I was charged another year of service without receiving a renewal notice and they will not refund the money, even if their advertising say they would within 30 days! Do yourself a favor and look for another product.

Screen Recorder software is easy to use.Being able to record a lot of videos very smoothly, such as my Zoom meeting
VideoSolo is legit fire! I'm no tech guru, but this thing had me feeling like a digital Spielberg. The controls are so intuitive, I didn't need a YouTube tutorial to figure it out. From epic gaming moments to hilarious Zoom calls, it's like my screen has its own highlight reel now. If you're not using this software, you're basically living in the Stone Age of screen recording.

I cancelled my subscription to VideoSolo DVD ripper on Nov. 30,2022 and they still billed me 53.95 for a full new year of service on Dec. 1,2022. After being in contact with VideoSolo, Paddle.com and PayPal multiple times, I am still unable to secure a refund. This business is very shady and unethical. Stay Away!
Purchased this over 2 weeks ago and had nothing but download issues, contacted customer support on numerous occassions as well as the company direct, they constantly replied with same information and guidance. I asked for a refund and was simply told that there was nothing wrong with the product and that I cannot have a refund, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired as well as their attitude towards consumers...My recommendation is that you give this company a wide berth, especially if you are located in UK

Purchased the product and it worked quite well for about a week.
Unfortunately due to some issues with the pc itself, I had to replace the motherboard.
Suddenly the code for my product was already in use, and I was unable to use the application since.
I've tried reaching out to their customer support on 7 different occassions over the last 2 months, one of which was through their facebook support.
Despite my many attempts to get into contact with them, I've only received two automated email confirmations, and have never received a reply from an actual employee.
Due to this, I can't call their service anything but a scam.
Absolutely do not give your money to this company, as they seem to lack basic care for their customers.

Overall, VideoSolo is a great app and I've loved it for months.I love the software features for recording videos.
I had an issue with videosolo because I made a wrong order (player instead of ripper software). According to their policy (https://www.videosolo.com/refund-policy) I should get a refund, so I sent them a mail. No response at all. Only a confirmation, but with a non working link. This happened twice.
Beside this: their latest version of BD-DVD Ripper is much worse then a much earlier one when it comes to 3D experience.
My advice: do NOT BUY any products from videosolo!

I got to know this website is because I want to play my Blu-ray movies on my computer. So I downloaded its Blu-ray Player on my Windows PC. Surprisingly, it works perfectly and it can play any types of Blu-ray disc on my computer. And it offers two free software, one is free video converter and another is free video to GIF converter.
To be honest, this two program helps me a lot. I can convert any video to my iPhone for watching. And I can convert any video clips to GIF picture for sharing online.
In addition, you can find the professional Video Converter Ultimate which comes with other extra features like video enhancer, video downloading, etc. It's really helpful. Thank you so much!
The "3D Maker" works really great, my only request is the larger finished file size be reduced ( 1.8 Gb in and 11.5Gb out).
If you want 3d Anaglyph the results are SUPER to view on Large Screen Smart TV...

Their VideoSolo BD-DVD Ripper doesn't even recognize my DVD. The customer service takes weeks to respond and they don't refund contrary to what's in their policy.
Try it for free if you want but don't make the mistake of paying for it.

I bought their VideoSolo BD-DVD Ripper and it didn't work.
Easily made into a CD. Very helpful and professional staff. Respond quickly to your inquiries and help immediately. I highly recommend VideoSolo to everyone.
I bought a copy of DVD Copy instead of a trial version. When I tried to copy a disc, I received an error message. When I asked VideoSolo for a refund, it would only refund my money if its technical support couldn't fix the issue. Turns out it has a very complicated return policy, one that no one reads when you purchase software. Further, VideoSolo is located in Hong Kong, so they are out the coverage area of the Better Business Bureau.
This doesn't work with the Macbook M1 processor, and they did not refund my money. Don't trust them.
