While the order process was easy on line, the time it took to process the order, print the order and ship the order was excessive. This was ordered as a birthday present and it arrived several weeks later. That was disappointing.
I order two T-shirts. I was notified when they were printed. Then notified that one had shipped. Received that T-shirt fine and dandy. I was never notified the second T-shirt had shipped, have still not received that notification and have not received the second T-shirt although it has been charged to my credit card. Thanks for that ViralStyle.
The actual shirt was a good quality, but the printing was NOT. The print on the shirt was very light/faded. It looked like it was not completed properly. I emailed ViralStyle as soon as I got the shirt, but I have not heard from them yet. I am so disappointed because I wanted to wear the shirt for election day.
I have received all emails saying my order was created and my order was to be shipped on Dec 11. It is Dec 19 and I have not received it. This is a Christmas gift and I expect to have it by Christmas, if not I would like a refund and the order. I am very disappointed.
The picture was poor quality and the smell was horrendous I would have had to have washed it to see if the smell would come out before I could even give the gift to my son in law and it would look used and no guarantee that the smell would even go away

I bought myself a Virgo T-shirt for my birthday, but wasn't expecting the HEAVY jersey material... That was a great bonus! The silkscreen printing was flawless... People have asked me where they can get one just like it, but I had to tell them that this was a "special run" item. I gave them the website address!
I ordered the shirt 3 weeks before Thanksgiving in hopes that I would have it in time for my trip. It arrived the week of Thanksgiving and I had already left. When I opened the package, the shirt is stiff, rough cotton material and it is very thin! The pictures I saw made the shirt look like it had some sparkle to it, but the shirt is bland with no sparkle at all. I purchased two of the same shirts at two different times. The first shirt's silk screen was clear and well done. The second shirt's silk screen was very blurry and poorly done. Overall, the second shirt should have been internally rejected and never sent.

The quality of the sweatshirt I ordered was great. The time I received it was exactly on time to put it on for the Superbowl game. That was what I wanted it for. Had no problems at all and would definitely order from ViralStyle again and suggest it to others.
The experience of actually ordering the shirt was fine. But the quality of what was actually shown on the internet was not correct at all. It showed some type of bling/sparkle of some sort on the page but when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed!
I recently ordered a black t-shirt with the Cleveland Clinic logo including the slogan, "not for the weak." I received a blue shirt with the slogan, "Fun Girls Run 2018." I requested a return. I received notification that my e-mail was received and that I would receive a follow-up. This never happened, and I am out $23.00. I would never purchase from this company again.
I was really excited for this shirt as a big Lady Gaga fan. When it showed up ruined in different parts of the design I was really disappointed, especially for the money i spent on this. The fact that the design was already messed up right from the package is really poor quality management. Wouldn't buy again.
The edges of the lettering were not straight. The colors were faded. The image was blurry like it was taken from a tiny picture and blown up. The picture online showed it much nicer, and I am looking extremely unhappy and will most likely be returning it. It was honestly horrible and not what I was expecting.
I have ordered 4 shirts. I have not received any. I placed my orders in early December. I was told 2 shirts would ship on December 12 and the last 2 would ship on December 16. Today is December 21 and no shirts have been received.

When I was purchasing the shirt I wanted I received a pop up message saying for $4.99 I could get another shirt. The other shirt was shown on the pop up message and I figured it was worth the $5 so I chose to purchase. Of course, I was charged $24 for the $5 shirt and when I contacted the company I was told I was incorrect and the second shirt was only $5 off and not $5 total. I can't replicate the pop up unless I buy another shirt - pretty good trick. I won't buy from your company any more.

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
