I recently bought business cards for the first time from Vistaprint. Apon realising there was a problem I emailed them not expecting much. They immediately wanted to fix the problem and did. They reissued my cards at no cost to me which is what I wanted. They also offered to give me a refund too but I wanted my cards. They truly went above and beyond my expectations and have my loyalty. There are too little companies that care anymore. Thanks Vistaprint.
I ordered various products over a month ago including some mailing boxes for an event I'm attending in the first week of April. Most of the items I ordered have arrived and were perfectly fine however the critical part of my order that I need is the mailing boxes. They were scheduled to arrive by the 26th of March and when they hadn't even entered production on the 25th I asked support for assistance via live chat. The person I spoke to promised the world a refund on priority shipping, moving my product up the list to get it completed faster, and getting back to me the next day. None of the above happened, so today I reached out to support again and after 45mins on their live chat found out that my order still hadn't entered production, they could not tell me when it would happen when the products would arrive. The best they could offer was a full refund to cancel my order however it is now too late to re-order for my event. I asked for an updated estimate on when I'd receive the product and was told "that wasn't possible" as they had no idea and couldn't do anything about it. This is not good enough customer service Vistaprint.
Tip for consumers:
Support is pretty much useless.
