I used the services once again for my kids passports and it was accepted without any issues. I actually took the photos myself at home. If you have issues, just email them and take your time. They will reply and fex everything for you! I had initially left a negative review but after using the service additional times, it was indeed effective and very affordable.
The robot cropped my image, the photo was the correct size but for some reason my photo didn't go border to border. The image was not accepted anywhere especially on the USCIS sites, which I intended to use. I contacted customer service for a refund and they said it was an acceptable image, even after I sent screenshots of the errors. Don't use this service. They refuse to give me a refund.

Its been hours since I reported that their website is broken. ZERO REPLIES! ZERO ATTENTION! If this site is at all real, they are setting up themselves to TRUE FAILURE!

Visafoto guys did an excellent job on formatting the photo according to the government prescribed format and without any hassle it got approved. Would like to thank them for making such a tiresome process so easy. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, it is better to get photos of paid services. Because, most of the pictures need manual improvement with regards to photo background, removing red-eye, fixing exposure, and removing shadows created by flash. And services like http :// https://visafoto.com/ do all process each photo manually. I sent my image and got what I was required.
Last year I was looking where to make a photo for a dv lottery form. With visafoto it was easier than I thought. The photo was accepted! This year I'm going to try my luck again, already used visafoto for the second time.

I PAID TWICE TO TAKE THE PHOTO, BUT WHN I UPLOAD GIVES THE ERROR OF EYE NOT DETECTED. ONCE I CALL THEM NO ONE ON CUSTOMER CARE TO HELP YOU. THIS IS WORSE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DO NOT RECOMEND TO OTHERS
