Our shopping experience is always full of over powering perfume throughout the store, but balanced with helpful associates as well. The underwire bras don't seem to last as long they should before poking through.

I've bought online a couple of times, since they have international shipping, which for me works perfectly. Only once did my package not arrive and they gave me back my money (including shipping costs). Their costumer service is really great. Just be sure to double check sizing charts, because if you're not familiar with the fit or type of bra, you might not like the way it feels or looks.

Im a member for 18 yrs. I used to purchase a lot from VS. But not right now. I decide to cancel my credit card for below reasons: 1.The on-sale bra products quality not good anymore compare years ago. Bras turn out after washing. 2. Yoga trousers quality is cheap too. They will fluff after washing. 3 VS credit card is the only cards I have not allow you to set up monthly auto payment. If you miss their email, you will get huge late fee and interest charge. 4.The sport shirt style not attract anymore. I can purchase from amazon, lulu lemon, any stores, Wish, Mobile us taibo... for better attractive style and much cheaper price. And dont worry the payment with late fee.

Unfortunately my phone has been stolen while shopping in VS Bond Street in London today. And none of the staff, including security, couldn't care less and did absolutely nothing. Never coming back again!

I'm happy to learn the truth about this company, it all makes so much sense. I won't be needing anything from vs your line is no longer jax song has cooled you down. Luckily it came in time for me to give myself permission to say this brand is total $#*! now

I just love the bras and panties that this company has.The only problem is they don't cater to the ever increasing large breasted woman. Most of my friends at work are larger than 3 8D and cannot shop there. These are young sexy women and yet Victoria Secret, has only perfume and lotion for them. Kind of sad.
The other issue is their prices are very high. A regular bra averages about $45.00.So I limit my purchases to once or twice a year.

Over the years, I've ordered quite a few things from VS. I came the conclusion that while swim wear and lingerie is good, their clothes are not of amazing quality (at least, not what i would expect). I've ordered a few skirts and dresses from them and, from my experience, the sizes run larger than usual and the feel and quality of the items were disappointing. So, I'm sticking to lingerie and swim wear at VS and avoiding the rest, since returns are a hassle.

As any women, we love high quality and beautiful stuff. Victoria's secret always stands for wonderful products.

I received 3 pairs of lingerie within the week after making an order. I'm glad for what I purchased - the lingerie is in outstanding quality.:)

I recently ordered some of my favorite Victoria Secret items on sale and they literally arrived in Germany two days later. Luckily I did not need to return anything since I know my size. I assume that returning things would have been a bit more of a hassle since ups dispatchers in Germany are usually located in remote little stores and gas stations. But this shipping speed was really a positive surprise.

I love victorias secret and I order from them online often. Thier customer service is impeccable and thier delivery is always timely, often times arriving days before it has been guaranteed to be here. What more can I say? They're amazing! Highly recommended! I might add though that they ARE quite pricey which I would say is the only downside, but I have an angel card so I do get awesome deals and discounts. It's way worth it!

I love Victoria's Secret and their products... but in the past few years I've found shopping on their site to be a total joke. There are so many rules about coupons... they don't let you combine coupons, you can't use promo codes on many items, it's hard to take advantage of free shipping codes because they often don't apply to some of your items. When you do pay for shipping, it's very expensive, usually more than other sites charge. I used to love to shop their clearance but it's hardly ever worth it now after shipping. Many items are sold out or backordered. I've had much better luck shopping in store, although there are still many rules about qualifying purchases for coupons.

Ordered $150 worth of stuff about a month ago and still haven't received it. Called the company three times and never received any reason behind this. I wasn't able to use their online tracker anymore, even though when I first ordered I could. Finally they resent my things- but of course I had to order a different bra because naturally the one I originally wanted was no longer available. I still haven't received the package and I'm considering just asking for a refund and finding somewhere else to buy bras. Do not recommend buying online.

What is going on with the panties? Everytime i buy panties shortly after the lace ones rip, and even though the cotton ones last a little longer they don't last as long as they used to they eventually rip too. I wash all my clothes in gentle cycle so can't be my washer ruining them. The lace worse are the worst! Must use the cheapest lace there is! Won't waste my money on them anymore.

I ordered 12 pair of underwear of various sizes and styles. I received them within three business days of ordering (I ordered on a Sunday night) with ZERO errors! My mind was totally blown because the quality was on point. I had heard horror stories about VS.com but I can't praise them enough.

If you're wanting to look like a very cheap prostitute by all means shop VS, but as far as quality goes... horrible at best. There products don't last, and are so cheap, I wouldn't take em' for free. Go elsewhere if you're looking to buy a cute top or bra.

Ordered 2 bras which took 3 weeks to deliver. They have arrived and don't fit. I need to return them which is supposed to be free returns but the site won't allow me to access the returns label. I'm not allowed to return to the store either. Total joke and I'm quids down. Definitely won't be using this company again! So mad I'm off to trading standards

Not far from the defunct Macy's in La Jolla is a very popular Victoria's Secret.

This is literally the ONLY place I buy my bras/underwear from! They're not just excellent quality but they fit so perfect! Especially finding a size that caters pefect to your body size unlike other department store and their generic sizes. Not one size fits all and that's why I basically live by this store. Literally! Coming from a Forever Angels card holder! Also another thing they have a point system your buying the products anyways why not be rewarded for it!

My top go-to store for clothing, I'm in love with their leggings and hoodies. Not only are they adorable but SO comfortable, you literally can't go wrong shopping here. Their clothes are long lasting as well. Their bras will make a real woman out of you, and forget Michael Kors their bags are so chic. The only possible down-side is their sizes can run a little big.

Of my top 5 favorite businesses to shop, Victoria's Secret ranks #1! I have shopped at Victoria's Secret for over 20 years! The quality of their merchandise is what has kept me a loyal customer. They also have amazing Customer Service, and I've never had an issue if I purchased something that didn't fit, it was always promptly taken care of.
One of my favorites about VS is bikini time! I love the fact you can order your bikini in your bra size! I also like the variety of items you can purchase! And the Lingerie is stunning. I also have about 5 different parfumes, Heavenly being my favorite, but I love them all!
Overall, some items may be a bit pricey, but the way I see it, you get what you pay for, and their overall quality proves how well their merchandise is worth it. I also Love their pink collection! Stop ruining people's credit history! Find a better accounting services and do well for others that fights hard in life to keep their credit clean. There are other places that have what you have and the prices are better than yours. The people you have working in Aventura not all are well trained to help out others. I've saw one of your employees raising her voice and mistreatment to an elderly lady. I'm sure there's a lot of people out there that can't complain. I'm sure if they knew how they will do it. I'm closing my account & hope you stop abusing people.

I love the bras from here, but I can only buy them online since they don't have my size in store. I feel like I get penalized because I have to pay shipping. It would be nice if they offered free shipping more often.

Bad experience with online chat. They wouldn't help me. They called me a liar. They messed up my order. If you go to consumer reviews or trust pilot, you will find I'm not the only one. The majority tells the truth on those reviews. Honest people, unlike the chat employees that they have, who doesn't give a damn about helping people. I will never order from them again. At least Amazon is more helpful. I never have a problem with anyone else. So have a good day and wait till they scam you. Their online service is horrible.
