Offered a months free trial, I cancelled online after a month as none of the jobs were relevant to me! Got charged then not once but twice for February. A warning wasnt sent to say the trial was ending. Owner not prepared to reimburse when I had email contact with her! Im on no income, am chronically ill and have incurred bank charges because of this. But they are not still prepared to reimburse me. So no subcription and no money!
This customer (who has used a different name here), subscribed twice and agreed to the terms and conditions. She did not cancel even though cancellation instructions are listed prominently in every daily email and on the website when you subscribe. She then demanded refunds. I offered to refund one of the charges even though it was her error but she was not satisfied since I would not refund both charges. I have over 500 happy customers and have never had this issue with any of my subscribers. I guess it just goes to show you always get one unhappy customer no matter what you do.
