So much for immediate and hassle free cancelation policy that they advertise on the site. The information I received on the one report I needed wasn't even accurate. I have been trying to cancel for an hour. I keep getting the run around. I was sent to an email from the chat, then sent to call a number that just keeps cutting me off.
Pretty good experience. Somewhat disappointed that you have to pony up additional dollars for more data.
Report does not show any car history,not even amount of owners
Easy to use and got the results I needed. I was buying a car and I entered the vin for history and I received quick results. I definitely recommend it.
From the article I read which said you offered free vin lookup, I expected just that. After paying a nominal fee, I expected more than I got, which was minimal. I never got all the information I needed.
Don't buy a car before you inform your self and this website is the one that is going to help you with that

The site said they would email the report never got it

They collect the information very well, showed it with cheap promotion.
I searched two cars, first one via plate number and the second other one via vin.
Vin research worked pretty well.
But plate number, as soon as I paid for the membership right after I search the first car and saw that the report is ready. There was nothing.
Even if they sent another link that I can get the free record. I still doubt that was the best they could.
It won't let me cancel the membership. Customer service doesn't reply via email.
Found the info I needed right away. Everything was easy to use and up front about any additional costs. Thanks!

Customer service is abysmal. No easy way to cancel your subscription even if you didn't want one. So far they have taken £25 from me when I only wanted to check the history of one car and I don't want to check any others. I just want them to stop taking my money and a reply from customer services to confirm my unwanted subscription is cancelled
