David Wright is my biggest fan. I was very dissatisfied with the shirt I had ordered. The material is see through and the size I ordered would only fit a toddler. It is very small. I love the type of shirt and it's design. If I can please get a response and be refunded in any way, that would be appreciated very much.

I was so excited to get this tee. The tee its self is soft and is what I expected. The image however, is sad and very good. The faces are red not white as pictured. The strips are not black and white as pictured. Overall it looks like the red ink in the painting bleed over the whole image.
My order was placed on Nov. 24th and I received a notice on Dec. 4th with shipping info. No updates since and it will show no order status other than pre shipping info. I replied to the emails for site support help on Dec 11th with absolutely no answers still today. Have no idea if it is going to make it for Christmas or even at all. Horrible service!

I was disappointed with the printing. The design is off centered. The "position marks" are visible. And there is a strange "netting" design behind the picture that I'm not sure is part of the design. But the off centered design is the most off putting.
I was expecting the shirt to take a while since the promotion was ongoing, but I received an email the next day saying it had been printed, and an email the day after that saying it had shipped. The shirt arrived a few days later and it's a quality shirt and the design matches perfectly to what was advertised.
I accidently order the shirt twice on the same order and immediately send an email explaining what I did. I explained I understood if they could not delete one however could I get one in red and one in black. I received 2 emails back stating they received my emails. "Your request (*******) and (*******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff" I assumed I would be receiving one red and one black, instead I received 2 red.
The design is very cool but the quality of the transfer was poor, it was not even and appeared to be faded in areas. Also the shirt was a bit on the small side. Overall not a $27 Tshirt but you can't find this design anywhere else so that's the price you pay
I thought I was getting a dry fit shirt but it was a soft shirt which is just a different material than a regular T-shirt. The quality of the shirt is good and the picture looks just like it did online. Just would have liked to have a dry fit option.
I ordered a sweatshirt on line. After I ordered the sweatshirt I saw that you have Tee's available. I e mailed you and asked of I can add a Tee and save the shipping charges. All I get are auto responses.
I received a graphic tee and the design was not the quality of the picture advertised. I sent a picture of the design and they agreed it was not up to their standards and they promptly refunded my money, shipping included.
Sizing chart was bs... i ordered a man's xxl shirt and received a fitted shirt that wouldn't fit ME... i wear a medium. It was marked xxl but would barely fit a 10 yr old. Return policy states i can only return it if there is a flaw or if i was sent the wrong product. Nowhere did it state that i could exchange it for a bigger size. Very disappointed, as it was a $30 purchase.
One of 3 items sent is the wrong size, tho the order confirmation shows the correct size. I'm not sure how to return because a packing slip was not included. I'd like to get the correct size, not sure how to proceed.
Ordered it right before i was supposed to see AM in concert. Had zero expectations to get before then, but then the day before i left for the concert it arrived. It was the best tee at the show. Thank you!
Received the product in a timely manner but I was disappointed in the quality. The ad boasted a nice vibrant colored logo, but when I received it, it was not. It was dull, low quality and smaller than advertised.
Ordered four Grinch T-shirts for my Daughter-in-law who is obsessed with the Grinch. They are great and the material is good good quality.
Cannot wait to give the T's as her Christmas present as I know she will love them.
I placed the order, after I placed I saw that the shirt was red not orange (like it looked in the pic) I called in right away and spoke to a gentlemen that was very helpful and changed the color to black. :)
There is a way to say "no". Being a jerk about it is not the way to do it. Spewing legal mumbo jumbo is not how you make people want to do business with you. Sometimes NO is the only answer but how you do it reflects.
The email notifications made it convenient to know when my shirt was being made, and when it was being delivered, etc. The purchase was fast and easy. The shirt itself was exactly what I wanted and great quality.
The hardest part was waiting for the campaign to end and for me to get my shirt. My custom I love my Ducks shirt was exactly what was on the campaign site and the quality was great. I am expecting another shirt here soon as well.

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
