I've lost count of how many times I've purchased from VIP. They have all sorts of items at different times. Your best bet is just to check in and see what's new. I often find items they list on another site they sell on, then come to their site and buy it for the same or a lower price. Computers, printers, cell phones, air fryers. I've really lost track of all I've bought from VIP, and most of it half of the retail on most other sites. If you do have a return there is no problem and they handle it quickly.
Received my order of a very expensive set of headphones which arrived damaged. Things happen but, there was zero effort to make it right in a timely manner when explaining this was a gift. Not only damaged but, sent a lesser model. Will never work with VIP Outlet again and neither should you.

I recently purchased a Cricut ******* Explore Air 2 Bundle Cutting Machine from this seller on eBay, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
When the package arrived, I discovered that the machine was sent without a power cord, making it essentially unusable. I contacted the seller immediately, and it took them an astonishing 3-4 days to confirm that the power cord was indeed missing from the package.
What's even more frustrating is that the seller's proposed solution was a mere $10 refund for the missing cord. Considering that the machine is worthless without its power source, this offer felt like a slap in the face.
To add insult to injury, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional 7 days to receive my refund. This entire experience has been a lesson in patience and disappointment.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this seller to steer clear. Their lack of attention to detail, slow response times, and inadequate resolution measures make them a seller to avoid at all costs.

The items I've received so far have been as advertised, with nothing missing. Prices can not be beat and even when I had questions or issues, customer service was very helpful and always able to get back promptly, which is not something you can see everyday.

I used to buy items from VIPOutlet at eBay since few years. I recently realized that they do have a website and we can place order(s) directly. I have purchased an item (condition Like New). After order placed, I had a question about the order and i sent a email to them. They replied in quick time(within an hour on a non-business day) with the details. Shipping was amazing fast. Shipped on next business day and received in 2 days. Though "item description says Like new", i received it the product with plastic wrapped, All accessories are present. Just started using, no issues so far. I really impressed the service, product quality. They do have a 30 day returns, which gives me peace-of-mind.

I have purchased several high ticket electronic items through Vipoutlet. They have all arrived in excellent condition, no issues whatsoever. Sometimes you can find a %10 off coupon and that makes for an even better deal. I'm talking a total of 25% off a current flagship phone. These guys are legit and they seem to respond to questions fairly quickly. They are my first stop for high end electronics.

Don't expect to get your package or have clear communication with this seller. They will insist to send 600$ to sit on doorsteps when their own "policy" says this shouldn't happen. They call at midnight and 6 am to try to route packages to different addresses than yours. Sketchiest company I have had to work with in a very long time
Ordered a sound bar that wound up being shipped in a box WAY too small and with no packaging. Box and soundbar was completely destroyed in shipping. It takes DAYS for anyone to do anything, and they fail to understand basic english (or they are simply choosing to ignore my questions)
Avoid them at all costs. Whatever savings you get are not worth the hassle you are going to have to get a refund.
And on top of sending the wrong TV, it was in very poor condition. I ordered a Samsung QLED, yet received the 8 series instead. Customer service was awful. Even though I sent them pics via email, they would not mail me a replacement even though they had it in stock. They didn't even apologize for their error!

Ordered a pc then they asked for photos of ID and credit card. Responded quickly with pictures then they cancel your order for fraud. Called to request to remove all personal info and account, and they said they do not have the ability to do so. Biggest scam company I've dealt with. Please go bankrupt and die.

My order arrived fast. The price was great! There was an issue with the box and customer support fixed the issue within two hours of sending the first email. This was out of normal business hours. Made me feel like a person not a number like some other online retailers have.
Not sure how this company is getting all these good reviews. I've ordered a speaker 2 times and they never sent it both times. The 2nd one I ordered just to see and they didnt disappoint. No package a second time. Not sure whats going on but they do not ship on time or at all. Its very tricky on the wish site. You cant leave a review for items that never come at all. I think they are beyond shady. Havent gotten a thing from them and wont be ordering here again. Zero rating wasnt an option.

I ordered the Nextbase 622GW Front and Rear Camera Combo. What I received was the front camera only. Also no USB cable for connecting the camera to a computer (listed on the box as an included component necessary for initial setup, but it wasn't there). I contacted VIP OUTLET immediately, and they said the best they could do was offer me $30. A rear camera retails for $70, so why would I accept $30? Also they never replied about the missing USB cable. Now I have to deal with the hassle of mailing back this piece of junk. VIP OUTLET engages in false advertising and hopes that customers won't notice their attempts at ripping you off. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased a computer from them that their website said was certified as fully inspected and tested in perfect working condition. When it arrived, not only was it not working, they had removed the expensive graphics card and RAM. They basicly gutted it, no doubt to resell the parts, then advertised and sold it as fully fuctional and containing the components they themselves had aready removed.
Order *******. I ordered the same item during Thanksgiving but got cancelled after 4 weeks no shipping. Got a reply from VIPOUTLET and offered a 20% coupon. Great, I will give the benefit of a doubt. Same item came in stock again. I ordered the same item on Dec 29,2019. Guess what, same thing. They charged my credit card without shipping, then on 1/18/20 they cancelled the order. I followed up with customer service diligently every week, but got the same reply it is in process and they sent a message to the warehouse to follow up. On Dec 29 the website shows qty of 18 until today qty of 0. Looks like they are fulfilling the order for others, but just not my order, despite I call every week. May be my last name of "Cheung" caused the problem, may be I used the 20% off coupon they offered last time caused the problem. No one knows and I am frustrated more that ever. NO MORE VIPOUTLET for me.
Don't do it. Pay more and shop elsewhere. I made a purchase on 11/27.4 minutes after the first purchase, another order was submitted but for $70 more than the first. This scared me so I immediately requested cancellation of both. The first order was canceled but they couldn't access the second in the system. On 12/4, I was charged $240 for this order but they still couldn't cancel. Yesterday the order changed from "pending" to "delivered". An order was never made or received. Today I was told I will be refunded "sooner or later". This is a nightmare! Do not order from this company. RUN!

I placed an order for a laptop and never received as much as a confirmation email or receipt. Their online chat always connected me with "Kimberly" every time I tried to connect.
I placed an order trough this website, a refurbished Ipad Pro. After been submitted the order, been charged by them I got an email requesting a photo of my id and card used for the transaction. I sent them by email and a few hours later they cancell my order. They play with yout time, your money and with your personal information with id photo and credit card.

Given Covid extensions, supply chain delays on product availability, labor shortages, weather and shipping delays, credible merchants are offering a more flexible policy in terms of returns. Amazon for example is requiring all of its vendors to offer returns until JANUARY 31 2022. I contact VIP OUTLET on Monday January 03,2022 and am told I cannot return an ipad i bought on 11/27 as a Christmas gift for my daughter because it is over 30 days SINCE THE ORDER. It wasnt even delivered until the 8th of December. What's the point of black Friday sales opportunities? DONT BUY FROM WALMART OR VIP OUTLET.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a tv on March 2nd with delivery to be on March 4th. March 4th came and went no tv no correspondence about my order nothing. I sent emails asking about my order and they said wait 24-48 for shipping info to update it well over that now. As of March 7th I was able to call and get through to speak to someone after I emailed again and was told that my order shipped as at this point I was going to cancel. After speaking to a customer service rep I was informed my order in fact did not ship and was still sitting in the warehouse. I asked for the order to be canceled and my money refunded and was told they could not do so. So not only do I not have my tv they don't want to cancel the order let alone give me my money. I'm not paying for something that's sitting in a warehouse. I have filed a complaint with BBB this company is nothing but trash

I ordered a pair of AirPod pros for my son for Christmas With plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. My son woke up without them bc they said they were lost in the mail When it showed them being stuck in transit the whole time. We had a hard time getting any response from this company, they are a seller affiliated with Walmart. We contacted Walmart and got a full refund & Then we randomly received them in January. I just received an email from the vip outlet letting us know we are being charged for the item. I called to try to get a discount due to the total inconvenience this caused our family during Christmas and was told the only way to NOT be charged is if we return the item. This company is very thirsty for money and will not take any responsibility for their mistakes. I explained the wait & phone calls we had to experience to even get the refund in the first place. The whole weight of the situation was never even considered. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I do not recommend!
