Visual cute shop are complete frauds I ordered £50 worth of clothing and it has taken Over the amount of time I should have been, when emailing the emails were not worded professionally and they also kept giving me false tracking information i have asked for money back and have not received

I ordered a jumper on the 4/9/22 and I am still to this day waiting for it to arrive, I have emailed three times and had no response. Bit of a joke tbh.
