They claim to have all these amazing handmade wedding dresses that use only the finest materials. What I got looked nothing like the picture and was a see through nightmare. These ridiculous boob pads that look like they would cover a nipple. Who would wear this as a wedding dress? Did the forget to put the inside of it in? No clue! I emailed customer service and no response. Super irritated.
The dress arrived in plastic rolled up like a ball. It was so creased and cheap looking. It looks nothing like the photos. I just couldn't wear the dress anywhere. It's awful. Now they won't give me the address to send it back and get a full refund. The dress cost me €224 and I really feel ripped off by this company. If you're considering buying anything from them I wouldn't!
Tip for consumers:
The reviews on their website are handpicked by them. I should have looked at the reviews online. If I had I would have known that the dress was poorly made, awful quality and they won’t refund the money. Businesses like this should not be allowed. It has to be against consumers rights!
