I placed an order on July 19,2024, with the order number VSTH00043705(Todays date is 16.10.2024), and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been nearly three months, and I still have not received my items. Initially, my order was lost, and after that, I was informed of multiple delivery issues. Each time, I was told that a new order had been created, but then items I had ordered were marked as unavailable. If my original order had been shipped as stated, there would be no need to remove those items. I am now requesting a full refund, as I find the service I have received to be unacceptable. The customer support team has not been able to assist me effectively, and I am left feeling frustrated. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before ordering.
I went to VS a few times in Canada and the customer service was terrible. So I went to US and it was the same. Victoria Secret customer service experience was the worst I have ever had. If you're going to shop there take a family member or close friend if you need help.

I will never go back to the south park location! The lady that was working did not like us. We had two coupons for free panties. One said no purchase necessary. She took that one and rang up our items. We presented the other coupon and she said you can not use this without a purchase. Hello we just spent 159.00! So she said you can not get the free panty with out a purchase! But I said the coupon you took for the first order said no purchase necessary! I asked he to look for the coupon and she said it's too late it's in the garbage and I can't take it out! It's like adding two plus two! She treated us like we did something wrong instead of listening to what we were trying to explain to her! She laughed as we left! I am so disappointed in the south park Victoria Secret! I will never spend another penny in that store! Poor management! Makes me sick!

I placed an order with this company a month ago and they delivered my package to someone else. Not to my address! I contacted them and asked for help but they won't help. They told that my personal address is a freight forwarder address and they can't help. I asked many times to check this information on the internet but they won't. Now my personal address is a freight forwarder company Sounds funny. I will never buy from this company anymore.

Hello I brought a bottle of parfum which cost me £50 from Manchester airport when I got it home from my holidays the bottle has leaked in the box and the bottle was empty. So you then have to phone America, for them to tell you there is nothing they can do! And they will not replace or refund my money... So I will never buy from this company again they told me to take it back to the airport. I told them you can not get into duty free unless you have a boarding pass as I have already been on holiday I don't have one. So I can not get into the airport... So rubbish customer service I have ever known

I have really thick, curly, frizzy, nappy hair. The beach hair wave spray is wonderful! I did have to use a good bit but there is no frizz, it's in wonderful waves (not curls). I am addicted! I will have beach hair this winter lol.

I've been purchasi f the VS Hipster cotton panties for years. My last purchase looks worse than the ones i got 6mo ago, year ago and even two years. Thin thin, lost shape, crotch stitching is the open end of cheap underwear. I'll carefully inspect before new purchase and may not purchase again.

I bought 3 items, that were in a Deal "Buy1Get2", i didn't received my extra units. Then i entered in contact with company and they told me that they can do nothing about it. They said i should buy 2 units to receive 1 free, what makes no sense, because the deal is not Buy3Pay1.

I travel A LOT and my mail is forwarded from a Mail Service. I spent a fortune having them forward the 3+ catalogs a week to me.
Also, multiple emails daily. I would buy from them occasionally, but I don't want the harassment to begin again. Even with Preferences set they pursue you doggedly

I am an Angels cardholder and find that the deals are there but the quality of their products is going way way down. They had a special recently for 8/$27.50 panties for Angels, which is such a great deal! I made a special trip to partake, only to have the lace on the underwear rip apart to the point that they are now unwearable after one wear.

I spend entirely too much money here, but I just can't help myself. There's always coupons, specials, and free gifts... how can one resist!? The quality of their products are nothing short of impeccable. I have purchased thousands of things and have had one single issue with a bikini top I purchased. I called and just like that, I sent it in for a gift card. It had been months and I didn't have the receipt. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love this site they have such excellent outfits. I have never had a problem with their costume store service. They are enjoyable and very helpful. I liked their turtle throat whole body matches which I still own, and I wish they still taken now. I liked their france whole body matches that look so excellent with dress trousers. I hate the delivery rates.

Do not get a credit card with this company. It is absolutely ridiculous that it takes them several weeks to do a system update and you can't call to make payments or even talk to a person. VS-you aren't charging everyone late fees because you can't get your system backed up.

Why does this place have lingere that fits a twelve year old girl that's 5 foot tall and 80 lbs. It's supposed to be a adult women store. Maybe they need to be reported to the FBI... maybe there's some child sex porn/ pettifile going on. My x took my child here without my consent. Why is there lingere there that fits her. My friend went to the location in Downtown Montreal & was horrified with the service.
She is an exteremely mild-mannered person so for her to express herself about this to me the way she did... I can only agree with her 100 %. They took no time to explain anything to her so she eventually just returned her purchase.

I don't like Victoria's Secret that much, even though it is so popular. I think it is quite overpriced for the quality they are offering. The designs of the lingerie and clothes are very average, as well as the scents. Parfumes are long-lasting and very sweet, which some may find good. I think it just might be not my style.

Used to love Victoria's Secret... when a full wardrobe was available, not just intimate wear, VS models, and odd-smelling perfume. II don't shop VS anymore. Sweatshops and overseas contracting have quashed any interest in VSVS merchandise. Basically--VS (catalog) products are overpriced and cheaply made; VS "brick and mortar" stores have limited merchandise, poor associate training, and silly, 20th century "sales" that seemed designed to dupe versus save. The magic of VS is gone. Purchase elsewhere.

I have been displeased with the panties the last 6 years. Seems like they get more and more uncomfortable with elastic waist bands that are stiff and scratchy and am bummed that there are far less 100% cotton options than there used to be. O I have been buying more panties and bras from Gap. I wish they would bring back the former v- string with super soft or encased elastic, rather than what they are currently producing that feels like a luffa more than an actual waist band. I also wish there were more 100% cotton options. Another area of displeasure is the fact that they have gotten rid of the classic VS wide sweatshirt that I adored. Had I known they were going to phase out their lounge ware I would have bough enough of those to last me a life time. All my friends say the same things about the elastic and the fact that their panties are more like the Loved Ones now and less like under ware and bras you want to wear every day.

Reward dollars never go through so I have to call customer service and it's time consuming if I have many items but at the same time customer service is very nice to deal with. That being said, it's the time that is the problem. Some of the items are a quality issue but most of the time I'm satisfied.

I ordered USD$300 worth of goods to my mailing address, which is different from my billing address. However, they shipped to my billing address which is my office on Saturday, and guess what? No one was around on weekends, and the package just went missing. Called USPS, and they said that they required no signature, and were unable to track. VS failed to give the tracking number, unless prompted which is annoying. They should provide the number when the items have been shipped. And the tracking did not mention exactly where the goods were delivered to, just the zipcode. As well as who received the item. It will be good to add in these features VS! Considering that you are a top notch bra brand. It sucks to not receive our items. Leaving disappointed. Will never buy from VS online again.

My 2 granddaughters was shopping at Fayette Victoria Secret in Lexington Ky. They wasn't dressed up today just relaxing and having a girls day out. They needed new bras and underwear. They left the store so upset. The workers was horrible. They had no help at all. They had about 6 bras each to take to the fitting room. Before they could get to the fitting room for help. A worker looked at them and said you are only allowed 4. They said ok. Only one tried on first so the other could exchange the ones she tried on for another one. A worker said you can't do that? My granddaughter said she still has only 4. The worker said because other people are waiting for the fitting room. So you tell me if this is right? They waited on everyone else and was nice but not to my granddaughters. I am so mad because this was uncalled for. They put there items back and left. They was hurt so bad. Something needs to be done and speak up for what happened.
