I had order someplace for a special occasion. I hadn't realized my auto fill had left the 0 off my house number. I called customer support was told my package was being held at the post office. I left work early to go get it. I was told it had been sent back the day before. Wasted 30 there and gas. Drive to the nearest location 30/40 minutes away. Get to the store they refused to price match the item I had bought called customer care they also would do nothing for me. I almost just bought the same item that n store and was going to be the annoycustomer that returns the new one when it came. But I went to the bathroom and my shopping basket was mia according to the employees. Worst experience ever so much lost time and hassle. Probably will cancel my angel card after my bill is paid.

Their items are so overpriced and cheaply made. You can honestly go to any other store and buy bras and panties that are a higher quality and a lot less expensive. The no show panties are so cheaply made that after a couple of washes they just rip and tear. Wireless bra's fall apart near the breast/cup area because they are glued together not stitched. I will be cancelling my card with them and shopping elsewhere because the quality of their product is so bad and they are SO OVERPRICED!

I ordered about $300 worth or panties, sweatpants and swimsuits, and was looking forward to them arriving. The day that they were supposed to have arrived I checked my email to find out that they had just sent a message that my order has been cancelled because my card was declined. I checked, and found out that there was nothing wrong with my card. Even if there was, I should have found out about that the day I ordered my items, not over a week after, and the day that they should have arrived. Victoria's Secret asked me to just re-order all my items, but half of them are sold out and the big sale I bought them on is now over. It would cost around three times the original price to re-order. I needed those items for a trip I'm going on, and the company has been no help.

I used to order VS stuff all the time, but now they don't sell all the cute dresses I used to buy. They got rid of a lot of cute clothing that I really liked. Now they seemed to be just focused on lounge clothes only. Even their swim suits are not as cute as they used to be.

It is definitely overpriced. The quality is good and I love the variety of many interesting things, though the design of some clothes sometimes is not attractive at all. The lotions smell good, but they are not of the best quality, same about lipsticks.

I love the hair serum&the leave in conditioner&the nourishing conditioner. They smell sooooo good.&These product so far DO NOT MAKE MY SCALP ITCH. (like many hair products I have tried over the years)I will be trying the nourishing shampoo soon. (Alittle out of my budget) but still will buy it.&the fragrance mist is awesome too. Love V. S. products&I always buy when there's a great sale.

Tried to log in make payment site have issue every month.Got charged late fee.Asked to refund but answered had refund once before. Have screen shot also when I was trying to make payment and I always make payment in full.

I tend to get a little paranoid when shopping these days with COVID-19. I live in The Bronx, and I'm in my senior years, however since I'm home my husband and I will run safe errands for family members. I went to VS at the coop city location in Bay Plaza to return an item on 01/22/21. I ask to speak to the Manager on this busy Friday night. The Manager was wonderful she actually help me shop! She also got everything on the list that I needed for myself and daughter. She was smart, patient, and beautiful; and she was still directing staff (multi tasking) while assisting me; the customer!

Victoria's Secret makes you feel confident and sexy and powerful. You can wear big fluffy sweater above your Victoria's Secret bra and you still will feel sexy. I love this shop even though it is a bit pricey for me.

They put all their money into models, photo shoots, and advertising instead of quality clothing.
Also, do you really appreciate the 10 foot photos of seductive-looking women as you walk through the mall. They are sexualizing women and making it seem like that is a woman's worth, to be sexy, and that is the purpose of the breast, to seduce males. That is not the purpose of the breast or the woman's body or the woman.
Also they put these sexualized images on commercials and fashion shows on national television. So say you are watching tv with your dad or with your children, then all of a sudden, bam, there's a woman in her bra prancing and staring seductively at you. I do not want that. I would rather support an underwear company that doesn't do that, and that actually has comfortable products.
Victoria's Secret is NOT sexy, high quality, or ethical.

They scammed me when I was 18 by having me open up a credit card. Sorry VS, that was a horrible way to entrap someone and then you never even sent me a card! 2 years later I found out that I had a card and that for lack of knowing better you'd messed up my credit score. Thanks a lot... not. :(

I love VS bras and clothing. The only downfall is they don't carry my bra size! I'm not a large chested woman at all, I wear a 30C, so it's disappointing that VS doesn't carry something for me! I love their PINK clothing line though, very cute and comfortable!

When you think of VS you think of skimpy outfits and lingerie. But the casual stuff is extremely comfortable. At first out of the box it seems flimsy and cheap but my wife loves this stuff for relaxing around the house. I have bought it for years. She wears it until it is thread bare.

Everything is excellent when you buy here online. The product is quality, the mail out is fast. You will not be dissappointed. Just make sure you check with their sizing chart. Some items fit different.

Definitely 5 stars. I bought not only their lingerie, but also sunglasses. I bought cat-eye sunglasses. They are so cool. Yeah, they are a little bit expensive for me ($80) but I decided to make such a present for me.

I bought several underwear from VS and love them! The only concern I have is that they don't offer high waist underwear. I walked in and spoke to a sales that I would wanna get a high waist underwear and the sales said that they do not have high waist but like medium waist and she promised these underwear will be as comfortable as the high waist ones. Indeed, they are comfortable! Just hoping they would offer high waist underwear sometimes soon!

I went in undecided and looking for sizes and deals and this lady was fanominal. She knows her job well as well as does her job. She is great with making sure the customer(myself) is satisfied. One of the Best people I have had in that store. Will definitely be back thanks to her.

I absolutely love your bras and I love the shortie underwear. I must admit when I recently went in the store they have replaced the shortie underwear band with a more solid print and not the stretchy band as I purchased last year. Not near as comfortable. Please bring back the basic shortie.

I go to Victoria's secrets. I can find the panties I want to but there bras are made more for younger ladies. I like them to look pretty it you get a 40 they do not look as good. 40C should not hard to find I guess thy sell a lot of that size because I can never find them

The decrease in the items they sale and horrible online service it's surprising their survived this long. Customer service experience is the worst, they don't know what their doing and aren't helpful. I give them 2 thumbs down and no stars

I ordered some stuff on Victoria secrets website. When I received my order everything was mixed up I want to 13 thanks but I receive only 10 I called them and they told me I will get it in few days. It's been 11 days after that I never got my stuff and I called back and they cancel my order without telling me or emailing me I'm so disappointed mad and angry

I have ordered a fragrance from this online writing service but what I received is not the one I ordered. They charged same price from me but the fragrance I received is not that costly. I have contacted them for clearing the item change. First they are not agreed to return but after some arguments they asked me to return the item. It is never happened to me before.

I love that Victoria's secret changes their bra and panty fashions by season, I love their products! It's easy to find things on the website and they only e-mail to notify you of sales. Customer service is great for returns. I've only had to return something once, because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. No flaw on their part.

My only issue is that they carry bras up to size 38DD but do not carry pants up to size 18. A woman with a 38 inch ribcage is probably going to wear at least that size. I wish they'd cater to all sizes in their clothing section because although I am a "normal sized" woman I have agreed to boycott all stores that do not sell plus sizes. It's not fair that I can buy something that is made unavailable to another woman because of her size.
