The picture online makes the design look like it is embellished with sparkling rhinestones or sequins. In actuality it is a not very high quality picture not worth close to what I paid for it. I am crafty and was able to make it look presentable so I will keep it but won't ever get fooled again by your company.
I sent them an email asking for a replacement or a refund as there is a typo in the quote on the t-shirt. I have yet to hear back from them. Unless this is fixed, I will not be ordering from them again... but will be sharing my experience with others.
Was very happy with the champion Boston Red Sox T-shirt's I ordered. Mistakenly ordered twice, and was very impressed to get an email almost immediately asking if it was a mistake! When I replied yes, the refund went through almost as fast! Was very pleased with my experience with this company.
Disappointed with the quality. The second shirt I ordered was wrong size and style. Luckily it fit my daughter so I decided to keep it. For a 24 dollar t-shirt I expected better quality material and for the company to get my order right. Will not buy again from this company.
I ordered 3 Items in early Dec. I received 2 of the items and contacted them via email to tell them of the missing item. They emailed back saying they would look into it. As it stands now they are saying the packing slip said 3 items were delivered. I am a woman of my word I would not say I didn't get it if I had. The item was a women's crew neck shirt XL, I paid $25.99 for something I didn't receive. I would appreciate some help with this.
Not good. Ordered one item and attempted to order a second one wanting the second item sent to another address. Was unable to modify order. Attempted to live chat but no response. Sent an email requesting cancellation, no response. Called a telephone number provided got answer service. Left my information, no response. Both items arrived at first address. Not good, they were gifts for persons in different cities. Disappointed and unsatisfied.
I ordered product and did not even get notice the product was returned to sender because "the address was incomplete." If I had not tracked my package I would not have known it was retured 4 days prior. I reached out to support, but no response. Also the tracking number stated UPS when it was actually through the post office. I wish I could give zero stars.
I purchased a Mickey Mouse shirt celebrating the Boston Red Sox World Series win. The quality of the shirt was good. The picture was horrible and not lear. It definitely did not look like the picture in the ad. The good thing is the company is refunding the money.
I requested verification for what my charges were on 3 separate orders and never received it. I also notified them that they sent me 6 extra shirts of which I don't want and have never been contacted as to what to do with them. I don't want to return them unless I have acknowledgment from them that they know they're coming. Also, was I charged for those 6 extra shirts? I have not received my credit card bill yet so I don't know.
We got exactly what we asked for. We were informed the whole time of the status, and getting that UPS tracking number in the email made it super-easy to copy/paste into the tracker. (Want to be even better -- make it a LINK to track the package.)

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
