Victoria's Secret

The toxic chemical smells in some of their bras makes me violently ill. I will be returning the item and never ordering anything from them again. Even after washing it's worse and stinks up the entire room. Smells like poison.

Every time I go onto their site I see something I want and I get a feeling of "I totally need this, like now" They have great shipping times and i've never had any issues with items getting lost or sent late. It always comes all together, so perfect like a little gift to myself. I called this review dangerous times because if you have a credit card you really get sucked in and start to buy everything. I do have to admit that a lot of their things are a little high when it comes to prices, but if you can afford it then no problem.

Dont get me wrong Victoria's Secret has some beautiful bras but they are so expensive! Any bras under $50 there just look like normal bras that you can get anywhere! So you have to spend the big bucks if you want something to wow! The only reason I shop there is for the free panties and semi-annual sales, thank god! Only thing in my price range.

I placed an online order of 4 items, and order was shipped using USPS for delivery. I live in an apartment, and post office left me a notice stating package was oversized and would be available for pickup at local post office. Well of course it didn't fit in my tiny mailbox (it was 4 bras) - and post office doesn't deliver to doors of apartments. I called and requested refund right away, which was honored. I closed my credit card account too because this is the second time I've had this type of issue with delivery of VS order. They refused to redeliver using another parcel delivery service. Very difficult to work with. I'm officially done online shopping with VS, and I'm making sure everyone knows- especially if you live in an apartment with community mailboxes.

Oh my goodness I can't believe the high quality and comfort of Victoria secret panties. I bought some on the semi annual sale they were soo cute I ordered a dome more. Not to mention the packaging it was so fragrant it lights up your day to just re rice the package

I absolutely love vs/pink I am an angel card holder and frequent buyer I'm obsessed. I have never felt more happy and satisfied when i order from a Company. The panties are adorable and feel so perfect. Everything is great quality. I have yet to be disappointed even online shopping when i can't try things on first. Everything is true to Size thank you vs for making me feel happy and sexy after 4 kids :)

I just ordered from online 3 bras from 3 different lines. I unpacked it and the toxic smell off gassing from the bras was so strong that I started sneezing. This is supposed to be worn on our naked body! Did they spray it with an anti flammable? What reason is there for a fabric to smell like this. It is unacceptable. I never experienced this before so they must have gone down in quality. Will never order from them again. Hope this smell goes away after a wash. If not, they better let me return.

I just love women in lingerie and Victoria's Secret has the greatest selection of them all. Quality of the lingerie is also very satisfying! I'm a loyal customer who'll always come back to check out the fresh, sexy stuff!

I have been shopping at Victoria's secret for many years. Most people think that it's just a lingerie store. That is false, if you go to the website or look at a catalog you would be very surprised. They sell beauty products, clothing, shoes, accessories, and much more. I am a petite woman and it is very hard to find clothing my size. I love VS because they have all sizes for all women. Victoria secrets also always has great sales and specials. Thank you Victoria's secret for providing all sizes for women. Kudos, please continue to provide excellent sales and service!

Xl fits me in boxy ts. Essential pink shirt w flowers and short mini,, im 5 10.38 D, and not where i want to be in weight but clothes fit perfect.im glad, i thought they would be tiny, im happy with my order

Brick and mortar stores may be overwhelming: too much perfume and lights and lingerie and it's all in your face. But their online shopping is absolutely wonderful. Delivered me a pair of beautiful undies on a really tight deadline, love them so much.

No one in the world can deny that its a heavenly experience to visit VS.

Just love the brand. Its expensive but it is a luxury brand, so spend less or more, you will never regret :)

Just an awesome company. My only 2 complaints is the interest rate for their credit card is 25%! I think that is crazy high although they do send you gift cards for spending. And I wish they had more of their sexier items made to fit DDD.

My order has just been sitting at 1 location now for over a week past the delivery date and i cannot get into any contact with a real human for answers. The app is awful the website sucks. Just shop in store save your money and time.

Easy to shop the site and great options that are kept up to date (will tell you if there are only a few items left) so you never get to the cart and find out your item is sold out. Shipping prices could be better, they are based on final cost instead of weight, which is unfortunate if you're only purchasing light weight bras or panties.

Of course, these guys have defined what it means for women's wear.

My female friends buy these and are always satisfied with the products and their service.

From a business school perspective, their business model works very well.

The only thing I've ever bought is their vanilla perfume, which is the only one that doesn't have a musk base, which I'm allergic to. I took my daughter there for a bra and they were extremely helpful with measurements, suggestions, etc.

I just love their bras and panties that this company has. Only issue issue is their prices, which are are very high in my opinion. We are talking about an average bra costs around 50 bucks. But regarding quality it won't get any better. Love it

Item ordered on the 13th delivery date of 24... 8.00 shipping for 1 bra and as of the 26 still do not have the item. It has been sitting in the same "in transit location for 6 days! When called customer service i was told I have to wait until the 31 before filing a claim. All i want is the $8.00 shipping refunded due to the fact that's it taken over 13 days to receive my item form the the day they sent me the shipping confirmation number and they were NO HELP at all. Ron actually hung up on me! In the future I will be going to to the store to make my purchases! If i ever purchase from them again. Disgusted with thier customer service.

Shipping tends to take awhile to arrive because they ship through USPS which isn''t the safest, but the cheapest. They do have the cutest stuff. If you know your correct size, you can successfully shop here online. Returning things is easy. Their T-shirts run small, so order a size larger, I do think they shrink. I have purchased a lot from VS.

My wife and I recently bought underwear from them, and to be honest, I was delighted with them. Such a quality that you can not pass. But when he saw it on his body, he was very impressed. Therefore, men, I recommend you the best gift for all holidays!

I appreciate Victoria's Secret updates on packages, items, and customer service but the delivery time length is almost unbelievable. I ordered 1 item and It will take a little over a month for me to receive it.

I have been ordering frim Victoria Secret and Pink online forever... All of a sudden, my address is restricted. Meanwhile, there is an oder due for delivery tomorrow? I chatted with customer care, and she advised me to call in the am... when the sale is over... I am done with this company... my coupons never go through, I ALWAYS have to call to place an order... just cut my card up. Not worth the frustration!
