixed i have no choice plus now in 3 hours they no longer have this hood in stock. Plus i am out of town for 3 more weeks due to a death. I have made them aware of this due to the hood being 3 weeks late. But they still want to to get a quote to get the hood fixed i had no intentions on painting the hood if it had to have body work then it will need to be painted. This is a black aluminum hood. They lie to you about everything.

PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ON YOUR CAR. I purchased the Vicrez Carbon Fiber Demon Hood w/ Vent Scoop, part # vz******* at Vicrez.com located at ******* Barton Circle Whittier, CA ******* in November 2022.

Unfortunately, there product has not performed well. While operating my vehicle diving less than 70 mph on interstate 95 the hood delaminated/separated in large pieces and leaving significant damage to my vehicle. As showed in the attachments the hood latch and screws bolted in still attached, which indicated this product was faulty.
Vicrez WOULD NOT take full responsibility for THIS damages. It cost my over 12k to fix my hellcat.

I Ordered a 600$ Product from this site At the end of November. After 1 week of not shipping (Paid extra for overnight shipping) and the site claims same day shipping as long as its before a certain time. They refunded me the shipping said it would be out in a week guaranteed. 2 more weeks have gone by and nothing call and say wont be anytime soon etc so i told them to cancel and the gentleman said okay and said it was cancelled. I thought it was a little odd I had not recieved a cancel confirmation by email and on the site it still showed 'Processing" Called again and spoke with another lady she said oh yeah he did it etc and wow would you look at that as soon as im off the phone i get an email and the site updates to refunded. And now worst part about all of this is according to paypal the company has a negative/0 balance with them so until they echeck the money to paypal then send it to me i dont get my money back... well we are now 10 days since the refund and still nothing so thanks a lot vicrez was hoping to buy a xmas gift since you ruined the original gift by not being professional and shipping in a timely manner or at the very least letting me know it was back ordered i would have never made this purchase. And im glad i learned my lesson before buying a whole body kit... You lost a great customer to be GG

I also reviewed my purchase on the Vicrez website and it was never posted. If they can choose which reviews to post it obviously explains the 4.5 star review of this product on their website. I purchased a Vicrez Demon Wide Body Kit (vz*******) for a 2012 Dodge Challenger. The kit is made to fit 2008-2022 Dodge Challengers. Along with the wide-body kit, I ordered the wheels and tires and the front splitter (vz*******). I had to reach out to Vicrez after only part of my order arrived to find out some was on backorder. Then they shipped the tires and wheels with no lugs. I paid to have the wide body kit professionally installed at a body shop. (not cheap!) There were several issues with the installation. The kit did not come with the correct materials to complete the installation. We had to update the headlights to make the front bumper fit, no problem ($350). The wide-body kit was installed in May, for my son's graduation. By August the two front wheel flares were cracking at the bend. By October both wheel flares are cracked 3/4 of the way thru. I have reached out to Vicrez multiple times and no one will return a call.

I bought as carbon fiber window scoops for my mustang and it was half the price as the dealer wanted to charge me for the part alone. Overall I saved $200!

I was looking to add a rear diffuser to my BMW 4 Series. Here i was able to find it at a more affordable prices and cheap shipping compare to other sites.

I bought the widebody kit for my charger and is honestly a great mod, everything went on easy and haven't had any trouble out of it!

Purchased a rear diffuser for my 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody. When I attempted to mount it would not fit as it was too long. I contacted Vicrez to return and asking why would they sell me a product specific to my car that doesn't fit. I didn't get an answer to my question but did get the return authorization, but no shipping label or return cost. I packaged back up and brought to UPS. $39 to ship. I contacted Vicrez to ask, why should I be on the hook for $39 to return a product that you show specific to my car yet doesn't fit. It wasn't my fault. We went back and forth for a bit getting nowhere to where finally they answered my question and I received a pasted description which oddly specified my car. Their excuse was now, it wasn't for a widebody. I explained to the the joker, that there is no difference between a Hellcat Redeye and a Hellcat Redeye WB other than the wider tires and wheel well flairs and like other companies, there should have been something saying, "will not fit widebody".
