I placed an order on July 19,2024, with the order number VSTH00043705(Todays date is 16.10.2024), and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been nearly three months, and I still have not received my items. Initially, my order was lost, and after that, I was informed of multiple delivery issues. Each time, I was told that a new order had been created, but then items I had ordered were marked as unavailable. If my original order had been shipped as stated, there would be no need to remove those items. I am now requesting a full refund, as I find the service I have received to be unacceptable. The customer support team has not been able to assist me effectively, and I am left feeling frustrated. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before ordering.
I was online trying to get in the 7/$35 for Christmas before midnight and I did, I was checking out my cart and I had a gift card that payed for it all and suddenly after it worked and was going through, at 11:40pm, my price changed from $35-$84 and it took all the money in my gift card. I was Abt to check out and so excited and then it flashed and I couldn't get it anymore. I'm livid.
There site is slow and glitchy and so irritating and poorly programmed. I feel like I've been wronged and I can promise I'm never shopping there again.

When I made my first purchase from Victoriassecret.com the Post Office just sent it back before even delivering it to my door. I contacted the Customer Service for the Post Office and they refused to give me a reason. I was freaking out and called Victoria's Secret CS and spoke with an incredibly sweet woman who canceled the original order and immediately shipped me my items which I received in about 4 days! It was fabulous!

I have a closet full of clothes- dresses pants tops, and have loved shopping for clothes with them for years. Now they have discontinued all clothes and shoes except for mainly workout things. The catalogs I receive now are more of a magazine photo shoot than a catalog.
They are clearly targeting ONLY the very young and not a more mainstream age range as before. No one with a career and and a solid income was considered with this change.
Over a short period of time VS will discover their demise as more and more women will no longer be ordering from the catalogs.

Just a general perspective on Victoria's Secret Bras:
In my personal opinion, they stand up to the test of immense pressure. I was in a major car accident a couple weeks ago and my Victoria's Secret Demi Bra is the only thing that held up! It kept my girls in place and I think it helped to minimize the damage to my chest from the seat belt!

I purchased online from Victoria Secret or so I thought however it wasn't it was from some site called e-shop world. They are located in the U.S. I am in Canada so if you buy online all orders are shipped from the U.S. and if you want to return the product you cannot do it in store you have to return at your own expense. No one tells you this when you are buying the product. This is my last purchase ever from Victoria Secret, worse customer service ever!
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it especially if you are in Canada if you want to return the product you will be responsible for the shipping back and you cannot return or exchange in store

I have been paying this credit card on time for the last 3 to 6 months. They keep reducing my available credit! Which causes my credit score to go down! Every time I make a big payment, these idiots keep reducing my credit! They should have allowed this company to shut down when the pandemic first happened! When this company goes in a hole again please do not save it because they are crooks! I have called the bank I believe it's commenity Bank who makes the decision on who gets a higher or lower credit limit. They act like they can't do anything for me! Do not apply for a credit card with this company! Do not apply for a credit card with them. It's a sham of a company!

I went to Greensboro NC Four season mall. I went to get a bra and the girl that worked in their came over to me and said I was in the young girls dept. I have always bought this same bra for years. So that was a insult. She tried to put the bras that young girls do wear.That bra had no support at all. I have never had that to happen. She needs to be fired because if she does everyone like that they will lose business.

I'm Italian, I purchased on our website for my wife two articles of vosri products, which were sent to me by eShopWorld.
I received the two articles both damaged and finished bad, not worthy of the fame of which covers the company, my request for a refund or exchange items had as reply from your request for payment of postage therefore having to wait further the arrival of OBJECTS which will by far after my anniversary reason for buying above.
That said I do not recommend at all... the purchase of goods given my negative experience and now complete distrust in the brand.

Ordered over 170$ at Victoria's Secret.com., Because I like to get combo -multicolored travel bag ( if you spend 160$) I make order first days of the promotions period. The package came without bonus travel multicolored combo missing - just note discontinued of the order. Then I called to have them send - and they dint have anymore. Maybe they were hoping I wouldn't notice? In exchange for the $80.00 (free with my $160.00 purchase) value bag they offered me a free 20$ coupons! Really? And said there is nothing they could do. I will have to cross them permanently off my list of stores I shop at because I cant risk being stuck with no good solution. DO NOT ORDER ON LINE FOR GOOD PROMO GIFTS!

I am a relatively bust woman and I needed a nice, simple strapless bra to wear with a formal dress. I got a fitting and spent $52 on a strapless bra. I was sorely(quite literally) disappointed. The band size was too small, the cup size was slightly too big, the bra did not say in place for more then five minutes, and it let deep indentations and bruises where it had plastic boning to keep it's shape. I would only ever get anything from here if I was a C-cup or smaller or I was wearing it to impress someone.

Very bad communication with customer care. I bought several items on Friday. On Saturday I wanted to add two more items to the order so I ask in live chat if they can add it to my order, it hasn't been prepared yet. They told me it isn't possible so they advice me to make another order and transportation cost will be refund so I don't have to pay it twice. The shipping cost to the Czech rep. Is high. When I made another order and ask for refund the shipping cost the told me I had a wrong information. I wanted to cancel the order in a 10 minutes as I don't like lies. They told me it is canceled and guess what I just realized it isn't. I really don't recommend to buy there especially from the Czech rep. And Europe. I share this experience with buyers from Czech rep. As well.

I do have to say that I like their products, however their credit card services are horrible. They give you a due date and if you pay on the due date after 8pm they charge your $30. One would think if you pay on the day its due you should not be charged a late fee. Do not get their credit card, there is very little incentive, it is not worth it.

I made the order. They canceled me. They took the money. I called, they told me that I returned. I waited two weeks and nothing. I wrote to them where my money is. They said they sent me my order. Not only did they not inform the e-mail. It is still a mess in the company. I was waiting for the money and here they say the package was sent. Fast shipping was paid. Which was supposed to be today and will only be in December. When the item is no longer needed. On top of that, no shipping status or anything on my account

I have been permanently spoiled by Amazon's shipping. Amazon purchases seem to arrive in record time.
First, Victoria's Secret using USPS is not a good match; USPS has inaccurate reporting and cannot come near the speed and handling of UPS.
Also, VS will have "Free Shipping" one day on orders over $100 and the next day the amount is $65. Too wishy washy.

Most of the items I've purchased have fit perfectly, however every once and a while an item doesn't fit well for all day wear. They are really good about returns or exchanges though, so I thought it fit in the store, but after a wearing it at home (only for like an hour or two, don't want to ruin the bra if I return it) and it doesn't fit, they allow you to return no problem. The quality is better on the more expensive bras. The "Pink" bra that I purchased, the wire popped through in the center on the left cup after only 3 months (this has happed with the multi-way and the Wear Everywhere), and I'm not a full bust, so it's not like the bra couldn't handle what was in there! Haha... anyway, all in all good, but sometimes you spend 40 bucks and you need to replace the bra in a few months (again, only with the Pink bras has that ever happened to me).

Last year I made a large order with Victor Secret and everything went great! I recived free gifts an most of my order was filled. I think 2 items were on back order an came after Christmas. This year I made a very large order an they give you codes to put in for free gifts. I put in the codes an messages kept popping up. You can't use this code with that code! I found 3 codes that I could put in together an it seamed like it worked. Well I got my order minus all free gifts. Beware of any codes you put in you may not recive them. I'm just very disappointed because they were gifts for my daughter!

I have had the worst experience with buying online from VS. I have bought from them before, but this was my first time that I had to get my package shipped to South Africa. Knowing it will take long, I received my package after 3 weeks, and it wasn't even the right order! Having to pay local taxes and duties that added to around $200 I wasn't to happy to have to go through that again. They resend my package, I had to pay for all that again and finally received my order. Great! A month later I see the amount of $300 deducted from my account from VS and contact them about it, they send me the package AGAIN! I never placed another order and worse still, I did not give my consent as to remove the money from my account. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again

I live in Ohio and I always get my items within a couple of days (3 days MAX) and my items are always in perfect condition and exactly how I ordered. Even the return process is very easy and the Customer Service is very friendly and will help you and walk you through anything you need. LOVE online shopping from VS! Kinda pricy, but so worth it! :)
