I have been purchasing supplements and nutritional items from this company for the past 10 months and have had great experiences. After reading these other reviews I can't help but think that they must be referring to some other company. I have referred others to the site for the best prices and delivery time. Order placed Saturday 6/8 received Monday 6/10.
Waited 2 weeks for my order and it still said "in process". I called and was rushed off the phone after they said they didn't know what happened to it. They said they'd call back. But no. Called again to cancel the order and when I asked to receive a confirmation of the cancellation and refund, the guy hung up on me. Never again. I'll probably have to go through the credit card company to challenge the charge. What a hassle.
Every time I order from these guys I tell myself it is the last time, but I love a bargain and they have very good prices on a lot of things. My main issues are with delivery. They take forever and don't respond to emails and if they do, they say they will check on things and get back to me. They don't and I end up calling. The person that answers the phone is very abrupt and not very helpful. This last time I ordered, it had been 20 days since I ordered and since the order confirmation did not have a tracking number for the order i was unable to check on it. After 2 emails and a phone call I received a email with a tracking number saying the order was shipped that day (20 days after ordering). Amazing! No explanation no courtesy email or anything.
I've been ordering and receiving orders from Vitaglo for the last year and they have never made a mistake and I also call the day after my order is placed online and give them my debit card number - its a quick call and to the point.
I ordered rose water from them and called to check on the order which I had no update on for about 4-5 days after ordering. They told me they would check. I called back hours later they never checked and or called and insisted on giving refund which I'm still waiting on and told me I didn't give them enough time to check when really it wasn't even in stock. Waste of time! I paid more and the new order got here before the refund which was allegedly done the same day. Terrible service. I should be compensated to the inconvenience.
Ordered some protein bars and never received, asked for them to check on the order and nothing, asked for credit and nothing. Completely amateur site and customer service. I guess i've learned my lesson and have donated to the fake nutritional food world. I liked it better when I sent my money to Nigerian princes.
Terrible customer service! Good luck talking to Mike! I received $54 worth of rancid product. The product did not expire until June 2019, 16 months from now. Vitaglo would not take any responsibility. Mike with Vitaglo told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me they are not responsible for improper storage of product.
I tried to explain to the customer service rep why Vitaglo seemed like and has proven itself to be a very customer insensitive business. The customer service rep that I first spoke with did not want the hear why my first impressions of Vitaglo were so negative. For your information I was calling a week after I placed my first (and will be my only) order with Vitaglo and the customer service rep kept cutting my off or actually saying he wasn't interested in why I have such a negative view of Vitaglo and haven't received anything from Vitaglo other then a charge to my bank account. No email. No tracking number. Nothing! So I called a second time thinking that I would get some other service rep but the voice sounded the same and now he was claiming to be to owner. So now I'm flagging Vitaglo with these comments so at least you'll have you eyes open if you should try to do business with them.

I ordered 4 bottles of Zinc 50mg a week or so ago.
I had to follow up with them to get tracking info.
When the package arrived, there was only 1 bottle!
So I called and the man was very short with me and said he was expecting more in (but offered no date).
When I ordered online it showed that the 4 bottles were in stock!
So I wrote back and asked for a refund. No reply.
So the next day I called and again the man was very short with me and said he'd issue a refund.
Days have gone by and no refund, so I started a Paypal dispute.
This money should have been refunded immediately; moreover, they never should have partially filled the order without checking with me first.
Stay away!
I ordered blood pressure supplement and got it in Dec... I had some but got another bottle for back up. I opened it last week in January and the pills was supposed to be gray, they were brown. I looked on the bottle, they sent me a bottle that expired in Oct... amd I got them I'd Dec... I called the guy said they sent them cause they was out and for me to go ahead and take them. Said he would call me back that next Monday and he didn't. I will NEVER order from this company again!

The lady and the guy that answer the only 2 phone numbers you can locate hung up on me twice when I am just trying to call and find out where my order is because it never shipped yet and my other order that they sent me was wrong. The guy and lady on the phone were so rude to me! Never again and trying to get my money back!
I ordered 2 products from Vitaglo, then read reviews. My heart sank when I saw all of the negative comments and experiences. I almost cancelled my order. I even called to inquire about tracking my shipment. I placed my order on Saturday December 5, and received my order on Wednesday December 9th, and this is during the busiest season. They must not have had the quantity of one product (a 30oz container) so they sent two 16 ounce containers. The only thing I can complain about is that the customer service reps have personalities comparable to a blade of grass. But with prices so low and such short shipping times WHO CARES?
I am assuming there are a couple disgruntled customers writing multiple reviews.
If you order like I did, and read reviews after, do not panic.
I ordered 3 bottles of an item. 30 days went by and didn't hear anything or receive my items. I emailed them. Received an email that he will look into it and get back to today. Never heard anything. 3 days later I called them. I was told they are having a problem getting that item in. I'll refund your money. That was it. This was an item my wife needs and did without for a few weeks because we thought it would soon arrive. Can't depend on these 3rd class knuckleheads who pretend to be a vitamin shop. They would do us all a favor it they took down their website and went out and got real jobs instead of pretending to be something they're obviously NOT...
My charge was put through to AMEX the day I placed the online order, but 10 days later, the order had not been shipped, and there was no tracking info at their link for same. I called them directly and was treated more rudely than Id ever been treated by a merchant. Worst customer service ever; shocking, actually. I cancelled my order and disputed the charge with AMEX.
I have ordered from Vitaglo a few times and have always received my order quickly without incident. The last order had 2 out of 6 jars broken. I contacted the company via email and provided pictures. 2 new jars were sent out and I received them quickly and undamaged. My experience with them has been all good! :)
The behavior exhibited to me over the phone was criminal when I inquired about my undelivered order.
Had to cancel through Amex and lodge a formal complaint. Was threatened by whoever it was on the phone.
Placed an order July 19,2017 using my PayPal account. I still have not received the ordered products August 15,2017. My multiple calls to the store resulted in them cancelling my order, yet not refunding my money.
Although I bought their products for about two years every time when i have to talk about my orders it's a real pain. Their customer service representatives are rude, hang up on you and trying to treat you as you are a piece of s... t not as the people who keep their business afloat. Didn't even let us know. They could have obviously shipped it in a few containers if it was too heavy but instead just decided to cancel it and not tell us. Never in my life have I had this kind of response from a company. They don't deserve to be in business and from their ratings they probably won't be. Wish I saw that before I ordered so we wouldn't have waisted the time and been out of it for a long time now since we can't seem to get it at a store. SHAME on them
I have very bad experience. I put down an order and for two weeks there is no status update on the order. I called them multiple times but they never updated me the status after they have promised to do so. Now I have decided to cancel the order and hopefully they will issue the refund
So I normally don't do this but I'm pissed right now.

I ordered product on June 20th and never received my product. I sent an email and never heard from them so I decided to call.
I've been in customer service for quite some time so I am always polite because it's rarely customer services fault for whatever issue has happened. I am agreed on the phone by someone very rude that wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before interrupting me. I even understand people have bad days so I let that slide. He with a rather rude tone tells me he'll call me back. In a turn of shocking events he doesn't call back.
I call again and then politely ask for a refund. He cuts me off again saying. " you've been refunded." and then hangs up on me.
I've never been treated like this before and it is absolutely ridiculous
If I could rate them -1 I would. This is the worst company EVER with no customer service at all. I placed an order on December 11th and I had to call on December 23rd to ask what's going on with my order and some guy with attitude said my address is not right. He checked again and it was right. I still didn't get my package. Maybe sometime in January 2017 will arrive. Not to mention it was supposed to be as present for Christmas. What a joke this people are.

This company has the worse customer service available. I ordered 250 dollars of product from them. I ordered 12 containers and only received 1. The box was torn. When I called in to speak to the person on the other line they hung up on me and refused to help me. I would not recommending ordering from this company. I am a health care practitioner and often recommend this product to patients and this website because of the pricing. I explained this and was insulted and yelled at.
I had a great experience shopping here. I found aromatherapy items cheaper than most places so I felt that I got a good deal. I ordered on Wednesday and it was here Saturday. Everything I ordered was received. I will shop here again. I paid a lot more for the same items at a local store.
On 5/17/18 I ordered 4 jars of manuka honey and rec'd only 3 jars. The invoice stated backorder with no info about when to expect the 4th jar. I called vitaglow and spoke to a very rude person who said it was back ordered and would be mailed. No specific date was given. Person who answered the phone never even took my name or checked the info. Asked me what more do I want. Vitaglow had no problem charging me for the 4th jar which I did not receive. I called the bank and did a charge back; the company cannot bill your credit card for merchandise not received. Very unprofessional and disreputable.
Placed an order because they had a low price for the product only to realize its $10 for shipping. Before I realized it my transaction had gone through... there is NOWHERE on the site to call to cancel an order and you have to send an email. I immediately did just that... the next day
I get an order that my order is being processed!
Now I have to take time away from my day to call and will have to pay for the shipping...
