Bought something online and then decided I didn't want it anymore, was trying to "chat" with customer service(it's very confusing) by the time I got to say what I wanted the service rep told me " unfortunately I won't be able to refund your money, after 30 min we ship them out" it hadn't been 30 min 1st of all and I had been trying to cancel my order from the second after I bought it. Told her that and she said " when you receive it you can go to a store and get a full refund " mmk will do…& today they have free shipping on orders over $25 I got charged $8 for shipping and what I bought was $72. Nope! Bad bad bad horrible customer service. Never ever again will I shop there.

I have been shopping at Victoria secrets for years, especially on the clearance sales. The returns are free and they were great when I took them to our local store for refund. No questions or hassels. I highly recommend.

Victoria Secret sells these very expensive bras and when you carefully wash them they break. Victoria secret has the cheapest quality in bras ever. I go to a regular store and buy bras that last me longer.

Their online service and deals are getting worse. One of the 3 items in my order was cancelled due to being unavailable. They should've ask me the customer if I want the remaining items especially if I wanted to wear the items as a complete outfit... UGH... they are always out of something or after I've ordered something, it ends up being available, even new stuff... smh... always something. I need to make up in my mind to leave VS. Plus the coupon and reward deals suck compared to anywhere else I shop. I have approximately ten 25 off of 75 cards. I didn't realize until I tried to use them that it's one per order... REALLY! Just getting more and more ridiculous.

Good products but shipping to Australia is such a pain. When I returned some items I had purchased you never refunded me back the tax I had paid and never responded to any emails. I lost 25 in shipping and $7 in tax, so not really worth ordering from you if you're not in Aus. I feel like there's a market here and you're completely skipping over it

Since you switched to lasership nothing but problems getting my order. Called lasership to find out where my package is because got a text it was unbelievable. I've been home all day. Camera's don't show lasership here. Only regular postal carrier. Customer. Service for lasership are very rude. Hope soon you will got back to ups or fedex. As long as you ship with lasership I will NOT be ordering again.
Package was supposed to be here today. SMH

I am a long time shopper of Victoria Secrets, I believe 20 years now. It used to be a high quality company that catered to all women. Their tops, bottoms, dresses and intimate wear were all good quality and there was a wonderful selection. In the past few years VS has changed from a tasteful, sexy inventory to a cheaply made (most items made in China of very thin fabric), limited selection inventory. Has anyone else noticed the website and catalogue is now focused on the teenie-bopper population? The selection of bra colors has been drastically reduced and most of the casual wear is cheaply made and embellished.
No longer can a mature, professional woman purchase from VS and get the quality of the past. Perhaps that was their marketing goal: to attract young teens and lose their mature population. We like to look and feel sexy too, but we do that in style. I miss the VS of the past. Perhaps they should consider line for those of us over 20!

They have nice clothes but many times overpriced so it is better to wait for their sales which usually make the purchase more worthwhile. They are god with returns. Thankfully they do have plenty of sales. The models need to look more human because just a handful of people look like the girls they use to represent their image.

I just got a gift from someone it's a package of cologne and body lotion, and this they're super glued to the box so hard to get them out the cap come of and soil everywhere and still so hard to unglued, I'm not happy.

I Love this site as well as this store. Every couple months they have a "Panty Party" and you get 7 pairs of panties for $27. I mean, I always buy my panties during these sales bc you save more than you spend. If you wait until the last minute though all of the sizes will be gone and sometimes they don't do back order. But when they do your initial shipping fee covers all shipping. They have super fast shipping also.

The only place I will ever get my underwear, bras, or swimsuits. I love the PINK clothing as well. They have an amazing return system and they do exchanges if you receive something and it doesn't fit right. So amazing and such good quality items. I love it all!

VS allow you to purchase in the UK, I ordered they took payment then cancelled order 30mins later... 23 days later no refund... customer service is awful... chat point you to email... email point you to chat... you ring they don't know their arse from elbow them try and push promotions... absolute joke of a company. I'd rate zero if I could and that's generous.

During the sale I tried to place an order on the website, the cost of the order was 76$. There were 4 attempts, during which some errors occurred, but the money was still debited. The store never returned me the $304 that I spent on non-existent orders, and technical support, instead of initiating a refund, comes up with various quests for me. Scamers, they just stole $304 from me.

Oh, these are my favorite. Their line of perfumes is amazing. The body mist pure seduction fragrance mist in original is fabulous. Its scent is rather strong, I mean it stays on the body for a long period of time.

Almost perfect. First off, I love their stuff and not just the lingerie. Nice swimwear as well. Usually very sexy but elegant and feminine as well. They can be a bit pricy but I guess part of the price is the VS name. While I'm happy shopping at VS I'm slight less happy about the shipping rates. Could be better so that's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars.

I recommend this site to anyone. It us very easy to understand, The description is very accurate even though I wish it would show more pictures. The transactions run smoothly every time and it is very secure, also have paypaI which is great. I love the daily specials... I mean. I cannot afford to buy here every single day...(I would if I could) but the specials give the opportunity to get like free shipping on $25, $50, $100 purchase, or 5 panties for $27. Free items like panties or a Tote with an specific amount of money that you spend. You'll find great deals online. I definitely recommend this site.

Whenever I purchase items from Victoria secret, I always know what to expect. They deliver the items in the expected time frame for shipping, most of the items are very true to size and it's always easy to make a return or exchange. Not once have I had issues with shopping at Victoria secret!

I shop here like once a week, the customer service is great, returns are easy, the only reason i did not give 5 stars is because i feel the quality of their items have become very poor. And also the sizing of their items are always different which makes it difficult to shop online.

Victorious secret has really unique perfumes that I find really amazing. Their perfumes stays on you for a long time. They have good sets as well as good offers every now and then but without any offer their perfumes are a little pricey.

Victoria has become a name and not a brand. The quality is average and on par with the same quality at stores like Bealls, Burlington, Marshalls, and Forever 21. The main difference of course is the astronomical prices for tags in your underwear that say VS.

I have shopped at victoria secret since i can remember i have an angel card from their and i love shopping i just dislike their shipping. Online they do offer a lot of promo codes and discount but as some time i got super price everything is getting expensive at victoria secret. I still shop but not as often just for body mist or a gift or gift cards

So I've shopped at Victoria Secret for 30+ years and will no longer due to their non-return policy! They have closed all the stores near me, so I have to order and do returns online, work a full time job and care for a parent, have tried to reset my online account to place a return on a $55.00 bra that does not fit properly and of course I can't get into my online account and can't reach a rep in time to complete the return within the 30 day time frame! So all these poor customer service issues will make me shop elsewhere and I've been a devoted customer for 30+ years spending 250-300 every 6 months, so I will take my business elsewhere and will no longer even consider Victoria Secret any longer for myself, my daughters and granddaughter! Keep up the poor customer service and you will continue to loose customers! A rep offered me a $15 coupon for my next purchase and I told her that is not acceptable and I don't need it as I won't shop with you any longer, Talk about an INSULT!

I love VS and customer service is awesome, BTW.
When you order the packaging is really cool and the do listen to what you'd like to see on site. The shipping is fast (albeit- occasionally expensive without code or deals so check always)
It's so easy to maneuver around VS.com anyone can do it; items are very well made. Really love this site! :)
