My video did far better than I expected and I received a healthy payment two months after selling it to them. When I had a question, I received an answer quickly. They seem to care a lot about their customers. My suggestion to improve would be clearer detail in the dashboard.
They give me copyright for 4 second video clip that I use in my video which is length about 1 minutes. My video is on education topic that's why my editor just add they 4 second clip. They saying that I have to delete my video otherwise they give me strike

Very bad experience with this company that places copyright claims without communication. I called by phone and sent email to resolve the issue, they never responded. My channel was demonetized because of their practices :(
This company has a bad reputation filing copyright complaints(taking down all video's from social media) and then claiming revenue from fines. Simply google.
I run a meme page no ill intent and non profit just make people laugh spent time building the page now they have put a strike on my page without any warning to take the video down i sure aint going to pay anything... I have not been warned or anything to taken down any video prior

Just because it's legal doesn't mean that it's not a terrible scam all in the name of money. ViralHog did not contact me to take down the video (which I would have gladly did).

I run a meme page not a corporate. This company surprisingly bought rights to a video i had as a result they gave me a copyright strike. I did contact the company ask for sympathy to remove the strike then they wanted me to pay $200... Then out of no where they gave me like several strike's for video's and wanted me to pay a heavy lum sum... If your a content creator i would stay away from selling video's to these guy's as there main revenue is from collection fines so copyright strike can be removed. I worked soo hard building my page for several years and very sad all went to waste for several years had they asked me to remove the video i would have done it in a heart beat.
If you have been extorted alot of money from this company my best advice is to buy social media accounts online for many followers with 1/10th the price they are extorting you from wouldn't even pay a dime.

I would advise you guy's use other platforms who don't extort innocent social media accounts like storyful to sell your video's there are soo many others... I forgot to mention viral hog also don't mention in contract that they will extort people you can see a bbb review someone left of this company.
The whole this is a massive scam.
They asked me to post videos on my FB page (1.2M followers) but refuse to give me any details about what they want to post, or their payment methods. Every message is grammatically incorrect and riddled with typos.
They say they want access to your ad page which in turn gives them complete access to your FB page.

This is a scam.
Essentially, I was told because another person took the video with my dad in it. I needed to have them sign a document allowing me to make money off of the video. When the case isn't about making money to me. It is way beyond the money. They suggested for me to get a signed document & then said they are declining the video. I am beyond p***ed off. You told me one thing and now your telling me another. Dont do business with these people they don't stick to their word! They aren't out to expose people just out for YOUR MONEY! They person agreed to sign whatever documents that were needed they just are not computer savy.
Waste of time and energy. Their recruiter came to me after seeing my video on Facebook. After seeing the video they had me sign a contract and fill out all their forms. They then email me back saying they will not pay me for the video because it is to low of quality. If it was too low of quality why did your recruiter even approach me for the video. I'm sure viralhog will comment back with some lame excuse. But don't waste my time. Now you have my personal information that I have no idea what you will do with. When they realized the lame corporate responses weren't working on me in email, just sent me their legal office email. Half tempted to waste my lawyers time with their sorry excuse of a company

Dont
I licensed a video with them and after doing so I seen it posted on many sites especially on facebook. The problems though was that not all of them had paid for a license! I began to see my video posted everywhere yet I wasn't receiving any money from them. So I started to send viralhog links to the stolen copies and they did nothing about it! Some of those stolen copies had millions of views and shares and for over nine months of sending those links viralhog only removed a couple! There are still dozens that are still up and gaining more and more views and shares! I wrote a review on trustpilot and within hours it was removed! Trustpilot wanted proof that I had dealt with viralhog.com and I provided solid evidence to them and they put the review back up only for viralhog to report it again! I provided more evidence to trustpilot and they put it back up then viralhog reported it again and now it's been removed permanently! This is proof that trustpilot is obviously being paid off by viralhog! Both of these companies are frauds! It seems that viralhog have been harassing me where ever I try to review them. They think that they are angels and no one is allowed to be unhappy with their greedy service.

Very very manipulative talkers.
What a great staff to work with. I also made a lot of money from the video I filmed and sold to them.
I got permission from a creator to post their video. After I posted the video and it received views, the video was bought *******@Viralhog. ViralHog did not contact me to take down the video. When I asked them why they didn't contact me they gave a very RUDE response saying they don't have to give me the privilege of asking me to take it down. But the real reason they put the strike on my page rather than asking me to take it down, was so they can EXTORT me for $200. I did further research and found out that most of Viralhog revenue, is coming from copyright infringement claims. Copyright infringement claims that they don't even inform the seller of the videos, prior to buying the videos from them. Nor is it in any of the contract or paperwork between them and the seller of the video.
Viralhog actually said if I want to keep the video up and have them take the copyright infringement strike off, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM $200. If that isn't extortion I don't know what is. I am an older woman who make cooking videos and occasionally put up funny animal videos, and they're trying to extort money from me. They keep telling me it's legal. Just because it's legal doesn't mean that it's not a terrible scam all in the name of money. They are messing up people's livelihoods by putting copyright infringement strikes on people's page. They are getting tons of money from their videos, having over 4 million followers, as well as the money they scam people out of with copyright infringements. I am an elderly lady who's raising my grandkids and now my page cannot get revenue for 7 days. Facebook stopped my monetization for 7 days. Which is really going to affect me. I only made $1.46 off of that video and they want to extort $200 from me.
This is a terrible company with very low morals. Who steals money from a grandmother? Collectively with all my social medias sites, I have over 75K followers. EVERY SINGLE DAY I will be telling all my followers, until my copyright infringement strike is over (even if it takes a whole year until the strike naturally falls off), the bad business practices of Viralhog.
