I have been purchasing supplements and nutritional items from this company for the past 10 months and have had great experiences. After reading these other reviews I can't help but think that they must be referring to some other company. I have referred others to the site for the best prices and delivery time. Order placed Saturday 6/8 received Monday 6/10.
Waited 2 weeks for my order and it still said "in process". I called and was rushed off the phone after they said they didn't know what happened to it. They said they'd call back. But no. Called again to cancel the order and when I asked to receive a confirmation of the cancellation and refund, the guy hung up on me. Never again. I'll probably have to go through the credit card company to challenge the charge. What a hassle.
I've only ordered once from this company, and honestly I was very happy with my experience. I received a confirmation email after my order with an ETA, and received my order several days ahead of time. It was exactly what I ordered. Great quality.
As my order was 2 weeks late, I called vitaglo.The man I spoke to on the phone told me we would call me back. He never did, when I called back, he told me they would ship my order and hang up on me. Can not be more rude than that!
I am from Portugal and I was a client for many years of VitaGlo. Last order the Customs here in Portugal ask for the certificate and origin of the supplements (EU rules) to enable me clear the order. They did not send anything although I ask them in several emails. Customs send back my order to VitaGlo. I ask them many times for the refund and they did not send me. They stayed with the vitamins and the money... USD 371,83. I think it is unfair and illegal what they did to me.
There people are the most unprofessional and extremely rude, I called for my order to ask if it was shipped. The person that answered the phone barely asked for my zip code and said it wasn't shipped yet and he'll refund me The money then hang up on me. I think he was in a rush talk to his coworkers intead of helping me get my order. These type of people should not work in customer service. They suck!
Awful customer service! I spoke with Mike. He was very rude when I called regarding a problem with a product. I had already spoken with the company who made the product and they said to contact the seller and that they would work with them to replace the product. However, he wouldn't even discuss the matter with me and just hung up on me. Have bought over $1,000 worth of supplements from them but will now NEVER shop with them again.
I made an order on July 7,2017. My account was debited a few days later from $ 134.
Three weeks later I had received nothing.
In September I relaunched them, they respond with "OK" or "we have not read this product, want to change with another"
I accepted all their variants and gave up, they kept the money and never sent anything away. We are the 26th decembre. They are THIEVES.
I ordered product and received it quickly but four of the items were expired. Two were expired in 2015.
Agree with all the comments about the communication - short, no customer service skills and no business etiquette. I contacted the company several times about the expired product and they want me to return it. Why? To sell it to someone else?! Good customer service would tell me to toss it, apologize, and either refund me the $40 or offer to replace with non expired products. I did state this in email to them and I received this reply (in full): we don't pay for return shipping. Thanks, Mike

I received only half of my order. I called them to see if they were going to credit my account or send the product. Was told they would send it out, if that was not possible would credit my account. I asked for a timeframe. Was told "I guess you didn't listen to a word I said. It will be within a week". I told him there was not a need to be rude, he said he wasn't I just wasn't listening. That was horrible, do not want to order from this company again!

Placed an order that I never received, I never received any communication from the company whatsoever, one month later, I had to call the company for the product information to find out where my order was only to find that the company doesn't sell that product anymore. The customer service was so rude. I was hung up on simply by asking where my order was and why I was charged.
I can honestly see why this company only has 1.5 stars for reviews, you may want to hire people that actually enjoy their job. There are people out there that do tend to like what they do. You might want to find those people.

Placed an order for over $100 and should have been free shipping. Still hadn't shipped 6 days after placing order so I called and they demanded and extra $10 for shipping. I asked why since it was over $100. The guy said fine we'll just cancel the order and he hung up...

I ordered some Quest Bars... the same ones I eat on a daily basis. I received the bars and they are inedible. They seem to have been melted and then refrozen. They are hard as rocks. The expiration date is not for another 3 months but they are horrible. I called customer service and they totally blew me off saying that they don't guarantee satisfaction! They said I could mail the boxes back AT MY EXPENSE to get a refund. For a faulty product, they should pay for the shipping. I'll never order from them again. He actually told me I was lucky to get one of the flavors as they don't make them anymore lol... how does that matter if they are rotten!
I order from this company all the time and I've never had a problem with getting an order. I just order stuff last Friday and I got it all on Wednesday. Love their prices for coconut oil, Aubreys Organics and vitamins.
I should have listened to all these reviews before I went ahead and ordered. I ordered from them on 6/30 and by 7/16 I still had received nothing in the mail. When I went to track my order, it still said it hadn't shipped out. I called the warehouse and a lady picked up so I gave her my order number. Then she told me to hold on and some man picked up and all he said was "Well we don't have it in stock so we'll just refund your money back. We've been out of this product for a while." Sooooo if I hadn't called then was anybody going to reach out to me to let me know this? When I purchase a product and the confirmation email says it will be here in 7-10 days, it's good customer service to let the customer know if that's not going to happen. They have horrible customer service and the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic. Don't deal with this company. Waste of time.
First order was great-=-they saved me $20 off my protein charge, but the second one is MIA, one brief email saying he'd look into it and nothing. Amazon is easier, trackable, but I hate to give money to big business and not support small business. I will try DPS Nutrition when they get the protein I want back in stock, but steer clear of VitaGlo.
Ordered online. No tracking number after 5 days. First two calls they hung up on me and third gave me a call back promise. Last call I was told I was rude after questioning where the tracking was and that my order was canceled. Horrible.

I would recommend you buy your supplements elsewhere. I had a problem with my order (Misrepresentation of an item sent and overcharged me), and when I called up Vitaglo a man who identified himself as the owner HUNG UP on me when I tried to discuss a resolution. If you have any order problems with this company, my impression is that you will have great difficulty resolving those problems.
Should have read the reviews. Dont belive it when they say shipping in 24 business hours. Thats bull! When i emailed no response. When i called the firdst time he hung up on me. When i called back that is the rudest $#*! I have ever dealt with. They clearly need to go out of business. I told him cancel my order your to slow... lol Of course all I got was excuses like they are soooooo busy. I will NEVER deal with this punk again. Definately a NY attitude and all. His way or no way.
Terrible customer service. Terrible customer experience. The CS rep literally hung up on me when asking for a status on my order. This is because their tracking DOES NOT WORK on their site. Will not order through them again.
Ordered two products almost totaling $100 from them they never bothered to send them or even provide me with the tracking number two weeks later I called them they told me they'd call me back never did I had to call back again to find out they don't even have the products or carry them anymore and ask for my money back the guy said that's fine and slam the phone.

Then I thought hmm I haven't recieved a shipping confirmation, so I went back to my order confirmation and clicked in and there it says my order was cancelled! Not even the decency to e mail me separately stating why. So I look at my online statement and it shows they took the money out. I call and start trying to ask about my order he rudely interrupts and says to hold. He comes back to tell me they cancelled because they are out of the product I ordered. Ok, so I asked then why was I charged? He proceeded to call me a liar and said it was illegal to lie lol. I told him he was a rude f*** so he also told me it was illegal to cuss! I dont know if this guy is the owner but he has NO customer service I dont even know how he's in business! With this attitude he wont be for long! Unbelievable! Buyer beware!
Mike was the dolt that I had the misfortune of answering my call. He apparently didn't like that I asked where my order was and hung up on me several times. Called me a liar because I was trying to reconcile why my bank charged me for the order that never got delivered. He refused to put it in writing so I could bring it back to my bank.
I emailed them two weeks ago, no reply. Never received any word that my order was canceled.
BBB and the New York attorney general needs to be apprised that this business should be shut down
The best prices on the products I buy (KAL Stevia Extract specifically). Sure, it's a small business and "New York" style - abrupt, quick, no BS, but it IS actually pretty good. I emailed an inquiry in and a few days later I got an actual phone call back. I appreciate the personalized service has always been very fast in each of the 5 or 6 times I've ordered from them.
It has been my experience this company does not care about their customers. I have ordered from them in the past but something has changed. I will NOT ORDER from this company again. My order NEVER shipped. They NEVER contacted me. They were not helpful on the phone nor answer my emails. Finally someone abruptly told me THEY were cancelling the order. No explanation.

Please do not purchase from these people. I recently purchased Solaray Beetroot Juice from them because it was cheap. The juice was spoiled when I received it so I called them. The customer service guy I talked to was arrogant from the start then informed me it was not there problem and told me to contact the manufacture. He then hung up on me.
