“Extremely Dissatisfied with Order Experience”

I placed an order on July 19,2024, with the order number VSTH00043705(Todays date is 16.10.2024), and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been nearly three months, and I still have not received my items. Initially, my order was lost, and after that, I was informed of multiple delivery issues. Each time, I was told that a new order had been created, but then items I had ordered were marked as unavailable. If my original order had been shipped as stated, there would be no need to remove those items. I am now requesting a full refund, as I find the service I have received to be unacceptable. The customer support team has not been able to assist me effectively, and I am left feeling frustrated. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before ordering.

I've bought several undergarments from VS and PINK. While I was told by an online representative that panties from PINK should be sized the same as panties from VS, the panties I got from PINK do not fit the same. I should have gotten a different size or style. There are lots of cute undies at the store though. I've liked several of the products I've gotten from Victoria's Secret and they have survived the washing machine for a while now, but the panties I got from PINK just aren't my favorite. They look cute but just fit kinda funny. Prices are kind of high for some items, but if you catch it on sale, it's worth it. It's not my favorite store, but I'm still planning on shopping there again every once in a while.

Makes Victoria Secret look like it's run by thugs. Sales persons have street clothes on like sweat suits. One employee had one sweatpants leg rolled up and the other down. No salesperson greeting us at the door nor any shoppers was given to us. Other customers were asking others customers if we work there. Three women who worked at VS were very loud talking about dates and laughter loudly in a circle by the Pink display. When I got up to the cashier I waited and I and was told I'll get the next person in line when Cashier then said do you need help now and rolled he head and eyes. I told her rang up my underwear so I can pay and go. Cashier said you "don't tell me what to do", "and for that Im going to take my time" manager came out I explained my concerns and how rude cashier was and ask for her name. Manager never told me her name or cashier name nor gave an apology. I told the manager that no one helped me and how I was a former employee and when I work at VS you had to wear black dress pants and blazer along with a pink or light colored blouse along with makeup or lipstick and look and be professional. This was not the case today at this store *******. I felt like the manager nor the sales staff lack customer service.

Today, I was going to purchase a cami and panty set for one of my daughters. It was 49.95 (full price). I was told I couldn't use the coupon because my purchase was less than $50. It was 5 cents shy. Any store that will not honor a coupon because of a 5 cent differential is not a store for me. On my way out I gave the coupon to a grateful shopper. In the end, VS lost today's sale as well as future sales and $20 less from another customer. All because of a nickel and a bad policy. I then went to Aerie where I purchased multiple items for my daughters for far less. Aerie's got great coupons.

Today I tried the chat service because my coupon was not accepted for a current order that I was trying to proceed with at my checkout. I asked if they could deduct the "free panty" coupon, or possibly merge my order with my previous order that I had made only minutes prior, and add the "free panty coupon" to the total order. Instead of telling me that they could no longer do anything about my already posted order made moments earlier, Philip, the sales associate, took the price off of the previous order where I ordered numerous panties, thus making them cheaper, as opposed to my current order of just the one. Needless to say, I removed the one panty out of my basket. I wasn't going to pay the full price since I had already ordered numerous panties on the previous order. I don't know why he couldn't simply tell me that the order had already posted and that he could honor my current order. It's because VS wanted the cheaper way. As though their products aren't already overpriced.

I was VC customer for 10 years now. Order a lot, paid all on the same day. Never late payments or missed payments, I am on a top of all my CC.

So today I saw my credit score went DOWN 5 POINTS! And the note said that VC CLOSED MY CC.

NO notice nothing! May I f... ing know why? VC is a HORRIBLE COMPANY! WILL NEVER OPEN CC with them again and will tell all my friends to close as well.

I'm disappointed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE IN VICTORIA SECRET. READ THIS PLEASE I bought a gift before December 14, I went to the store and it was not in stock so they recommended that I buy it and that it would arrive at the house. But today is December 29 and I still haven't received anything. In the chat, an assistant told me that I should contact Lasership directly, which is the company that is in charge of the delivery because the package is already in their hands and Victoria's Secret has nothing to do with it. But I've gotten tired of calling and nobody answers the phone in that place. In short, I feel cheated by Victoria's Secret since I feel that for making a sale they put me in the hands of an irresponsible company that also has terrible feedback. I don't understand how Victoria's Secret works with lasership.

Tip for consumers:
I recommend that you do not buy online from Victoria's Secret because they work with a shipping company that works very poorly, and does not answer for packages. The shipping company is called Lasership, look for the reviews to confirm what I say

I have shopped at Victoria's secret for over a decade now. I've had their credit card for years and just got some ridiculous charge I will be canceling my credit card now I have past due on my report because of it it's such b******* I paid the card off there shouldn't be some ridiculous interest charge since I paid my card off Victoria's secret you can f#ck off. I spend almost $100 on the bombshell bra and they used to last so long my last one I bought is already falling apart and I just bought it in July I'll be looking for a new place to spend my money.

I bought 8 pairs of nickers online in Australia. Vitoria's Secret have stores in Australia so I thought that would make possible returns easy. Not so. The material was thin and the top of the nickers rolled, even though I'm slim. Poor quality. So I contacted customer service and they I wouldn't have to pay for postage to the US. When I went through the process, they said I have to pay for postage. They lied to me and now they won't honour that. I'll be complaining to Fair Trading in Australia as I bought them on an Australian site. I will NEVER buy anything from the EVER again.

Not only has the quality of materials been horrible the past few years but the customer service has done it for me. Several missing items in my order. I called 8 times. Not a single associate would allow me to talk to a supervisor. Refused to remedy the situation. Refused to tell me the supervisors name. I was put on hold for over an hour most of the times I called. Still wouldn't allowed me to talk to a supervisor. Wouldn't tell me the name or location of the contractor i was speaking with. Lied to me for over a week about shipping me the missing items. This was my last straw and the last straw for my friends and family that also order from Victoria's Secret. I have never in my life had such horrible customer service and refused to send me missing items i paid for. It's obvious that the customer service has been outsourced to an incompetent business. In my decades of dealing w this company, I have never encountered this. Imagine being told that you can't talk to a supervisor, can't know their name, can't tell you the location or name of the business and that you will not get the orders you paid for. I am disgusted and disappointed. Don't order from here anymore. Head my advice.

Yes the prices can be high BUT you get what you pay for and it LAST. I have Yoga Pants that are about 6 years old and just now are starting to get holes. Thats a win in my book... Love this store.

I ordered over the phone for some tights I really wanted and find out they put the wrong friggin address on the label! I never received it and am very disappointed with not getting them and how costumer service handled it. I talked to several representatives and they where a bunch of idiots! They either told me it was coming today(18 of Sep), it would come the next day, it was sent to the right address, I needed too talk to USPS to see which location had it, then when I was asking for some info to contact USPS, the "angel" got hostile then proceeded to say they would change the address, then I contacted VS on Facebook and they said it couldn't be re-shipped even when the sender gets it back and the people on Facebook are rude as well and don't care. Their unresponsive! All I want are my pants!

One star because I do not have the option of zero stars. Despite being a very loyal customer, having ordered various times in the past, my last experience was disappointing. I received my order at home and the package was empty, there were only some empty boxes inside that seemed to have been opened by someone and the products were missing. The package contained only 2 of the 12 items of my order and the rest were empty boxes.
But the saddest part is that when I informed via email the VS customer support about the incident and requested to send me again my order, I received the below upsetting response:
"Thank you for allowing us time to review your shipment concern. Upon further investigation, we have confirmed your order was the expected weight of the items you ordered and the packaging at the time it left our facility. The package was checked at various times throughout the shipping journey and continued to be the expected weight with the carrier until delivery of your items. Based on this confirmation, we are unable to process a refund or reshipment of your items."
First of all, it's not "my" carrier. The shipping company is THEIR selection and I have nothing to do with it. Therefore it is their responsibility to investigate what happened with my missing items and also arrange for replacement.
Furthermore, it is completely unacceptable for a company like VS, to treat its customers like this, especially when I pay so much shipment costs on every delivery.
If they collaborate with untrustworthy carriers where the packages get violated or lost then it is definitely not my fault.

Victoria's Secret will entice you to spend more money, for their "free shipping" and then their free shipping is a budget rate that is slower than USPS standard delivery (basically WHENEVER the post office wants to deliver it!) the quality of their merchandise has declined greatly, and so I went to Nordstrom and was surprised to find that for MUCH HIGHER QUALITY merchandise and super fast shipping, it cost approximately the same!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THEM, if you do need to purchase from this company, then only get what you need and spend the extra money on 2 day shipping. Don't opt for "free shipping" because you may be waiting on your package for a month or so (AND they won't refund your money until the package EVENTUALLY comes in, and you return it, and THEN they process the refund, which could take an additional two to three weeks!

I am very disappointed with VS. they had a sale from at 9-11pm, but when the clock striked 9, the website went down, they put up a 800 number which wasn't helpful, all they said was call or try later the system crashed. It is 10:46pm and the site and 800 number is not working, I'm a verry disappointed customer

Victoria's Secret would not credit my VS credit card for the difference when I placed an order where I was supposed to get a discount if I ordered two of same item. Reg price $46.95 and $59.95. The price was supposed to be $32.99 and $32.98 but somehow the items went on two separate orders that didn't allow me to get the discount. I called customer service and they refused to credit my card for the difference, instead wanted to send me a $5 coupon. I don't know why the 2 different original price on the 2 items since they are same thing just different color. With the prospect of more VS stores closing it seems as though they would bend over backwards to make card holders happy instead of doing this 2 different order scam where VS gets the original price and not give the discount. This will be the last order I will place with VS and I will be sending the orders back for a refund. I thought I'd give VS another chance by placing the order as their products have become dull, uninteresting and overpriced.

Victoria's Secret and their PINK section uses lots of false advertisement online. I was looking at some new PINK items yesterday online and they weren't on sale, the next day i didnt see the items on website! And there were no reviews on these new PINK items i was looking at on their website. They use lots of false advertising trying to say the new PINK items that aren't on sale are "sold out" and "unavailable", which is bs and not true at all, they just use that false advertising to trick people. I know that the items didnt sell out because the jogger pants are $54.95 and i know nobody bought the pants and the item never sold out, they still have item. Nobody has that kind of money to pay $54.95 for a pair of jogger pants and amybody who does is a real dumb@$$. The item didnt sell out at all amd still not on website. They falsely advertise their overpriced items as "sold out" and "unavailable" and the items aren't on sale and new. False advertisement they use.

Myself and my daughter on holiday for her 21st birthdaty! We were in Santa Monica last week. There was confusion about body spray free if full price accessory bought ( we bought make up bag) assistant TOLD us this offer had changed and so I gave her the promotion frame attached to shelf? No apology but TOLD to get body spray off shelf as was still valid? Have to say staff in PINK absolute opposite so very helpful! My daughter remembered that beanie and scarf offer if over an amount spent (sorry I could not remember exact amount as had jet lag (as most of your customers will have?) again assistant in Victoria's Secret said NO! So we went to PINK assistant who checked my daughters bill and told other assistant (Victorias secret) was valid and so beanie and scarf that were " out of stock" we're "found "thank you assistants of PINK We may now return!

We all know that victorias secret sells great lingere but what some don't know is that I buy my Ugg boots from there because they have a great selection and they are very cheap and include free shipping and a wonderful return policy. I am reviewing this site because this is a great place to buy uggs and I'm putting this website in my UGG boots guide :)

Victorias Secret has contracted with eShopWorld for internatinal shipping. I have ordered multiple times for delivery in the States with no problem, however their shipping partner eShopWorld has much to be desired. Tried to send items to England for my daughter no problem with the actual process of ordering. EShopWorld sent a custom charge immediately on February 17th which I paid. I am still not able to track the package have gotten "I'm sorry sometimes it take 1-2 business days to track" in addition the clothes are in Ireland and now have to be sent to england estimated arrival date is March 28th absolutely ridiculous even United States postal service can ensure it's there in 10 days regular post. Vicorias secret will lose many customers over this mailing issue. In addition the only contact number is in Dublin Ireland no local call

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS PER PREVIOUS POSTS! RETURNED MULTIPLE ITEMS DUE TO POOR QUALITY PAID $50 POSTAGE TO RETURN AND THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY. MULTIPLE EMAILS - STUPID, UNGENUINE HALF-AUTOMATED RESPONSES WHICH WAS COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. DO NOT USE!
