Not a fan of my experience with viralstyle. I ordered a custom designed tshirt but it came with a blurry image and bad stitching. The fabric felt thin and uncomfortable. I reached out to customer support but after a week of waiting i gave up. Honestly not worth the hassle.

I thought i'd give viralstyle a shot since they offer some cool designs but it turned out to be a huge disappointment! The order took forever to ship and when it finally arrived the shirt was a size too small even though i ordered correctly. Customer service was unresponsive and I ended up stuck with an item i couldn't use

I ordered a T shirt from viral style and it was a complete disappointment. The design was blurry and the shirt did not match the description on the website. I tried contacting their customer service for a refund but received no response. Given the numerous complaints about the product quality and customer service, I wouldn't recommend this shop

The print quality on one of the shirts I bought here wasn't great and their customer service took a while to respond. I think there are better platforms out there for custom merch.

I've been using viralstyle for a few months to sell custom apparel and the results have been mixed. While some orders have been fulfilled correctly, there have been instances of delays and quality issues. I ordered from viral style for a special occassion and it was a total letdown. The design looked amazing online but what I got did not even match the mock up. The fabric was scratchy too. I tried to reach out for a return but I never heard back. Definitly not a reliable company

Viralstyle is the WORST! I am very very disappointed with this shop! I ordered custom tees for my client weeks ago but still got nothing. Emails are unanswered and their phone numbers are dead. Now my deadline is CRUNCHED! I will never using them again! Don't waste you time and energy!

The interface is user friendly whick i liked but there were some delays with printing and shipping. While the platform is user friendly and so easy to use, I have encountered issues with delayed shipments and inconsistent print quality. Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the products which has affected my brand's reputation.

I recently ordered a PREMIUM T-shirt from Vitalstyle and the one I received said LIGHTWEIGHT on the label. I sent them several emails and pictures and they said that that IS their premium shirt. Im not happy with the quality at all!

I loved the unique designs and the platform was intuitive but the quality wasn't great and the shirt looked worn out even thought it was brand new.

I ordered 2 shirts from Viralstyle and the experience was a nightmare. 1st, the order arrived weeks late with NO REAL TRACKING UPDATES. 2nd, when I opened the package, the shirts were not only the WRONG COLOR but also WRONG SIZE! Their customer servie was unhelpful and I never received a refund. This company clearly has some serious issues with quality control!

I ordered two items for a concert tonight nearly three weeks ago, and still hasn't arrived. According to USPS, delivery will be tomorrow on one piece and Monday on the other. I've literally received items from China in less time. Don't bother.

This shirt is absolutely awful. The graphics are terrible on the peace sign and the Chiefs logo. There are parts on the design where the color is missing and it hasn't even been worn yet. Terrible quality.

I ordered a Michigan Championship Football long sleeve shirt. I thought I was getting a sweatshirt and if I ended up with a shirt, that may have been my mistake.
However, there is no mistake in the poor quality of the shirt. The fabric is rough and scratchy, so thin it is see through. They have a no return policy which was not noted on their Facebook ad. I am sure that the "no return" is because they know how poor the quality is. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Wondering how many folks have gone through this problem? I contacted ViralStyle and there's nothing they can do because the address was correct. I contacted USPS and they, too, cannot validate that it was actually delivered into my personal mailbox. There are several boxes that open with a large door, but the box could have been placed in any nearby adjoining box. I've contacted PayPal and they're now following up. Wish me luck! Out $39 total!
