I placed an order on July 19,2024, with the order number VSTH00043705(Todays date is 16.10.2024), and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been nearly three months, and I still have not received my items. Initially, my order was lost, and after that, I was informed of multiple delivery issues. Each time, I was told that a new order had been created, but then items I had ordered were marked as unavailable. If my original order had been shipped as stated, there would be no need to remove those items. I am now requesting a full refund, as I find the service I have received to be unacceptable. The customer support team has not been able to assist me effectively, and I am left feeling frustrated. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before ordering.

I recieved an email from victorias secret with an offer code that i have $15.00 waiting for me and when i went to use it, i wasnt able to do so because it said the offer code is not valid. I tried to use it on the same day i recieved the offer code btw. I called them and was put on hold for 10 minutes only for the person on the other end after speaking to the supervisor tells me "sorry my supervisor said that you can not use the offer code because it cant be verified?" really? What a wase of time. They bombard my email email with their bull$#*! emails and i cant even use the offer code that they sent me. I will not be buying anything from victorias secret ever. What a rip off.

I order VS on the site for almost a year and I'm very happy! Everything comes in proprietary packages. Good quality clothes, dimensional mesh true. Delivery is fast, always by courier. I like!

Underwear falls apart after a few washings threats hanging all over the place. Their credit card program is terrible. Closed my account with them and do not even want to buy anything from them again.

The new styles are way different than the previous, making a sac under your chins and in between legs is too big. If buy online not from EEUU you have to paid the return. Not worth it.

Had ordered for Mother's Day of 2023 and i waited long overdue on my order then when I got it it was wrong so sent it back 3 weeks later they we're supposed to send the right items and they did not they just refunded so not I'm waiting on that and to top it off I have to pay full price I don't get the mother's day deal I got. This is a review for the store in the Stanford Shopping Center, Palo Alto, California.
The store itself and the rest of the staff are SLOPPY. The cashier even forgot a security tag on one of my items purchased, specifically:

You would think that at 2:30 PM today, with only a few people in the store, that cannot happen, especially after asking the cashier TWICE if the security tags were all removed (I am traveling soon). Well it just happened.

I like Victoria's Secret products most of the time.
I have ordered many different things from this company in the past and they usually deliver what I am expecting. I have a few items from their workout line and they can give Lululemon a run for their money any day. Their bras are good quality, however they are not meant to fit petite individuals. I find there is usually too much space between the cups which makes them sit off to the sides of my front, kind of disappointing when that happens, but hey these products are made for "model" size humans so I can't really fault them for that. Their customer service staff is usually very polite and helpful when I'm in the store, I can't speak to their online customer service as I've never contacted them online.
The online shopping experience is not the greatest because we do not qualify for free shipping here in Canada so there's always an added expense, on top of already pricey products. Some of their cheaper items definitely reflect the quality in the price, but you can't tell that online. I've found that I can get items of similar quality at my local Walmart lol. So if you want awesome quality and are willing to pay for it I suggest just going for their extravagantly priced items, there's a reason they're priced like that.
Overall I like Victoria's Secret, and I recommend their products if it fits in your budget :)

I recently decided to boycott Victoria Secret due to the horrible quality they've become over the years they've DRASTICALLY went downhill to the clothes to the customer service- I literally got hung up on multiple times today and I was in no way being rude I had just wanted to know if the manufacturer of a brand the sell had recently changed ( UGG) because ordered a pair of boots 3 times and each one I've had to drive to the mall and return due to extremely bad stitching not at all acceptable for 250$ boots I've recently found out they'll be animal testing in China so that was the last straw I'd rather give my money to a company who values quality as well as lives of animals

I have been a heavy heavy user of VS products over the past decade. I was addicted to the coupons and rewards bonuses. I probably would have just gone on spending $10k a year at Pink, VS, and their other branches of clothing forever except some things have changed that broke the spell they had me under. First, the quality of the items became so inconsistent. I would purchase a robe and it would be great, then when I bought another color it was terrible! I know they outsource so you never know what you're going to get. I've had expensive items fall apart after a few months of normal use. I took about 6 months off from shopping with VS but they sent me some coupons and I was back at it. Now I notice you can only use two coupon codes at a time and not three. Also, none of my coupons work unless I call in and have someone help me. It seems like they are trying to make it extremely hard to use the coupons that locked me into buying from them for so long. Turns out I'm addicted to discounts, not the clothing from VS! When I can't use the coupons on the first try, I just close my browser and use the sweats I bought last year. *shrugs* VS? Bye, girl!

The product quality is very inconsistent. Don’t trust site reviews as they use reviews made on an earlier version of the product, but the new product is sourced from another place. Also, be wary of the coupons. It seems like VS is making them impossible to use. I’ve had to call in to use my coupons the last 3 times I’ve tried to order. I never had problems using coupons prior to 2020.

The store itself was very nice but I was not too fond of the fact that I drove over 2 hours to get here from the outer banks to be treated so poorly. I had two people who were very helpful to me the cashier Cass and a saleswoman I met when I first walked in I don't remember her name but she was lovely. But the main lady or woman or whatever it was walking around the rooms was very rude I tried to get help from her and she seemed to ignore me a few times I believe her name was Zee from what I was told. I saw her standing in the corner messing with items on a counter for over five minutes while the store was getting full and the poor cashier got stuck in a long line. She seemed to avoid customers of the lighter color I saw or at least avoided me as I tried to get her help and she went over people of color over me many times. I am a valued paying customer and wish they had better service I will not be asking this salesperson for help ever again as she doesn't seem to treat everyone as equals.

i love their products and will continue to shop there but I will avoid talking to some of there associates as they are so rude
