I placed an order on July 19,2024, with the order number VSTH00043705(Todays date is 16.10.2024), and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been nearly three months, and I still have not received my items. Initially, my order was lost, and after that, I was informed of multiple delivery issues. Each time, I was told that a new order had been created, but then items I had ordered were marked as unavailable. If my original order had been shipped as stated, there would be no need to remove those items. I am now requesting a full refund, as I find the service I have received to be unacceptable. The customer support team has not been able to assist me effectively, and I am left feeling frustrated. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before ordering.
I love this site they have such great clothes. Years ago I found this site and I also visited there store in White Marsh Mall. Victoria's Secret Is a little pricey but they are worth it. I have bought clothes from them over 15 years ago. Pajamas, leggings, sweatshirts, tunics, bra's, fragrances, shimmering body powders and more. I love there items. There are made so wonderful from quality materials, they are put together so finely and never fall apart. I have clothes from them I bough over 15 years ago, that still look brand new. I love there sweatshirts, they fade so neat they get this kind of really neat used look that comments the wearing. They look better as you wash them. I used to love there Country collection catalog. But they discontinued it. I wish more people would request they bring it back. They had the cutest items very simple type looking clothes as if you were staying in a cabin in the mountains or going for a walk in field, or horseback riding. They still have beautiful cloths. I love there Long Jane Pajama. S They are so comfortable. They have really nice under garments as well. I love there 5 for $25.00 ladies bikini cotton underwear. Victoria's Secret. Is one of the best places I have ever shopped in my life. Check out there Angel's collection & there I love Pink collection. I hope everyone enjoys this site as much as I have In the last 20 years. Lines are always long and registers to checkout are not all open. Slow checkout and the returns or exchange are the worst. Location is Gurnee. IL victoria's secret. Totally not friendly store

VS was top-notch cute when they first emerged. The lingerie was sexy and feminine. Now they resemble the old-school Fredricks of Hollywood. Tacky and cheap looking

I love victoria secret because they have good quality, but I have a hard time getting my size. Im a 38DD and they usually dont have my size in the store, and I would rather not buy from online.

I am a married man, and I would like to "impress" my lovely wife in the way that she impresses me. It is extreemly hurtful that I can not embelish my bulge in the same way she flaunts her lovely lady lumps. What is wrong with showing off a little "Male Whale Tale" to the Mrs. When were shopping in the way she shows off her boobie lace bending over for the lower shelves. And when it comes to the clothing lines, I really do "Love Pink" both the color, and my wife's "Pink." I also like it when my wife wears her nice "Frutie" smelling perfume, I TOO would like to smell "frutie" and not be ashamed. I AM OFFENDED, even Sheels and Bass Pro, so called "Manly" stores carry women's items. Well I want to feel good about myself too, but with a proper fit.

When they decide to sale plus size and the items aren't really plus size, then you are lying to your audience and shoppers. Please, re-evaluate your policies.

Placed a order with Victoria secret on June 20,2020 with a rep and she was giving me prices that were not the prices on line. However I was transferred to a supervisor without my knowledge I waited for 20 minutes for the young lady tocome back to the phone instead I got a rude lady name Sheryl id number *******. She was rude didn't know what she was talking about told me I couldn't use my 50.00 dollar reward card along with my 10.00 reward card which yes you can I have been told by other reps you can use up to three rewards in one single transaction. Ive done so before. Also she told me that if I didn't place my order that I would lose my reward altogether because I had given her the numbers already therefore I felt I had no choice but to place this order. This women sounded very bitter and went on and on with the rudeness. I really felt she didn't want to help me because of my race. The list goes on what was said to me. Sherly needs new training I go thru hell with every damn rep at vs.

I bought these black and grey underwear, but the material sucks. One of them ripped the 2nd time I wore it. Another one ripped when I was putting it on. The material is weak.

I got a beautiful robe from a special someone and it didn't fit. I took it back to Victoria's Secret and I got the right size - it was no problem and super easy. And I LOVE my new robe!

I agree, the bras don't fit but they are about the only place I can find a 32C, which sometimes fits and sometimes doesn't. The meterial seems a bit cheap lately, don't know why.

The Sushi is not good its not like before year :( (Sushi - Victoria Combo). Before year the sushi was like i am eating sushi from "Happy-Bar & Grill" now its like from a market :(

If I could leave a review with 0 stars I most certainly would. I placed an order on 8/16. My VS cc was charged for the order of over $400. I received an order confirmation and then 30 min later received an email advising they were unable to authorize my payment for my order. Contacted their Customer Care Center and was advised I needed to speak with Comenity Bank. Contacted Comenity Bank only to be told that i was charged for my order and it was approved and i needed to contact the customer care center. I was transferred from the customer Care Center to Comenity Bank 3 different times and hung up on 1 time. Finally after 2 hours on the phone trying to figure out why my credit card shows the charge for my order but yet VS says the order was not paid for I thought i had finally gotten somewhere and i was talking to someone with knowledge of what was going on. This was not the case and I ended up ending the call as i was quite furious at this point. The representative (Kayla) with VS was not helpful at all as she just told me over and over that I would need to replace my order and use a different card. Why would i use a different card if my VS credit card was already charged?! After all of this I am left with an over $400 charge on my VS credit card and an order that I will not be receiving because VS customer care says it was not paid for! I have shopped with Victoria Secret and used my VS credit card multiple times over the last 2 years and this will be my last! Terrible Terrible Customer Service

I'm a frequent shopper of Victoria Secret, but today ended things for me. I went into the store to exchange the 2 sweatshirts I bought pryer & due to me buying from them atleast once or twice a week, I was told that I could exchange the hoodies buy something for 20$(the price I was short to get the sherpa) let me mind you I was buying Pink slides, well the lady was rude & told me No. I decide to call costumer service & was further disappointed. I'M OFFICIALLY DONE WITH GIVING THEM MY MONEY when the customer gets treated like crap from in-store employees & customer service.

I waited for my order(s) for over a month and was nothing but patient. In these orders were the $20 off a $50 purchase... I read that they would be extended due to the wait times and I also called and talked to 2 very lovely ladies I wish I had remembered their names and they were going to honor it for me as well... I went ahead an placed another order that totaled almost 300 dollars. I called back today to apply that coupon and was told "no, there's no reason why we would do that." I explained to them everything above and told them I would like to cancel my 300 dollar order then and they said "ok we are not honoring it, we got it canceled for you!" Wow. To the "manager" Lisa... You have very poor customer service skills and should NOT be a manager and so does your team that also denied me of this coupon even though I was already told it would be honored and it was no problem. I have spent over a grand just this year at Victoria's Secret & am a card holder. I will also be canceling my card an no longer ordering... Thanks to Lisa and her team member that initially took my call tonight! Great way to lose business and go down hill.
