Sometimes the bathing suits fit funny on curvier woman... that my only complaint. The material will cut into my butt making it look like I have 4 cheeks instead of two lol...

I love this company. Their clothes are super cute, fit true to size, and last a surprisingly long time. I usually wear my jeans out within a year but all my VS jeans I've had for many years and still am enjoying them! :o) The only reason I *almost* gave them 4 stars is bc they do not cater as much to the larger breasted women as they used to. I'm a curvy gal and I would like more options for undergarments without having to go to UK websites. But heck, no one's perfect and above all the other companies I truly love their products all the way from their clothing and lingerie to their cosmetic, body lotion, body shimmer, self-tanner or fragrance! What a great, well-rounded company! They truly encompass all the lovely portions of being a soft, sweet-smelling feminine gal. :o)

P.S. If they people at VS see this review, can ya'll please looking in to bringing back the knee-high Sketchers boots w the 4(?) inch heel? I went through 3 pairs over the years bc they truly were the perfect boot! So comfortable, even for all day wear! :o) Thank you!

I'm older than the college age that Pink by Victoria's Secret markets to however I can only comfortably wear the Pink brand underwear for some reason. It's absurdly comfortable and the Pink leggings too. I just wish they would get those giant labels off of the clothing. I have noticed though, that the quality in general has taken a serious nosedive. The sizing for one thing is totally inconsistent. You really need to read reviews first to see whether it runs too big or small and hardly anything runs "true to size" anymore. Even the bras and panties run one way or the other now. I've ordered multiple items in different colors in the same size and they're not only different sizes but different material too. A pair of leggings recently arrived with a hole. I returned them and they charged me shipping even though they told me on the phone that they wouldn't. I am going to stop shopping there.The brand seems only popular with a certain under-culture now anyway. I just purchased a sweater from there and the entire thing unraveled within a few minutes. I will never, ever shop there again.

I have been complaining for years Yeah they got it Price wise extremely high so they chase their customers to EBay but their dresses and leggings are finally a Sista's friend and I can't stop ordering! I guess it too white girls to pay for what our mama's gave us but never the less I love the clothes They Fit the butt!

PROS: I mean, they've got a user-friendly site, I like the product -- who doesn't own something from vickys?

CONS: The shipping and handling is just WRONG. PLAIN WRONG. The other day, I put a bunch of bathing suits into my basket and one dress. The shipping and handling charges came out to about $22! In what world does it cost THAT MUCH to ship domestically to NY--GROUND SHIPPING no less! There were absolutely NO bulk items (like overcoats, boots, handbags or any others) that could possibly have contributed to an astronomical charge as that.

I decided to forego $200 worth of bathing suits and took my business to another site.

Cute stuff, but pricey for average quality things. I've bought a $10 bra that lasted longer than their $40 bra, worked just as well, and was a cuter style!

For shipping paid $ 30! Then demanded another $ 25, without explaining the reason! Consultants do not answer questions, all emails standard answer - our delivery service is the best.

I love every thing on vs, they are dedicate and beautiful, especial the their pink collection, and i have been regular customer for 3 years now. Abs love it!

Who makes underwear with a seam in the front. How uncomfortable! What happened to seamless underwear from a few years ago? You thought it was a bad idea? NO

Happy & grateful because Victoria's Secret bras are THE ONLY bras that fit me right! I have (& I counted) close to 25 bras everyone is a Victoria's Secret bra & they're beautiful! I also love their hoodies & many many other items! To be honest I do need to say I'm no longer "the Secret size" & wish they carried some of their cuter items a bit bigger I'd spend a whole lot more money!

Outstanding personnel online and in the store. Their willingness to please all is quite extrodinary. They take suggestions and actually use them. They care about everyone feeling beautiful.

I decided to return ordered goods. I sent the package on the correct address - I checked it 3 times. Apparently there was nobody in the return center in France when they tried to deliver it, so it anded in package shop. VS's eShopWorld Shop customer service didn't at all want to help with getting the package, although it was their foult it couldn't been delivered. I provided them all tracking number and all necessary information and they just didn't care at all!

Anything purchased from this company is a complete and utter waste of your money. The clothing is made from cheap quality materials, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, simply because there is a brand name logo slapped on everything and the only promotions that are ever available are at the end of the year and once every summer.
TIP: DON'T PAY FOR A LOGO PEOPLE!

I was charged for items I never received an returned it with carrier day of delivery ended up having to dispute transaction because they so said they never received I called back an they said I declined an returned but yet was still charged as well now messing with my credit and is interfering with my credit score I called in trying to fix and resolve the matter but Victoria's secret reps are very disrespectful and have no care or regards towards a consumer you ask to speak to a supervising an denied I called the bank they're telling me to call Victoria secret like this is white collar robbery now its and it's very with my personal life because it's reflecting on my credit score and I am unable to move forward because the negligence of Victoria's secret in their rest and their policy

I set up my final payment to come out automatically online. It was never taken out. Now they are sending me to collections. My final payment was $67.50 and now with fees its $123. The customer service rep was rude. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT VICTORIAS SECRET EVER AGAIN. Do not get a credit card, they will just screw you!

THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NO PRODUCT, I tried talking with them they HANG UP on me twice, now I'm speaking with my bank because seams they are a SCAM, the bank cannot give my money back saying Victoria secret got my money an I need to wait them to send them back.

Victoria secrets saying I didn't pay nothing, so now I don't have my money or my order.

DO NOT BUY from VICTORIA secrets they are playing with your money!

I ordered a $30 sweater, and had to pay an equal $30 in shipping fees. Their "free shipping" and discount promos NEVER apply to Canadian customers so don't bother ordering from here if you're shipping to Canada. The website said that shipping takes 10-14 business days. They forgot to mention that it takes a FULL WEEK for them to even process it. I ordered ONE sweater, there is no reason it should have taken 5 business days for my order to leave their warehouse, and then another 14 business days for me to receive it. And I never received my tracking info, if I'm paying this much money in shipping fees, I expect a damn tracking number. Talked to their representatives, was lied to and told that my order had shipped when it hadn't just to get me to leave them alone. They were rude and took forever to reply. Bottom line, don't order from this website if you don't want to receive your clothes until over a month later and you really enjoy terrible customer service. Also, their clothes are SO overpriced, the crappy quality is not worth it. And you will pay double the price of your order in shipping fees. Would NOT recommend ordering from this site.

Im VS customer since 1998, I'm not a big buyer online, but this time, January 27,2022, I place an order with 17 itens, and for no reason, the VS cancelled my order, I called 3 days late to check my order, and it was cancelled. The customer service put a new order, and it was ordered to be delivered overnight, yesterday the order didn't arrived. Today I called and they say it was cancelled AGAIM, so the customer service try to redo it, and automatically was cancelled. My nice will travel to her country on February 3, and it was for her…. Today they said …. " I'm sorry, but it can't be delivered tomorrow"
Really? I'm customer for almost 25 years, and when I need to used my privilegies to help my nice, it CANT BE DONE?
It is very unacceptable! I'm sorry!

I ordered 3 shirts and one cardigan from their website, the clothes were basically what i expected, looked and felt good. And my order arrived on time, all i could ask for.

A very good shopping site. Not only are they famous for their bras and panties but their tops, shorts, dresses are very nice as well. I really like their swim suits too.

If you are size 0, shop here. If you are anything above a 3, don't bother.
I went to get some "goodies" for my 10th anniversary trip. I am not a rich woman, but we have a good income... I saw those snooty salesgirls ignore women who were asking questions. Just because their jeans came from Walmart! (I overheard them talking and insulting the customers).
I looked everywhere for my size in a nice teddy and some panties... I was rudely told they Victoria's Secret does not make morning for "women your size"! Then she walked away! I did find a bra I like, went to the counter and got the same rude snotty attitude!
As soon as I hauled out my Luis Vatton wallet, her whole attitude changed! I made sure she rang it up, and did everything... then I told her I changed my mind and was going somewhere that caters to " women my size!". (Just for comparison, at that time I wore a size 8)
I AM NEVER GOING BACK AND HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW THE SAME THING!
