I have been purchasing supplements and nutritional items from this company for the past 10 months and have had great experiences. After reading these other reviews I can't help but think that they must be referring to some other company. I have referred others to the site for the best prices and delivery time. Order placed Saturday 6/8 received Monday 6/10.
Waited 2 weeks for my order and it still said "in process". I called and was rushed off the phone after they said they didn't know what happened to it. They said they'd call back. But no. Called again to cancel the order and when I asked to receive a confirmation of the cancellation and refund, the guy hung up on me. Never again. I'll probably have to go through the credit card company to challenge the charge. What a hassle.
I'm in shock. I've never received such HORRIBLE customer service. Two of the supplements I received are about to expire, and they told me, "They're fine. Put them in the fridge." I said I could keep one, but would like a return label for the other. He said, "We don't do that." As I was responding, he just hung up on me. What a crappy way to treat a customer. I'd rather pay more and deal with civilized people than deal with Vitaglo again.
Took more than a week longer than advertised to process my order. No response to my email inquiring why. When order finally arrived, it was the wrong merchandise. When I called to inquire, CSR said I could send it back but I would have to pay return shipping, for their mistake. CSR hung up on me numerous times, had to keep calling back to even get that information. Accused me of yelling at him (I did not). Would recommend never ordering from this site.
I have purchased from VitaGlo 4 times. The first time I ordered, earlier this year, was a little rough as it took forever to get my order, even after calls and emails with a very rude person. Perhaps he was going through a bad time because all my subsequent orders have been delivered without any hitches. I now receive my merchandise exactly as ordered within 4 or 5 days, if it includes a weekend. My latest order in June even included a cold pack at no extra charge. I will definitely continue ordering from VitaGlo as long as the good service of good products continue. I complained loud and long when I didn't get good service but since I am now receiving consistent good service, I felt it only fair to give this good review.
Do not order from this site! Most horrible customer service i have ever experienced before in my life! From what I can tell it is a self-owned business with a few people helping. Everyone is rude. They cancel orders without even telling you why. They don't even communicate to you why an order has not been shipped, they just say oh we will refund you. And do not give you a chance to get any questions asked. Yes the prices are good, but the hassle is terrible. Very rude!
I have been ordering regularly from Vitaglo for over ten years. Two months ago, they shipped me the wrong shampoo and conditioner. I e-mailed them three times and when I had still not received a response two months later, I called to follow-up. I spoke with Mike. To say he was rude would be an understatement. He was truly aggressive and demeaning towards me and then hung up the phone. I only wanted to share with him that I felt disappointed that no one had contacted me. I will never again order from this company and I encourage others to do the same.

We received wrong items than what's ordered. I immediately sent email notification. Aside from no correspondence for three days, the owner said to ship back on our own dime and he said that's how they do business. I called and asked for shipping label cause he shipped the wrong stuff, he refused to comply and hung up on me!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Ordered items that were never shipped. When I checked on status, they said they didn't ship to my State but never told me that was a problem. Very rude on the phone and just hung up.

Let's hope the owner hear grows as a human being. I don't think I've ever encountered such disgusting rudeness in customer service. Mocking, derogatory after I called back after HE hung up on me after literally 30 seconds of asking what an expiration date was. He was super mocking, this person really has some deep issues and let's pray he grows to be a decent person. Great prices actually, some companies mark down prices bc they're expiration date is close. I work in the industry and know this, yet he was still super derogatory..
This person said he was the owner. He answered the phone in a very unprofessional manner. Was rude and did not even attempt to fix my order. Then hung up on me. I don't know how he is still in business treating his customers this way.
Good God, why didn't I check this site out before I ordered from Vitaglo. Same problems as everyone else. Assuming it was Mike that I spoke with, absolutely rude. I would rather use a far more profane word than rude. And clearly he could care less about how he behaves. I ordered a case of Good Earth Green Tea, he sent some other tea. It was horrible. When I called he said they quit making what I ordered so he just sent me this other stuff. Wants me to pay to send it back. And then he HUNG UP on me! Who knows if I will ever get my money back. If I do, I will be very very surprised. What a total and complete@$$hole. I just hate that he is doing this to so many people.
Place an order online for Giovanni conditioner $142. 00. 10 days later no correspondence no shipment emailed Mike said he'd look into it three days later I had to call them back got this guy Mike on the phone who proceeded to cavalierly say if you want I'll look into it on Monday and see if they Company still has it in stock or I can just put the money back on your credit card then when I asked about it he said I'm putting the money back on the credit card goodbye and hung up on me which was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm assuming he doesn't need customers because he just lost me.
Vitaglo sent products past and near expiration and then told me that I'd have to pay to return the ones nearing expiration. Hung up on me when I called to follow up. Extremely rude! Save yourself trouble by giving other respectful merchants your business.
The balance of my order was never sent, it has been 2 months since I placed my order, i was going to cancel it, but thought I'd leave it as a standing order just to see if they would ever follow thru, which they have NOT! WOW! Don't know how a business like this stays in business. Zero service, lack of follow follow up, rude. They are as bad as it can possibly get, maybe worse.
I placed a large order on Dec 6th, 2018,
I received PART of my order of Dec 18th, missing 4 items, I emailed them immediately, they responded that the rest of my order would be shipped within the week, but that didn't happen, I wrote to them again on January 10th, 2019 to see where my order was, no response. Write again on the 15th, again no response.
I called them a few days later, a man answered, I asked where my order was, he said he would check on it and call me right back. That was nearly a week ago, still waiting for that call.
I will never buy anything from this company again, service sucks!

They were very short with me and demanded more money. When I told them that this was not what we contracted as our agreement, they said they would cancel the order and hung up on me.
Run from this company. They are using the old conman technique of bait and switch and they are very rude too. One star in each of the six categories is much too generous for this company. Nothing is worth dealing with vitaglo!
If I could give a negative star I would. Customer service was awful. I sent multiple requests for shipping updates & tracking. Finally after 12 business days I cancelled my order via email as no responses or tracking was provided. I finally received a very curt email back. No remorse for lack of service. Filing dispute with credit card company. Buyer beware.
All of these negative reviews are accurate. They do not deserve to be in business. The owner, Mike, is the rudest person I have ever spoke to. He would not let me finish my sentences, did not return my call when checking on my order, and was just a complete jerk. Most likely they did not have the product in stock and is unable to say that. Please do not use this company!
Vitaglo is the worst company I have ever dealt with online! They sent me the wrong stuff and will not make it right no matter how many times I have contacted the owner who's name is Mike. I should have researched his business first which I failed to do, when I did I found out he had more than 100 complaints and counting! Fair warning ALWAYS research the business first before putting in an order, especially if you have never ordered from them before! I even told him I was going to report him to the FBI as a scam website, that didn't even make a difference, so now I am looking for other places to report him and that they should take his phoney baloney website off the internet. Stick with the one's you know are legit and that you have ordered from. Over 100 complaints? How is he getting a way with what he does? Look the website up and you WILL see!
They will substitute items without getting your approval and then it will take a month before it ever shows up. I asked the Post Office what a $10.00 charge for delivery and it takes 8 weeks. They indicated it only takes a few days that the company holds it... I got my money back but filed fraud charges in the state to do so. And it was my bank that gave it back to me and debited their account.
I wish there was a zero star option.

Worst customer service ever. Did not receive an email confirming my order. I called after a week and they said they were out of the product--again, no email. They charged my card immediately upon my order--so far no refund. Rude phone support.
Wish I had read reviews before wasting my time placing an order. NO communication, so I emailed a cancel request, which shows up on their website as cancelled, but my payment still shows pending, and I am having trouble cancelling with paypal at this time. I will file a resolution if i can, but what a WASTE of time and effort to deal with them. Feels like a SCAM operation, BEWARE!

I have been purchasing from this website for 3-4 yearsand have never had a problem. My order is shipped promptly and is always correct. They carry Raw Revolution bars that are less expensive than anywhere else. Thank you!
Add me to the many negative reviews here. I ordered a product from these folks to help with wound treatment. I needed it right away. The order was confirmed and a credit authorization filed by the vendor. When I hadn't heard anything more after 12 days I phoned. The guy said, "Sorry. Out of stock." I replied, "I really wish you had let me know." He said, "Sorry. Bye." I could easily have looked elsewhere if the vendor had simply notified me that the item was not available. Not good. I won't be doing business with them again, and I recommend that others look elsewhere. There are many reputable, considerate online vendors, so there's no reason to put up with this kind of nonprofessional and inconsiderate practice.

Nothing. The item was out of stock but the vendor didn't take the time or effort to let me know. As a result, I was left hanging for nearly two weeks. This was a medical item which I badly needed.
"SCAM! Placed an order for 10lb of chia seeds 15 days ago. Have emailed, called, and never heard anything. Will be calling credit card this morning to put the charge into dispute and get our money back. Should have read reviews before ordering... seems like this is a common problem. Think of all the people who don't bother to leave bad reviews... you know there are plenty more. Worthless company. I will support our local health food store... I should have known better.
My suggestion, if you do decide to try ordering, is to use your credit card. NEVER send a check or pay with another method. This way you have recourse if they ignore you, take your money, and send you nothing in return."
Yet another bad review. They need to be put out of business! Placed an order in Dec 2020 (2 bottles of bone and tissue by solaray) they sent 1 bottle with a note inside the bag "back order 2nd bottle". I've emailed 3 times with no reply it's July 2021 and I've never been sent the second bottle or at least a refund for it. Liars! Beware!
